Paid for same-day delivery for an emergency (no heat in the house). Oil came 7 hours later in the day. I paid for them to prime my tank on top of the cost of same day delivery and the oil itself, and the oil delivery person stated that they primed the tank and proceeded to walk out the door two minutes later and drive away without checking to see if the furnace was on.I called the company back stating that the furnace was not functioning and that it was still freezing in my house, and they stated what did you expect, him to wait around forever?, he didnt even wait two minutes. I then had to pay a technician to come out and check the furnace, guess what.. ALL THAT HAD TO BE DONE WAS FOR THE TANK TO BE PRIMED.I paid for a service to be done (which it was not), and had to pay triple the amount for an actual qualified person to do a simple task that should have been done from the start. The company also told me on the phone no refunds, even though they failed to do the service they were paid to do.I should be refunded the cost of the $169 technician visit that was paid to do the job I originally paid for. I would adjust my review accordingly if that were the case, but Im sure I wont get a callback.

This company has never let me down yet! I cant say enough about the quick response service and deliveries. Ive happened to run out of oil a couple of times and theyre always able to come to me the same day, usually within a few hours. Great to know I can count on them always!
