If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They said there prices were cheaper than anywhere. They are not, and the delivery service they use is terrible. I ordered the furniture after the NEW owners took over, and I dont know how much worse it could have been. The furniture came in damaged and if took over 4 months to take care of the problem. I contested my cc and returned everything. I ended up buying from a local dealer. The price was better and service was so much better.
I placed my order and was told it would take 5- 10 business days. I was given a few different excuses. They dont know what happened, our shipment was damaged so they had to replace everything, the delivery is delayed, oops we dont handle delivery it is a third party who does it...we dont have any control over it. Suffice it to say 6 weeks in total I cancelled the order. I would never recommend. No one ever reached out to tell me anything. It was always I calling and emailing. Please find some other company. You will be happier in the end.
DO NOT BUY AT MATU. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. The only good thing was that the reception desk was slightly cheaper than other places, but I regret doing business, will never be back. The order took forever, I was told my first shipment was damaged. I waited again and the claim for the damage took longer than expected. I kept having to email, they did not stay in touch. We were adamant about the shipment arriving on a specific day (so we could get it inside), which did not happen. They came on the wrong date, with heavily damaged boxes and NOT complete. In all the chaos, my staff did not realize the shipment was not complete. I have been emailed for weeks now and they are saying the problem is we signed for it. I ordered in April, it is now August and I still have not received the rest of the order. I keep emailing and never get a straight answer. Any service oriented business would have send me a replacement piece by now. BE WARNED!
Worst service I have ever experienced. They said there prices were cheaper than a local supplier. They lied. They charge out the wazoo for install. It also took forever to receive my product. Once I received my cherryman, there is a bunch of things that were damaged. They never sent the replacement parts, and I have a bunch of junk. I will never use them again, and I would advise not to use them. I should have ordered from my local furniture store. This place is a joke!
If I could give this company a -5 star I would. They were 3 weeks late on a shipment and did not update us on their own at any point in the process. What did we end up with? Not our product we paid for but instead some incredibly insufficient and uncaring emails from the actual owner of the business telling us we would have to wait 3 more weeks. We could’ve gotten our furniture 2 weeks ago if we’d chosen a different supplier. You should do the same. It’s one thing to fail but it’s another to have surprisingly bad customer support and care for your customers. The worst experience I’ve ever had with any business in my life, and that’s even considering IKEA.
Unbelievably poor quality. The press board is dry and the desk feet collapse from even the slightest movement. JUNK!!!
I havent received the furniture yet, but I can say its some of the best service Ive ever received. My furniture is scheduled to be delivered 3/1, but again, Matt has been amazing during the process!
Furniture arrived on time just before xmas as requested. Great quality. Happy customer.
Very unprofessional group. Furniture is cheap. IKEA is a better option.
