Going back to 2005 with my efforts to find a reasonable priced hearing aid company, I took a chance on this super guy and have had no regrets whatsoever.Phillip has been providing me with hearing aids and accessories all at a huge significant savings. Purchase was incredibly simple and the product (Signia Pure Charge & Go 7AX) delivered much faster than I expected.The devices have been an impressive improvement from my old units; however, the right device is constantly disconnecting from Bluetooth/iPhone connection. It also seems to raise and lower volume on its on as a result of this. I could survive these issues, but they also cause a SEVERE battery drain making the charge time for the right device a maximum of ten hours; barely enough to complete my work day.I have emailed my contact with FYE twice and not received a response. The devices are under warranty for three years (as far as I was told), and I would like to have these brand new devices repaired before I dove into a new job.

I recommend this company highly. Purchasing my husbands hearing aids was so easy AND we saved $4,000 dollars! We have experienced some minor issues, but Phil is always accessible to resolve whatever comes up. We will never purchase hearing aids from anyone else!

I bought a great pair of hearing aids from fix your ears. I made an appointment, went in, had my hearing tested, and the aids were programmed all with one appointment. WOW!!! IVE HAD NO PROBLEMS OR ISSUES AT ALL.

Bought hearing aids from this company on 1/7/2021. Returned the hearing aids to company on 1/26/2021 and they were received by them on 2/2/2021. I was told a refund would be sent to my credit card (American Express).On 2/4/2021, through email, I inquired about refund, Phillip replied the refund was sent but would take 48-72 hours to post back to my credit card.On 2/10/2021 I again emailed Phillip about refund, His reply was We processed refund same day we received hearing aids back. Still no refund to AMEX account which would now be 5 days over the 72 hour time frame Phillip said the refund would take.Again on 2/10/2021, I again emailed Phillip about refund and stated there is no refund posted to my AMEX account. Phillipss response was It says still pending on Merchant Services, but they took the money out of our account same day. So basically Phillip stated he shows the money taken out of FixYourEars account and sent to AMEX. This was a huge lie.On 2/12/2021, I called AMEX and they stated there is no refund pending and it certainly would not take this long to issue a refund if a refund was actually issued. I opened a case with AMEX and they replaced the money back into my account and will get the money from FixYourEars.Thank you AMEX. This is why you always make a purchase with a credit card.
