Usually go here for amazon returns, things go fine. I had a question so I called them and asked then the worker immediately hung up while I was still talking. Uh okay?? Why?? It was even about me giving THEM money. I guess thats a good sign I should go with a different company.
Convenient location and lots of services available including notary services. They also are following the guidelines for COVID19 safety and cleanliness. I was, however, throw off by how rude the employees can be. In particular, the lady who is the Notary Public. I went in the other day to drop of some packages that already had postage, as well as, am Amazon return. Everything was packaged and taped up, however, I noticed the Amazon box had tape that was coming off on the bottom which I missed when I repackaged my item. Mind you, when you return Amazon items to a UPS store you dont even have to package it or tape it up at all. You can simply bring the item to the store and they package everything and return it to Amazon. So, when I dropped of my boxes I mentioned that the Amazon box might need a piece of tape to secure the bottom and that I didnt notice the tape was coming off until I got to the store. The lady who was scanning my packages in was very kind and informed me that they usually charge for tape but would do it for free this time. I didnt argue and thanked her knowing that I didnt even have to put my Amazon return in a box let alone tape it up. The other women, currently working with another customer doing Notary, made a snarky and sarcastic remark stating Im sure you didnt notice! Ugh!. The lady working with me even felt uncomfortable and kindly responded, I dont know what shes talking about. I thanked her again and walked out. I know we can all have bad days, but there is no excise to be rude or snarky towards your customers. You made me uncomfortable, your co-worker uncomfortable, and Im sure the other customer who was getting the Notary services. It was uncalled for. I work with many UPS store owners and strongly recommend to the owners of this location to look into a new Notary. Bad customer service = lost customers and bad reviews. I will be taking my packages and Amazon returns elsewhere from now on.From reading the rest of the reviews, Im not the only one who has experienced rude service. Id strongly resolve this issue!
I was at this store today to help my father-in-law with an Amazon return, and I was unhappy with the customer service we received. When we came in the older woman behind the counter greeted us, and I indicated to her that we were here to make an Amazon return. I was holding the box for the product we were trying to return, and my father-in-law had the item itself. Upon my communication with her, she indicated that we would need a box made for the item, and that she did not believe she had one large enough to fit the item, so she would need to manufacture a box and we would need to pay for it.I immediately inquired upon Amazons free return policy to the lady, to which she replied Well, you need a box to ship it in.I understand the need for a container to ship things in, but it was shocking that she immediately resorted to trying to charge us when I had the box in hand with me. The reason we had it out of the box was because in order for the item to be placed back in the box it had to be disassembled, and it was discovered to be defective after it was assembled. I had hoped to receive the same pack and ship service you receive at Khols when doing Amazon returns, and was suprised at the callouse nature of this customer service representative. We ended up disassembling it and fitting it back to the original box, but I would definatly not recommend this store.My take away from this lady was that if I had a shipping need she would not even attempt to find me a solution that minimizes my costs, she would just do what is most convenient and profitable for her. I doubt that all the customer service personell are like this, but this left a really bad taste in my mouth for UPS stores in general, but definately this one.If the lady we spoke to today is the owner/operator, than I encourage you to be more considerate of your clients. If this lady is not the owner, then I encourage the owner to review their customer service standards. Thanks for reading.

AWWWFUL service!!! the employees here are like zombies with little personality and give you a very uncomfortable and unwelcome feeling, and the older woman (I believe she might be the manager) is EXTREMELY rude, impatient, and irritable. Also they are very messy and disorganized and gives off a very unprofessional and trashy feel. I would give negative stars if I could. AVOID this sh*thole at all costs if there are other shipping services in your area. 2 thumbs way down!!!!

The Elsinore UPS Store is my go to..Very polite, everyone is doing a great job..Im always packaged, taped and out in minutes.
First time here and Betty was rude. She went to print my label came back then charged me and when finished didn’t even say done or anything just left me standing there so I awkwardly said “thank you?” She looked at me said “you’re welcome” and rolled her eyes... don’t know if she notices how cold her attitude was. When working in Customer service and a client smiles at you it’s common decent to smile back or to say “okay it’s all done have a good day” not just step away and start helping another customer. Just some advice, I’m not mad but giving a very candid review .
Mike was awesome, he assisted me over the phone, since I was having problems with a company I purchased clothes from. He printed out my return label right away, and assisted me politely, and professionally when I arrived at the store. I highly suggest a raise, or promotion, as a young man with INTEGRITY.
I am upgrading my review after writing a poor one years ago. They have REALLY improved! Excellent customer service. They find my packages quickly. They are organized and new staff members are much more friendly.
Betty was amazing! We took a large item to be shipped, it was shaped very awkwardly, I dont know how she mastered it.. But she did! Thank you Betty! Michael was also great in this process! Thank you Lake Elsinore UPS your the Best!!
It appears Betty is the issue. I recommend that she attend a Customer Service and Public Etiquette Training. Shes a poor representation of The UPS Stores and should be dealt with accordingly. It is apparent that Betty believes that shes beyond getting reprimanded for her unprofessional attitude. My blame for her actions are management and corporate; despite the numerous complaints they still allow her to work the customer service desk with out reprecussion for her poor behavior....My recommendation is place her in the back and let her shrew her negativity sorting mail and bulk packages....In a nutshell, you cant be friends with the individuals you manage or supervise, for they are more destined to take your Management/Leadership style for granted, contributing to plummeting business !!!

I would def give this 0 if I could. I brought my computer and charger in a box I needed to buy bubble wrap which the man offered to do for me. A week later Samsung said that they never got the charger with my computer. So I called this store which was no help at all. I know he lost my charger cord. Which is why I sent my computer in. I have myself walking out my door on my cameras you can see in the box the computer and charger inside at my home. Its not in my car and Samsung has proof as well its not there. Never go here they arent any help if they lose your items!!!

Nope. Dont come here. Mailed a card to my mother for mothers day with some surprise cash for her. Conveniently, never arrived. Said since it was mailed by USPS they should know. That would be true if it ever got to the USPS! Im beyond upset and loathe this place for mishandling my moms card. Its just magically lost all of a damn sudden. Totally ruined EVERYTHING. Zero -flipping- stars if I could rate them any lower!

I called the store before I came in to make sure they were still open and politely ask a question about some returns that I had to drop off, and right off the bat the woman BETTY who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude, abruptly interrupting me with a “matter of fact” condescending tone in her voice whenever I was mid sentence. I can literally feel the negative energy coming off of her so I say thanks and hang up.I didn’t have time to go to another UPS store which I would have LOVED to do considering this woman sounded like she was seeping with a horrible attitude (and I’m wondering how she has a job talking to customers over the phone like that) but I came here anyways because I didn’t have a choice.Betty (this older white woman with a mullet) is absolutely the RUDEST, most unprofessional and unhelpful person I’ve ever dealt with at a UPS store.When I walked in to the store to drop off the returns, she says hello and I say hi. And I tell her I’m here to drop off some returns and she just stares at me and watches me while I’m struggling, putting the boxes on the counter. Meanwhile she’s leaning against the counter with her hands on the counter, just completely FULL of attitude in her demeanor and her blank stare.Feeling uncomfortable already with her attitude towards me from before I even saw her in person, I ask her a few questions about the packages and I can’t even get a sentence out, she’s TALKING OVER ME.Even when it came to showing me the boxes I could buy to put my items in, she couldn’t be bothered. She would point over to the corner and nod her head, continuing to have an attitude and staring at me blankly with an aggressive posture and snappy voice. All I was looking for was just an ounce of helpfulness or friendliness from her, and got neither. Instead, she ANGRILY served me at the counter, with an attitude as if she were doing me a favor.I was carefully checking one of my large packages that needed to be sent back in a large plastic shipping bag, to make sure there were no open holes for products to fall out and making sure the tape was in all of the right places. This bag is worth well over $300 with the items inside, so I will d*** well make sure it’s secure. And she says with the most condescending and rude tone of voice, “*scoffs* I’m trying to weigh this bag here and you keep pounding on it!” Literally YELLS this at me out of absolutely nowhere. Mind you, at this time I am the only customer in the store and she is the only person working, so I’m sure she felt that she could get away with treating me like this.I had no idea she was taking a weight measurement since the only type of communication I received from her before I even walked into the store was her was attitude!!! Maybe communicate to me what you’re doing so I know???? And if I had known you were measuring the weight, I wouldn’t have been touching the package???? I’m sorry I’m unable to read your mind?!!I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and AFRAID to talk to her because she would snap at me, and this combined with the rest of her unprofessional behavior and unnecessary attitude; there’s absolutely no justification for this whatsoever.If you’re so unhappy with your job that you feel it’s okay to have this attitude, you shouldn’t be working here period.Afterwards, I stood off to the side to observe how she treated another customer (who was an older white male by the way) and her attitude did an entire 180 degree flip.She was nice and communicative, making conversation. And actually HAPPILY HELPING this male customer without dishing the disgusting attitude that she served me with.You better believe me when I say I’m taking this higher up, because this level of blatant discrimination and unprofessionalism from a grown woman isn’t cute. There are no excuses whatsoever for the behavior I was served with.

Oddly enough I was asked what was in my package???. I put my tracking in my POST OFFICE APP connected to USPS. I can clearly see that that a label has been made and awaiting arrival. So when I call the Manager Betty, she seems to have a different excuse everytime I call, tells me shell check into it with her carrier and doesnt ever call back till I call her. This place will waste ur time!the manager doesnt even know what UPS PAK is!they said UPS never made PAK ever! thats so ridiculous!i went to another UPS store, they offer me 100+ PAK right away! what a shame!
Horrible customer service.Ridiculous! I took in an a Amazon return in the original amazon packaging. This store charged me $1 just to put tape on the envelope. Charging people for 3 inches of tape is rude and unnecessary. I will absolutely NEVER EVER use UPS for shipping.
Came here for the first time and the women helping me is tapping her fingers against the counter. Very rude and uncomfortable. Doesn’t she realize it takes a few seconds to retrieved each amazon label. I will go elsewhere for my shipping needs.

DO NOT come here for any fingerprints through livescan or any other service. I had my livescan done here and because the employee input the wrong option from the drop down menu my prints were not submitted properly and needed to be resubmitted. I paid 79$ and they expected me to pay again when it was clearly an error on their behalf. I spoke to Betty who lied and said she spoke with someone from DOJ who said I needed a rejection letter that was impossible to get and she didnt even call them and she even tried to tell me the price went up to 99$ when my sister paid 59$ for the same thing at another ups store. I spoke to DOJ and the people the fingerprints were submitted through and said because of the error UPS was responsible for redoing my prints. I spoke to the owner of the UPS store Tracy who was very rude and told me if I wanted my prints redone I would need to pay again. If we want your print done right at a reasonable price do not come here go anywhere else this place is a rip and and is overpriced.
