My husband just got me a biónico, pregnancy craving. Well the yogurt that they put on it was super watery that spilled everywhere! It made the fruit all soggy because it was basically swimming in milk! No cantaloupe and no granola!!!! They only put coconut! Not a good bionico!

Had a pistachio paleta (milk based), and it is my favorite paleta that I have ever had! They make all the paletas in the shop, and explained the process, which was interesting. Also got the tostiloco which was quite good.I came here with my buddy on day 4 of a bike trip when we were hit by 100+ degree temperatures. The owner let us hang out in the air conditioned shop for 6 hours as we waited out the heat, and even kept us supplied with ice water. A big thank to La Monarca for the wonderful paletas and for their kindness. Will recommend to family and friends, and will always be back whenever I am passing through.

Definitely going back. I love the mangonadas. Would prefer more fruits but it’s still good.

Delicious, but pricey.

Ice cream was super good, went for date night. Only problem we had was the customer service, you can just tell that they dont want to be there, almost like when we walked in were interrupting their conversation, if that makes sense. Overall though, I love it there!

Arturo and lizet are the best, sample everything! This place is Awesome! Highly recommend. Family owned means the ice cream is of the highest quality and taste

Overall this is a great place for ice cream, clean and good service, the only problem products are overpriced I wish there will be more options. Prices are about half If you go to shops around LA area.

Place was ok only because the girls working 5/4/19 around 7pm werent very welcoming. It almost felt like you were bothering them when you would ask a question about the product since it was my first time there. Also when they would hand you an item it felt like they didnt even want to talk to you they had no courtesy . They both had no customer service skills. I bought a corn and a mangoneada. They were pretty good they only bad thing was their customer service. They should not hire younger people that lack social skills and customer service skills because that only makes their store look bad.

Where the ice cream is concerned, on the stick, water and cream based, and huge variety, this place in Lake Elsinore has definitely the upper hand. Not too sugary, infused with real fruit 🍉 🍎 🍊 🍓 there is very little not to like. The place seemed clean, and the service at the hands of Alejandro, the owner? was respectful and efficient. Some of the varieties, from what I found out, have the Mexican spin where they may add chili to their favorites. Not being from that part of the world I chose more conventional flavors, like Pistachio, which was rather tasty. Now, and since I shop on occasions at Costco, this place is nearby, and well worth the near drive. Making good ice cream, frozen yogurt, and juice bars make La Monarca Michoacana a specialty place to shop. Prices did not seem out of line, and now we know where we prefer to go when it comes to good frozen treats. 4.5 Stars.

Let’s start with how clean the shop is! The customer service is 5 Star! They make the very best corn! They have a large variety of ice cream! This is my happy place!!

It was 8:30 and sign was off. Not welcoming at all when coming in like if I came in 5 minutes before closing but they still had a whole hour left to be open. The ice cream is really good my 3 stars are for Custer service.

This is a very clean place, its sketchy outside but its safe, no worries. The ice cream is delicious, you get a good size cup of ice cream with just one scoop. There are other snacks in case you dont eat ice cream, are lactose intolerant, or if youre on a diet.

The popsicles are fantastic! You can taste that theyre made with good quality ingredients and the huge selection is outstanding. Try the Ferrero Rocher, also the blackberry cream!

I frequent this establishment. I am not sure what I am in love with more, the fruit cup or the various flavors of ice cream. After work, I like to stop in and get spears of various fruits such as pineapple, mango, cantaloupe, cucumber, and jamica, Throw in a bit of Chamoy, and I am in heaven. As for their flavors... normally folks hit Carvel, Rite Aid, or Baskin Robins. You really need to try their flavors. My favorite right now is the cinnamon chocolate, but of note are the tequila (real alcohol), and pine nut flavors.And that? That is just the tip of the iceberg. Nachos, Cheetos, Duros, Churos, milkshakes, and so much more. I highly recommend this or other La Michiocan cafes, if you get the chance, and want to try something else besides standard fare.

They are a small shop but everything there is fresh and delicious.
