The staff here is AMAZING! Super friendly and helpful! They asked questions to make sure they made our drinks perfect and they delivered! I wish we had one Dallas - I would come every day! This is the cutest place, too. Great vibes, good music, and delicious food. This place has everything you could possibly want in a coffee shop!

Wonderful little coffee shop. Great atmosphere and vibes going on. The bathrooms were very large and clean. Great caffeinated beverages and baked goods. We only got the Rosemary scone, but it was amazing. The staff was super friendly, and if you get the baristas choice when a Whitney Houston song comes on, youre in for a real treat

Nice little coffee shop with sweet treats. They go heavy on the sweet in their coffee drinks, but I never minded that much. Just be aware if you’re a coffee person to keep it simple if you don’t want it too sweet. I got the white chocolate frappe and my wife did the caramel macchiato. Fruit cup was high quality. They were out of scones at 1030a

Great place, and great service. Its a lovely time coming here for a weekend coffee. It has a great atmosphere and is a good place to just escape reality as you sip on a nice coffee or tea. Brew N Bake also has wonderful pastries that go perfectly with their drinks.

LOVE this place! I only work in Lake Jackson 1 day a week, but I look forward to the hour plus drive because I get to stop at Brew n Bake! I absolutely LIVE there specialty coffees, and have even bought some merchandise so I can show some local love! I wish I got to come to Lake Jackson more often, just so I could stop by Brew n Bake! The staff is always very friendly, and it is THE place to go in the mornings, so make sure you leave enough time to wait. But dont worry, it is TOTALLY WORTH IT!

My husband and I were in town for a friends wedding and found this place for breakfast for a few of the days we were there. The staff is all really friendly and clearly happy to be there. The coffee was delicious and so was all the food we had. We joked that we would move there just for this coffee shop. Definitely reccomend!

Love their coffee! Their seasonal soups are great for lunch! The spicy chicken sandwich is my go-to order 99% of the time. I highly recommend dining in or taking out - DO NOT order through Door Dash. Every time I have ordered through DD my order is cancelled.

Anytime Im in Lake Jackson I like to go to brew and bake and get the avocado smash toast, two boiled eggs and a caramel macchiato (extra shot of expresso and an extra pump of vanilla). They make it perfect every time! Services are great there and the staff is very friendly ❤️

Super cute and quaint! The vibes pouring out of this shop are amazing. The batista made sure to ask questions about the typical drinks we get at more mainstream places to make sure we got the drink we loved the most.

We got 2 of the Red Bull smoothies and they are so good! The people behind the counter even checked with us to make sure that we liked them. The atmosphere there is so cozy and comfortable. The restrooms were clean. We definitely enjoyed our visit!

Today I had a delicious exquisite coffee latte with a shot of hazelnut and ate an egg kolache, bacon and cheese (I was not impressed by this kolache, but was good). The atmosphere was perfect, with good music and excellent service. They have Wi-Fi available and it is a good place to do business, to study or just have fun with friends. You can choose between hot or cold beverages. The price is relative, for me its good.Adding to my visit today, Jaunuary 25, 2020. Maybe I still dont ask for my coffee. As much as I ask for my 8oz coffee, with double shot of coffee, extra hot, IN A GLASS CUP, I dont know why they dont give me the service as I ask. Its logical... if I ask for an EXTRA HOT coffee, why they give it to me in a glass cup without a handle and not in the MUG I always ask for and they never give me. They have not seen the news of the lawsuit they against an fast food restaurant (not to mention its name) when the client burned his hands for picking up a cup of hot coffee... Not to mention that they gave me the wrong breakfast, although it was delicious.Any way. I love this place, have a great food, fresh food and I will returned because is awesome be in this place and I recommended. You should visit this place.

Good coffee and coffee cake. The Gibraltar is a drink loaded with caffine that will get you going in the morning. And the prices are reasonable.Their cinnamon almond coffee cake is light and sweet, avoid if you have a nut allergy or dont like sweet things with your coffee. For me, dark is just a little too grimdark for me. I like a bit of hope with my daily fight for the emperor. The emperor protects, and coffee is his will.

Lake Jackson gem! Fantastic staff, eclectic, artsy vibe. Oat milk chai was delicious, on the sweet side. Hippie toast also great, a little skimpy on the avo though. Overall great experience and glad we visited while passing through.

There is a reason this place is busy. I ordered a hot mocha and a cold frappe, and both were perfect. The food selection is diverse, but on this visit we stuck to the cheesecake and a piece of grasshopper (mint and chocolate). Both were amazing. Leave the chain coffeehouses behind. This is where you want to be.

I got a Carmel frappe and a fruit cup and that fruit cup was as the kids say “bussin bussin”. It was so so good.

Really good coffee shop. When Im traveling I always want an espresso, a real espresso, and its difficult to find it. But in this place its a good option. The chocolate chips cookies with pepper are so good. By the way, the music is a flashback to the 90s. A perfect trip to my high school era.

Best coffee shop in the Brazosport area and its not even close. Great coffee as well as some unique breakfast and lunch options that you wont find anywhere else in town. Their bakery serves a bunch of great sweet and/or savory treats to accompany your coffee or you can even order full cakes ahead of time for special events. Anything Ive ever had there is top notch. The staff is always courteous and helpful plus the overall atmosphere of the shop is very welcoming and inviting. Just skip the chain coffee shops and support a local business that is far superior!

I went in today 7.25.20 and Order my usual coffee and a pig ear, after I ordered the lady sprayed on the counter Chemicals and my cup was on top of the counter I ask the owner or manager nicely if I can get another cup because she sprayed the chemicals and I didn’t know if it got in my cup well I noticed the girl that was spraying the chemicals got an attitude so she warmed up my pig ear and basically threw it on the counter I just left it on the counter after she made my coffee she placed my coffee on the counter and threw my straw that was the worst experience I ever had in bake brew, i usually have a good experience coffee is always great but this particular day the customer service was horrible. I was very disappointed.

Fresh home made biscuits, with thick cut bacon, perfect eggs with slightly runny yolks, made by someone who loves butter and is not afraid to use it! Coffee is great. Dont hesitate, just order.

I went there this morning for the first time, the ladies behind the counter were super nice, there was no wait time, they made a great recommendation for me, and the frappe I got blew Starbucks out of the water. Definitely going there again when I get a chance.

Great food, problem is they don’t let you buy more than two flavors of the scones at a time??? Had three kids with me but only allowed to buy two flavors of each flavor??? So which kid doesn’t get toffee and has to settle for apricot. Make more but don’t ration what you have just because poor management didn’t think or plan ahead. Plus they tried to appease my child with something completely different?!😡😡😡

Yummy delicious food here. Their quiche is the best. If you ever go to visit brew and bake I recommend the quiche and a mango smoothie. The have this dessert I love thats has a gram cracker bottom, and a bunch of melted marshmallow on top.

I love their coffee and would give this place 5 stars, but the past couple of times I have been there my drinks have been wrong. In the baristas defense it looks like they are new and just dont know how to take an order. I will definitely wait a while before I come back.

The workers are nice. The girl with the dread locks always gets my order right. I like their seating and the size of the tables.

I go into this coffee shop almost every morning or afternoon and I am always greeted with amazing smiles from amazing people. The baristas are awesome, with exceptional professionalism when crafting your coffee and a smile. The place itself has a very relaxing atmosphere, with a variation of music ranging from coffee house folk, to indie and mild rock. On occasion there is entertainment and live bands and singers who are always adding that extra little touch to make this place unique. Brew and Bake is a great spot to sit and relax, or visit with friends. I look forward to giving them my business for awhile.

Visiting from Oregon where we have lots of great coffee shops. BnB is the only local one that comes anywhere close to the ones where we live! Love the vibe of the place n the Cuvee coffee they use is spot on! Only shop I like to frequent when n this area!

Service here today was excellent. The biscuit with fried egg and bacon was great. Bacon is extra thick, egg cooked to perfection. And loose leaf tea tied in a bag on order make a great cup.

Got some espresso one day and it was great. Came another day espresso was meh and ordered a lot of amazing baked goods.Their cinnamon roll had cream cheese icing which I am not a fan of. Also, no mustard to go with their kolache esque foods.

This is a beautiful little cafe conveniently located near Brazosport college and Brazos Mall in Lake Jackson. They offer a great selection of both coffee and non-coffee drinks as well as plenty of yummy cafe fare. The employees are knowledgeable and offer great recommendations on their products as well as witty banter!

Did not patronize Brew N Bake. Had dinner at Beef OBradys next door.

We love this locally owned coffee shop. My wife and I go there most Saturday mornings for breakfast, and she meets 3 of her girlfriends there on Wednesday mornings for a Breakfast Club. Great service and tasty pastries and sandwiches in addition to good coffees.
