Awesome staff, clean and nice facility, great selection of product and very knowledgeable about what is good for sleep or pain etc.. I highly recommend this place and will be back again soon. The one negative, no plants forsale.Jerry

One star and Ill tell you why. My husband bought a vape pen (highlight brand.) It didnt work. We found this dispensary about 2 mo. ago. We visit about biweekly. He went in about a week after he purchased the pen to purchase edibles & flowers and of course forgot the pen. The budtender at the time said dont worry about it bring it in next time and well take care of it. The next trip I made by myself and took the pen in for him. When the owner ( I assume from comments made) was asked to assist with the return, his first statement was that the cartridge was empty. I felt as though he was implying I was trying to pull a fast one on them or something. From there he asked how long ago I bought it. -answered about 3 weeks -he said I cant expect him to do anything beyond 3 or 4 days from purchase. -i went for my phone to call my husband for more details bc I didnt know he actually already talked to someone about it last time he was in, but the guy stopped me from calling. Didnt want to or care to let me get my husband involved to answer his questions. I initially responded to the question about why it took so long to return, that my husband is disabled. Without hesitating he barked that he himself was disabled, he pointed to the girl next to him, shes disabled. From there Ill spare you all the dialogue but basically he raised his voice. He said quote I cant keep eating the cost on things like this. I just looked him in the eye while he was loud and rude. I told him nevermind since this is becoming a negative experience. His solution was irritated ordered me to write my name and number on something and.....I stopped him there and said again nevermind. I just wanted out of there. There were two nice girls behind the counter and one other patient. I felt horrible. My husband insisted on calling when I got home. He has never called him back.Side Note: When looking for a dispensary near us we found THE BLUE STONE GROUP. We thought we were going to THE BLUE STONE GROUP the entire time. Initially when my husband called to address the way I was treated. The owner of THE BLUE STONE GROUP called us back and really tried to apologize and was very concerned with reconciling the situation. Once we all got on the same page and realized wed been going to the nearby (less than a mile away) dispensary we were relieved we had found a new place. But like I said when he reached out to THE FARMERS ORGANICS no one ever addressed the incident. I would also like to add, we usually spend $200-$300 per visit. So Im just bummed out that we supported a company we knew very little about.Some things I noticed thru our visits tho-- Budtenders werent able to reccommend on the flowers, majority of the reps that helped us had never tried the flowers-Same lack of knowledge with their other products-Same with teas and drinks (kept warm) on a shelf-small selection of flowers-decent variety of edibles but little or no candies-sometimes they were well stocked and sometimes there was very little product stock
