Love this store always has whats new!

Just went in to get some funko pops. Staff was nice. Been going there on and off for 30 years. Certainly not the hot topic of the 90s lol.

I visited this location today. The customer service was great. Everyone was on point. Great job ladies!

Great selection. Fun store.

I didn’t get the friendly staff vibe whatsoever. Since capacity is limited, my friend asked Miss Ray of Sunshine #1 how long the wait was to get into the store. She sarcastically responded “DEPENDS ON HOW LONG PEOPLE STAY IN THE STORE.” Wow, great answer Sally. Did you go for college for that educated response? Then Miss Ray of Sunshine #2 with a bigger attitude (after 20 minutes waiting on line) said we can’t bring drinks in. Meanwhile Sally saw us with drinks the whole time. I will never do business with a bunch of miserable little girls that need to take a Midol and learn customer service.

Normal Hot Topic experience. Good if you want somewhat expensive current culture items. Staff were fine but nothing was notable here.

Too crowded. Staff looked overwhelmed.

A great selection on a uncrowded store. I shall return

Love this place. Only giving 4 because of their prices and employees following you around.

Used to love this place but lately it’s been a total nightmare and just horrible experienceThe poor employees at the stand outside the store have to stand on their feet and i never see them with a chair, on cold days it must be brutal for them because the entrance to the mall is right next to them. The store inside is always sweltering and some employees in my opinion are not dressed appropriately. There is this one employee who will have their whole stomach showing and even some skin below the waist showing. I was even asked if i’d give my number to him but i insisted i was not interested and he then gave me an attitude and still does whenever i come in. Idk what happened but the store is not run like it used to be in the past and it saddens me because i usually buy all my clothing from here. Will now be taking the extra drive out to the outlets from now on, Unless things change.

This place is amazing. Love the unique items they sell here.

I shop here all the time I love the clothes and the jewelry it has at least one thing for every fandom I like.

Hot Topic has the coolest items, lots of t-shirts from Rock bands, Disney, TV shows, movies. They have themed items like wallets, socks, hats, jewelery. Even some Halloween costumes. Fun place to shop.

Love rhis store. Something for everyone. Great for different and interesting gifts. Staff is extremely helpful and professional.

When I visited Hot TopicI thought it was a amazing place.I love their skinny jeans,dresses,corsets,ear rings,corsets,Yes i would say it bras under wears,shoes,and almost everything else except for my little ponies and princesses stuff.But the people there are kind amazing helpful and wonderful workers,They never failed to impress every one ho is a fan of hot topic and their productsI have been shopping there when i was 14 and I am proud to shop at Hot Topic today

Great little store with alot of graphic tees to choose from.. Store is a little over priced for what they are selling but the sales make it better. Came in today and was helped by a man with long hair, i didnt catch his name but he was very nice and professional.

There is a lot to look at here unfortunately crammed into too small of a store. When it gets crowded it is hard to move and you get distracted from what you were doing because you constantly have to move for other people.would greatly benefit from a larger location. Staff here are friendly and paitent. You can always find new and interesting items here.

I love it so much there. The workers are all super friendly and helpful, theres always some sort of sale going on, they have all the best fandom and band merchandise, and they have great regular clothing too! Definitely one of my favourite stories to go to.

Great deals and great customer service. Three days ago I got a $30 value for just $3. I love it.

Got some good deals and had a very helpful/patient worker helping us.

One of the workers was extremely rude. One of the machines that you need a token for was already open, as she was letting another customer choose from the machine without putting a token in. I asked if I could do the same since it was already open and she gave me a nasty attitude saying you have to pay for it. I said yes I know, stuff isn’t for free. She proceeds to tell me well you can’t select what you want. I said well how come you let this person choose? Do they have special privileges? And she walked away saying something under her breathe. After that I put the other items I was going to purchase down and walked out. This place is never seeing business from me.

Great store with an excellent selection of products from clothing, to figurines, to beauty products, its got almost everything. Alot of people give the store the label of being strictly for goths and hard rock listeners; but the store really caters to more than just band culture. The store has alot of different kinds of pop culture products available from all different kinds of fan bases. If you want some anime stuff, comic book stuff, band stuff, CW TV Show stuff, Disney stuff, or even wrestling stuff, theyve got it. They also seem to be a good place for buying cheap but nice jewelry and piercings. While the store shouldnt be considered strictly for goths, youll definitely find the stuff you need to get that goth look here lol. All in all its a great store with lots of variety.

An aging store trying to keep up with todays band lovers style. I think they miss the mark on what they carry and would not be surprised if the chain goes under.Years ago, they where a lot better.
