This team is amazing. I drove 45 minutes to get this store, and the expertise of this team was worth every minute of it. Tyson helped me through a complex issue of swapping around multiple phones and solving multiple related issues. He explained each step and was just incredibly knowledgeable and fast.
Went in here to pre-order the iPhone 12 Pro Max and had the absolute pleasure of working with Tyson. He was super personable and friendly! Buying a new phone is often like buying a new car and Tyson made it easy and relaxing. Hes a fantastic salesperson and I ended up with an Apple Watch and $400 worth of accessories. My experience with Tyson was top notch. As much as I protested, he even stayed late, after the store closed to make sure everything was perfect. GO HERE AND WORK WITH TYSON! HES THE BEST! Just needed to drop in an grab headphones quickly. The attendant knew exactly where they were and grabbed them for me. The checkout process was longer than I would have liked, but that wasn’t his fault. They wanted my phone number, etc. That wasn’t really necessary, was it? It could have been a simpler transaction— but it was, by no means, problematic.
I was very pleased and satisfied with my experience in this store. Tyson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was buying. He was also very friendly and professional at the same time. He was more than happy to put the screen protector I bought on my phone. All in all good experience 👍👍
I walked in knowing I wanted a certain Iphone model and left happy and knowledgeable with my new phone. I had one of the best customer experiences in recent memory with an employee named Tyson. This person is straight forward, super informative, and friendly. I really cant stress enough how skilled this person is at making people feel at east and explaining policies and processes.
I dropped in to this store to ask if they could help me install a screen protector on a phone. Alex was friendly, and never even asked whether I was a Verizon customer (Im currently not). Ordered a new phone. Recieved a confirmation email that phone was ready to be picked up. Drove out of my way to go to a Verizon store that had the phone in stock. However, The business is closed, and their voicemail box is unable to receive new messages. I called Verizon and they said they were showing the store as open but were unable to asisst or provide an answer as to why the store was closed. Verizon customer service then canceled my order and statted they could order the phone and have it delivered to my home address. However, after cancelling the order the rep informed me that the phone was actually on back order and we wouldnt be able to have it shipped. Wonderful experience.

One of the most helpful experiences Ive had with Verizon in years. Not only did I get hooked up with the phone I wanted but they went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal possible. Ive been to other carriers stores where I felt like I was just a target for signing up for the most expensive plan and phone. Eddie and his team took the time to listen to my needs and recommend the best plan for me. I really felt like they were in my corner representing me and helping me get the best deal with Verizon. Follow up was fantastic. Great experience.

Does not seem like everything is on the up-and-up here. I recently transferred over 4-lines and we had 2 of our own devices. I was told that we could use our devices and just needed new SIM cards. After they were sent out we received errors and went back to the retail center where the manager was surprisingly hostile. Wish I had gotten his name.First, he recommended we ditch our current working phones and just buy new ones. I declined.Second, he told me the devices were in fact not compatible and I could waste my time trying to call T-Mobile to unlock them.Finally, I caved and just got a new phone. He stated I was going to be charged a Set-up Fee (not to be confused with the Verizon Activation Fee) and taxes on a free phone. Jeez...a little salt in the wound.He agreed to waive the fee, after he aggressively said ARE YOU GOING TO WORK WITH ME? Yikes, sure. Sorry to be a burden, just trying to wrap my head around paying for free things and fees for assistance.In summary, Id go elsewhere an urge you to as well.
Great customer service! i love the energy inside the store too! everyone in there is willing to provide me with the services i need. i just switched my t-mobile phone to a Verizon plan! i did not even know that i could receive practically the same thing i had with t- Mobile ON VERIZON. i couldnt refuse. Special shout out for Karen helped me the whole way through.

These guys are crooks specializing in bait and switch. They promise a great price for phones and carrier rates but when the bill comes its much higher. Complaining to Verizon doesnt do any good because these clowns are authorized dealers but not actually Verizon, so Verizon tells you you have to deal with them directly, at which point they claim that you misunderstood the offer.
Kirk was awesome- helpful, patient, & kept a sense of humor when unexpected complications arose. I had walked into the store 45 mins before closing on a Saturday night, but didnt have all the info i needed to add a phone to my account. Thanks to his efforts & excellent customer service we got it up & running & I was out the door before closing.
We went in to this Verizon store, because we kept having problems with Verizon replacing a defective phone under the Warranty program. Joel, the fellow working that evening, was so friendly and helpful and navigated the frustrating process of the Verizon phone tree, that I just wasnt up for. I felt like he was really there for us, the customers, and he even acknowledged and thanked me for being a Verizon customer for 13+ years, which NO ONE at Verizon has EVER done before. We ended up just upgrading the phone and he walked us through updating the new phone and made sure the new phone was working properly before we left the store. I would definitely go there again and work with Joel.
Be extremely wary of ANY plan, service, or device being sold to you here.I came in looking to upgrade my phone and change my plan to reduce my monthly payments. I got sold a plan where I (foolishly) believed the quotes given to me by the sales manager and would reduce my overall monthly bill. Color me surprised when I come to find out my rate actually went up and was no where near the quoted price when they got me to sign up. Now I have to pay MORE in additional/cancellation fees to get my monthly bill down to the original quote.So to them, congrats; you made a quick buck off of me through misleading statements and quotes. To everyone else, please be extremely careful or, better yet, go somewhere else.
Alex and his staff was phenomenal. He helped us take care of the issue in an efficient manner and throughout the process they were very engaging. He suggested a new google pixel for me and a new tablet for my son. We both love our new devices and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Alex and his staff to my friends and family. Than you!!
I love this store. The customer service is amazing. Alex the store manager went above and beyond for me. Just stupid little things that I should be able to figure out he will simply fix and always with small talk and a smile. I love the friendly atmosphere this store has.
The employee at this store was very rude and completely unhelpful. I was there at Lake Forest Park at 11 a.m. on Saturday October 20th. This person told may I could not have my problem solved. I would need to get used to the phone. He told me I could not return the phone and have have an have another when without considerable difficulty. He was then verbally rude and abusive and sarcastic well saying quote thank you unquote. I would not advise going to the store, at least not Saturdays in the morning.
We just switched from AT&T over to Verizon. I was extremely hesitant moving to Verizon after spending little less with T-Mobile, but I am glad we went to this store and switched to Verizon. We walked in and it was really busy, but we barely waited 2 minutes. They were well staffed for a Firday afternoon and extremely helpful. I didnt feel rushed with a questions were answered in depth and our wants/needs were well respected. Shout out to Alex and Karen who helped us. It was such a purchase or feel like we were being over sold anything. All of our smooth transition (and ended up costing way less than we anticipated too!).
While customer service representatives are friendly, they do not follow through with their promise. I have called on 4 different occasions, asking for answers with the same question. On each of these occasions, I was told that a representative would call me back the next day to give me an update on the status. EVERY SINGLE DAY, I did not get a phone call back, but instead have had to call them myself. This has been a two week long process, and I still not have heard back from my issue. I will call again tomorrow and ask for my 5th follow up, and I expect to be given the same run around for a 5th time. I have no trust in this company whatsoever.

Just walking by the library Ive noticed a new verizon store opened up at my neighborhood. I went here to go over my recent bill and the store manager offered a new plan and new tablet for less than what I was paying last two year. Job well done!! My family and I will continue to come here for our future needs.

These fools are lackadaisical. No help at all but thats what you get for dealing with 3rd party retailers. Do yourself a favor and just go to a corporate Verizon or call customer care. 100% guranteed better help. Especially coming from a former Verizon employee. This store needs help baaaaaaaddddd
They had one person working in the store on a Friday at 4:15pm. He wasnt able to handle me b/c the store wasnt properly staffed. I call in today, Saturday at 3pm to inquire how many people are working and the same clerk, Joe, asks me why. I explain that I want to make sure they are properly staffed so I can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time and not have a repeat of my wasted trip yesterday. He was rude and insulting and claimed the store WAS/IS properly staffed. But I beg to differ. If you know your phone issue is going to take 20-30 mins and theres one person there, thats not enough. And to staff a retail store, especially a wireless store, with a single person on the weekend, just doesnt cut it. Im already disappointed that the last Verizon authorized retailer moved out of there but after 3 lackluster experiences at this neighborhood store I know I will be forced to make the drive over to Aurora Village and the actual corporate Verizon store where they know how to properly staff a store with professional individuals who dont get defensive or rude with their clients.
Great people at the store. I wanted to look at new Samsung S8 and they have a live device at the store. I enjoyed talking to Alex about the phone and ended up trading my old S6 for a brand new S8. I love my new phone and look forward to come back to see Alex when Im ready to buy a new phone for my family.

Be very careful what you accept from this store. Promotional free tablets actually have monthly line fees and multi-year contracts associated, about which the sales rep (Nick) was either uninformed or less than transparent. When I noticed the added line charges on my Verizon bill and called the store and spoke to Nick, he said he had my signatures for the tablet contract, the three-weeks store policy return period had ended, it would cost me $175 to break my contract, and there was nothing he could do to change any of this. I needed to talk to Verizon, which I did and who canceled the contract and credited the line fee. No thanks to this store and its employees. Too bad because I would have rated the store highly based on my upgrade experience. The fallout from that, however, has undermined my trust in this store.

I went in to get an adapter and there was only one employee helping a woman. It was obvious that shed been there for a while and needed more information for the employee to effectively help her but I still had to wait 15 minutes only to find out that they didnt have a headphone adapter.

Ive finally decided to leave Tmobile account because verizon had an unbeatable unlimited plan! I first visited this location two weeks ago to sign up for their special I had the best time the staff was amazing all my questions were answered and I left with a new phone, I highly recommend.
Kayleigh Estill, is a rep. She has no idea what shes doing, as a retailer for verizon, you should know how to read the screens, and know what your charging people for. As well as telling people the truth when they ask bill related questions. Having said that. I needed another phone for my friend I want to add to my plan. I asked how much for the phone (by month, seems everyone is doing that now) activation, and now how much will my new bill be?, what would the first new bill look like? She couldnt understand the screen, she fumbled around threw out numbers, and pushed the sale through. Youd think if youre trying to sell a service, you should know that field.

Also she’s got some kind of attitude as if she was in control and you can’t touch or be around phones. Bad customer service, wouldn’t recommend going there.

Waited 15 minutes..then clerk wanted to charge me $20 to help set up my replacement phone...there no one else in the store..kept saying he was sorry..but that has always been a free service at other V stores in the past..bad enough that the phone went defective to begin with.
