Great small little store. the staff is generally really nice and helpful.The pharmacy staff is great. Had my first Covid shot today and was avery good experience .

I pass 2 other rite aid stores on my way to ride the bus home daily .I always stop at lake forest park because of DARLENE !!!she is always sweet and helpful..I appreciate her kindness and her smiling face after a long day at work .She is the reason I go to lake forest park rite aid and push 5star notification at register terminal.Thank you Darlene for always being nice to me..

Avoid the pharmacy at all costs. If you ask a question theyll hand you the box and tell you to figure it out yourself. (Because I know the medical language on it better than you??) They have zero desire to help you, just push you along. Incorrectly charge insurance and leave it to you to figure out. And if youre at the register and request cash back, dont expect it to be in the bills youd like. If you ask for smaller bills theyll hand you whatever is easiest and tell you no they cant break it up... with an attitude at that. The store is clean, its stocked, and they have decent sales but there isnt a single employee Ive come in contact with that makes the shopping experience worth it.

Never have my meds I have to call them they dont call or text me ugghhhh very very frustrating!!

Denise at this location is extremely rude. She is the one with blue hair which is fine but her attitude sucks. Denise sucks so you’re better off going to a different rite aid or drugstore all together

Selection is nice and the store is new, clean. 3 out of 4 visits/phone calls, the pharmacy has been unpleasant, unfriendly, impatient. The checkers are minimally better. When you call for pharm hours, the voice message says theyre open until 7 on Sunday, but pharm actually closes at 6. Thanks, needed my medication! Rite Aid (in general) only uses the chip reader for credit, debit requires a swipe, and every other branch Ive been to have notes indicating this, as it is a detail most likely missed by many customers. Thats annoying enough, but this store has posted a note on the chip reader that says, Read the signs. Such snotty attitudes all around at this store. Avoid this place if you can go anywhere else.

Rite Aid in my opinion is a very out of date store in the world of Walmart and Walgreens Rite Aid still tries to stay relevant and this Rite Aid does not. Prices are ridiculous seeing how Walmart is less then five minutes away and so is a Walgreens. For some reason no matter what time you go there is no more then two people working one on the floor and one behind the counter if youre lucky. You will almost always spend more time waiting to check out then you did looking for what you wanted in the entire store.

The pharmacists and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location of Rite Aid.

Good selection of Rite Aid type stuff, unenthusiastic staff but who can blame them. Really just not a fun place to shop at.
