Gary was amazing. Very helpful and passionate about helping and walking us thru steps and showing us what we could have. He was great.

If during the installation or repair process of your manufactured home you desire the usage of the cheapest grade building materials and the worst possible craftsmanship for overall installations---then I would recommend this outfit...! Otherwise not...

I just wanted everyone to know that if they are in the market for a new manufactured home I would definitely recommend HMR&R. We were actually moving forward with another local company and were running into some challenges and were becoming increasingly frustrated. We happened to be in the same shopping center as HMR&R and just walked in to gather some info. We were immediately impressed with Gary Somma. He sat down with us and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns regarding the other company etc. We were so happy with what we found out that we canceled the other company and decided to move forward with HMR&R. It was the best thing we ever did !I cant tell you how many times Gary would come out to our property at the drop of a hat to walk us through any concerns we were having at any given time. Even in the rain LOL. The difference in the customer service alone was night and day! Gary was there every step of the way always taking the time to address any questions or concerns we had. He always made us feel confident in the project and made it so easy. In regards to Andrea in the office...SHE IS AMAZING!!! Anything and everything we needed she was right there to assist us with it all. She made our experience so much easier !!! Gary and Andrea are a killer combo !! So, in closing once again if you are in the market for a New manufactured home I would definitely recommend them 100%.
