Disappointed in the professionalism they offered. I was a loyal customer and they continued to make mistakes on the product I purchased from them and then would not up hold their responsibilities as the person that recommended this product. I was out a lot of money and kept giving them a chance and this last time they expected me to eat it once again on their mistake. They lost a loyal customer and I referred several people to this establishment. Well they can expect the opposite now! Last chance from me

The young Lady that works there is honestly the most pleasant... with her professional greeting to every customer... she not only says Hello, Welcome she makes eye contact with a genuine smile... Im new to the area and I could see she had some regular customers and she was so attentive to my unfamiliarity to some products and she would allow me to brows while waiting on customers and check on me and answered my questions no matter how ignorant lol... So ya its a long drawn out review, and it should be... with everything going on its nice to have someone be genuinely respectful, helpful, educated on inventory and all around just good at her job!!!!!

Their prices are fair, hell sometimes they try to do your favors because they believe in a friendly enviorment. The owner was really rude when I told him that his E-Cig coils for my aspire nautilous were defected. I bought 5 of them and they all burnt out in a day or two when they should last AT LEAST a week... very dissapointed.

Thank you everybody you know when you buy a bag and leave and come back a few days later and you put your water pipe in the bag dirty it will smell thats why i didnot return it he got mad and now he writes a bad reveiw what would you do i cant return the dirty smelling bag .

Worst customer service i ever had in a smoke shop.I have bought items that are defective .Shoppers BEWARE because they have a no return policy there glass kind of blows try liberty smoke shop on Misson Trail, better glass and they have everything that the so called smoke shop has for half the price .sorry guys but you need to step your game up.
