We love our purchase!!We werent so sure about purchasing online without seeing the product, but could not find anything like it in area. So took the chance. Wendy Gave me confidence to buy & love it or send it back. We had some delivery issues. She explained freight companies are backed up atm and would always provide us with her recent updates, and made sure we got delivery. So our end result we have amazing patio set with above and beyond customer service and great quality

I am pretty sure the woman who answers the phone at this place is a pathological liar. We have been trying to get replacement burners sent to us since the summer, which we paid for and are unable to get our payment refunded for. It is now 6 months later and we have not heard a word from them despite many follow up calls (of which we were supposed to receive a call back in 30 mins, after lunch, maybe tomorrow, everyone is magically on vacation so its just me in the office) and emails. Thieves and liars. Will take this review down if this company EVER send us the parts we paid for.
