Nathan is the greatest! I picked up a truck last night to move my daughter to Ann Arbor today and realized this morning when I went to gas up the automatic transmission had stopped working. I manually shifted the truck back to the store and Nathan completely took care of getting is a replacement truck and I was heading back to load up within 20 minutes. Great job.

I am not sure. I guess little disappointedI rent a truck for 1.9 miles on going back and forth. Plus another 1/4 of mile more?But the truck reflect I possibly used over 60 miles?.And when I checked out on line wont let me finish because it appear that the truck went in mileage reverse.Strange.Would I trust uhaul again?Chris. Was nice refund me 35$ out of 87$$ ?. Dont feel right.

I rented a truck today. The experience was very nice. I was in and out with no issues. I will be using this place again the next time I need a rental truck.

This one boy named bryan was very helpful and all I went to u haul was for some boxes and he even offered to bring it out to my car for me! He was so polite I will be going there again if I ever need boxes or moving supplies! (:

Needed a trailer to move a vehicle. Chris was very helpful. Easy in, easy out. Trailer worked well. One of the better UHauls to deal with!

I wouldn’t trust them with a pen and paper, I had the worst experience here. I wouldn’t trust these people what so ever. Your told one thing and told a different thing. Terrible service . DO NOT GO HERE!
