Service was a bit slow. They were out of equal so I asked for 5 stevia on the side. They added all of them to my drink making me want to throw up. So disappointed

When I dog walked closer to this side of Algonquin/Lake in the Hills, Id always stop here whenever I needed a quick pick me up between my walks. Now, I only stop by when Im in the area, or am having a one-on-one meeting with my managers ((when we can safely sit outside, that is)). I was even hired by my new managers at this location as well! Ive always had a wonderful experience with the staff and I believe thats what kept me coming back, besides the wonderful iced teas and refreshers, that is!

This Starbucks right off of Randall Road just north of Algonquin Rd is very similar to many Starbucks of its size. The staff is very friendly, prompt, and they serve the same Starbucks coffee I have come to expect at most every Starbucks. I stopped here to work for about an hour or so before going to a meeting on a cold January morning.

Always accommodating. Very speedy service. Cleanliness is in abundance. Even with a long drive thru line, they seem to process everyone very quickly & accurately.

I ordered a very berry hibiscus and normally it’s a deep purple color so when they handed it it me i was a bit confused bc it was a very light pink but there was a lot of people in line so i just took it and left. It literally just tasted like water with a hint of the dried berry flavor, not a fan.

The drink was way watered down. Normally they get my order right the first time... Must have been a new person. They need to be consistent with training. Finding out your drink is watered down once youre already on the way, and having to turn back kind of defeats the drive thru purpose. 🤦🏽‍♀️

This location is always hoppin! Sometimes theres a line, which is ok because it usually moves quickly. The staff is always pleasant and perky. Product is always on point. Location of this particular store is great, easy in, easy out. Stop here frequently.

I didnt enjoy my visit due to baristas attitude . My drink was also made not properly, its like a 3rd time this week.Im coming here pretty often but this time was certainly my last time.

Can somebody tell me why i always get leaking around iced coffee cap?? Employees should think more or not be lazy. Its not difficult to serve clean, not leaking cap. Its not a first time that I left drive thru with coffe spots on my dress... :/

Everytime I go to this Starbucks my drinks are perfect every time. Any other Starbucks does usually get my drink wrong time after time!Plus the staff is absolutely wonderful.

The ice coffee was good the girl at the drive thru seem like she didnt want to be at work ..that was twice..very dry attitude 😐

Every time I go to this Starbucks I get really poor service and rude employees. I went one day and a young teenage boy saw me at the register and rolled his eyes before he came up to me. He even asked other employees to go up instead of him. I asked for a London fog, a very simple drink that is on thier menu, and he said we dont make those here. I was on my lunch break and in a hurry so I just said fine and asked for a black tea with liquid cane sugar. He gave me an unsweetened iced black tea. This is one of the many rude employees Ive had here.

This is a classic Starbucks with nice outdoor seating. Nothing particularly different about this one. It is exactly what you would expect from a Starbucks.

It took 35 mins to get our order despite being the only one in the shop

Every customer should realize that any service provided by people can have a human error and it would be nice to be human to accept it that way. And bad customer service is only for bad customers!!!

I didnt want to go in alone so I payed someone $200 to walk in and pretend to be an old high school friend. I walked in and was greeted by the smell of burning Uggs. It then occurred to me that I was the only Chinese black man in the joint. Everyone else was white girls wearing Uggs and talking about world domination. I quickly grabbed my coffee and headed to my home where I could cry myself to sleep. 5/5 would ruin my soul again.

We come here daily because its close to work. If there was another option close we would no longer come to this location. The drive thru is terribly slow on a regular basis and more times than not there are mistakes when we finally receive our drinks. Staff is constantly apologizing for the wait .

I go there all the time! I love this place but this morning I had a really bad experience. The lady in the drive through was super rude as I drove up to the window my coffe was already sitting outside the window on the metal thing she did not greet me. I said hello how are you myself since she did not greet me and she ignored me. I myself put in my card and she turned the other way no eye contact at all. Did not give me a total or nothing. I asked if I was all set and with attitude she said yes. How was I suppose to know if she did not say a word to me. Smhbefore I drove off I told her she was really rude and she said I didnt hear you, wow!!!!!On top of that I get home and my Drink was wrong. I asked for no liquid sugar only cream and it had sugar.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 😡

There was only one barista taking orders and it took forever to get to my turn.Theres no menu inside to even show you options.I ordered a grande and reveived a tall.Once I ordered it take a short time to make the drink, but overall did not enjoy my experience.
