I went looking for a particular scent that I learned had been discontinued. However my lovely sales associate Jeree was more than happy to help me find a new batch of great smelling scents. She was so positive and patient as i shopped around with her. I was able to find some great lotions and sprays and Jeree made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. She radiated positivity and it was one of the best shopping experiences i ever had at bath and body works. Thank you Jeree for such a wonderful experience. I definitely will be back!!

Love Bath & Body Works in general and this store is a good one. Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Quick checkout line. Lots of inventory. Shelves/baskets stocked. Only draw back is the location inside the mall, no exterior access.

Came yesterday and this cashier woman on reg 1 number 3546475 legit screamed at me to confirm my email over and over I said my email fast to get the hell away from her ! My 6 year old got frightened never will I shop here again

The only time I go to this store is when they are having sales on things I need. I stick up at that time. When I go the store is always clean, neat and well stocked. The employees are always helpful and polite.

I had a hard time understanding the factor of the sale was given items I did not pick then told When I had to return them twice my third time I could not come back in due to i was there twice before. Due to sale .yet i told others working in mall about and was only there to purchase for them due to fact they were working. Seems to me it should not matter how many TIMES YOU V8SIT A PKACE WHEN SALE IS KEY AND YOUR BUYING.WORKER MADE ME FEEL AS IF. This was my first time ever coming to this mall. And the customer service i experienced was absolutely TERRIBLE. At Bath and Body works the cashier who helped me had a very bad attitude and had no respect for me as a customer. She was very sharky and i felt like i was being attacked. I told her i did not appreciate her attitude. When i was leaving i asked one of the other workers if i could speak to the manager. When i told they manager about the cashiers she completely blew me off and just said “ok ok ok” and kept looking down. Now i see where the employees get it from. This store is RACIST once i decided to leave i turned and the manager was EXTREMELY nice to a white lady. I guess it was my skin color and my brunette hair that meant i did not deserve quality customer service. If i could give a 0 star review i would. Never will i ever come back.

The products are wonderful as always. The girls who work there( Employees) are not so much wonderdul. They didnt try to help or try to give you the items that were on sale. They just rang it all up! Some things were buy 3 get 3 free etc but they didnt try to help they could of mentioned it tho.

I usually love going into bath and body works in the mall! I always spend way too much money there but today was not like most. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for and an employee named Brandy showed me exactly where it was. My item was the winter candy apple body collection. It was on sale buy 3 get 2 free! I picked the ones I wanted and looked for another sign that said that so I could make sure I choose from the correct variety and there was a sign in the middle of the in the stars collection so i choose from that. And then went to check out and when I did brandy was there to check me out. She told me the in the stars collection was not part of the deal. They had their own sale going. I told her about the sign and she got an attitude really fast and tried explaining the correct sale to me. But her attitude ruined it. I told her I understand but she needs to move the sign. And that really frustrated her for some reason and then another employee who was listening in laughed insyead of trying to help. All I did was make a simple merchandising segestion and she acted like I was in the wrong and was rude and gave me an attitude. I made the segestion so other customers wouldnt be confused like I was. I then went and found a different employee told her about the sign and she explained to me which ones were part of the sale that I was looking for. The customer service in this store could be a lot better than it was and the merchandising could be better as well. And the attitudes have got to go!
