Tucked away so it takes a little effort to get to but worth all the effort! Price point ($9-13) is typical for the quality and area.Space is small and spans the length of the counter with limited seating and tucked away. Main entrance also seems to lead to grocery store; LF is to the left. I ordered a Carlsbad and it was deliciously smooth! I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

I had a great experience here. I got the avocado protein and hubs got the Palm something...booth were good, mine was great. The almond protein balls were amazing. We live 3.5 hours away and were only in town for a college visit and I tried to replicate them but no where near as tasty. Hopefully my daughter picks Lake Forest so I can frequent this place! lol

I come to LF at least once a week for there delicious Palm Springs bowl. The service is always wonderful, the staff always goes out if their way to make me happy. I have tried bowls all over the country and this is one of the best. The granola is absolutely delicious, the fruit is always super fresh, they have a variety of snacks and juices as well. I will keep coming as long as I’m in the area, give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Delicious smoothie, friendly service, we bought some things to go. A little pricey, but to be expected for high quality products. I recommend.

I went here the other day to look at the new location. Wow, is it clean. When youre dealing with raw foods, this is a must.....and it even smelled fresh. The owner was very nice and gave me a couple of suggestions....and a free shot of ginger juice!I drank them over 2 days and feel great. Im coming back with the empty bottles next week!

I been at LFJ a few times, not to many cause is ver pricey, but I splurge once in a while! The guy who I seen always is very nice and explained always what is in the juice! Or he can omite an ingredient if I requested! I have see who I believe is the owner and she is as nice! But this morning I went to get a green juice and I did not want too many fruits in it! There was this young lady who seems annoyed at my request! She suggest one of the drinks in the cooler! I went ok because she did not like that I explain I did not want sugar for health reason! She charge me and turn her back annoyed! Seriously?? If Im paying $12.00+ be nice!! And I agree with other reviews She was nice who prob were regulars!! I guess I wont be coming to LFJ anymore! If ur going to be behind a counter be nice to everybody!

I came to this place with high expectations (recommended by friends to go here) and was altogether disappointed by my experience. The staff was unwelcoming and seemed annoyed by my presence; possibly because I’m not a regular customer. I ordered a smoothie bowl with granola topping and fruit and was completely disappointed to find that the granola topping looked and tasted like a crumbled Nature Valley granola bar. The smoothie had no açaí taste and the peanut butter flavor was overwhelming. When I received my bowl it was watery and overflowing with frozen, unblended chunks. Neither of the two employees said anything to me when I left. I am a disgruntled customer and feel that LF juice has some changes to do before I even consider coming back to waste $13 on a mediocre (at best) watery, bland, chunky smoothie bowl. The only enjoyable topping was the sliced strawberries... the rest seemed to be pre-packaged foods; this completely contradicts their promise of fresh, healthy, organic ingredients. I would not recommend going here.Side note: the juices and smoothies are extremely expensive as well. This little store crushed my hopes of finding a delicious açaí bowl.

Absolutely love this place. The smoothies are the best around town and the cold press juice is the best in taste

I came to this store with my children and we were treated a bit rudely but i understand considering it was almost 3:30 (within 1.5 hours of closing time). I ordered the açaí bowl and was shocked to find that it tasted only like orange juice and not at all like açaí. For almost $13 i did not expect to find a nature valley granola bar trying to pass as “granola” on an expensive açaí bowl. My bowl was overflowing and completely liquid by the time i received it and it was absolutely.... how shall i put this.... NASTY. the flavor was..... non existant. how rude. i would not reccomend this and if you go home and drink an entire gallon of orange juice out of a chipoltle bowl, you will have quite a similar experience for only a third of the cost.

This place is great! Their açai bowls are made to order and theyre huge and made with real açai (not açai sorbet) so theyre worth the price. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable.

The pros: great selection and excellent execution of each item. The cons: the staff seems to only be interested in greeting and interacting with regulars and $22 for a 16 oz cold pressed juice is simply asinine.I came out to this location to satisfy my craving for an acái bowl and figured I’d try a fresh cold pressed juice as well. I read the reviews before coming and seen that the juices were $10 with a refundable $2 charge if you bring the bottle back. After going to a few other smoothie cafes in the Chicagoland area, I figured that’s completely reasonable. However upon checkout I was rather dumbfounded when the cashier told me the total was $37+ for an acái bowl and 1 juice. I paid without questioning or expressing how ridiculous I thought the amount was. Upon checking out, not a single staff member said even a standard “thank you” “have a nice day” “thanks for stopping in.” They simply gave me my card and went back into their prep area/kitchen. I waited for about 3 minutes as they chatted it up with one of their “regulars” before asking a different staff member for my receipt as I wanted to get a clear view of the highway robbery I willingly took part in. In sum, I am not impressed and will not be coming back. I understand the cafe is located in lake forest so maybe that’s why they get away with charging $22 for a 16 oz juice. I’m only giving 2 stars because the acái bowl was huge and really tasty. I was planning on coming here regularly because all the products looked really good. Overall, Pure Juice cafe in Arlington Heights is still the best I’ve been to in the suburbs. At least the staff is friendly to ALL CUSTOMERS (not just regulars),offers a comparable selection at a reasonable price, and staff is happy to offer honest input on their products.

I stopped in today to just check it out.Cute comfy place.I have an organic juice place in tampa and i know how much organics costIve paid $60 for 20 pound case of cukesLemons can be over a buck a pieceSpinach $4 lbI cant justify $18 lb for tumeric so i get conventional. The cleanse prices are similar to mine.Maybe ask why junk food is so cheap?

The juices and products have very high price tags, I wondered about the ingredients used since everything is so expensive and consuming raw ingredients can be dangerous if not from a quality distributor.I asked the employee if they used organic and then was asked to leave the store. Not sure a business that Is proud or honest about their ingredients would Act that aggressive.
