First, let me start by saying I am completely satisfied with this product. The 3D picture crystal is beautiful. I dealt with Alex at the Lake Grove location and he was amazing. Excellent service, quick turn around (less than 3 days) and I would highly recommend this location and product!

Horrible customer service . Real nice to you when they sell you product. Hiy told me it be ready in 3 days . I call there and all I get is a recording cant answer now leave a message. Been waiting over 2 weeks to find out if the 3 D picture in glass is ready. Dont do business here its a hassle.
