This was the best experience I’ve had at an automotive parts store in my life. Mark helped me out and he was so awesome. He helped me get my old wipers off and put the new ones on. He also helped me replace the battery in my key fob, and it was only $8 for two batteries. When we asked the dealer to replace the battery it would have been $40 for each key, literally 10x the price. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re not well versed in your car’s needs.

These guys are always really nice and very helpful. If you are buying something expensive you should order online as there is always a 20% off coupon. If i am fixing a friends car I make them take me to lunch with the savings and we have a quick lunch while ordering the parts. Usually i am very self sufficient but last time they helped me with a wiper blade for my sons SUV - have never changed one and they took the time to show me how to yank it off.

These auto parts are now basically just run by young men who have no experience in any type of automobile service theyre not trained properly and all they know is how to put buttons on a computer unfortunately this is how it has now become fashionable to hire an experienced workers to do a job they know nothing about this Advance was very polite unfortunately very knowingly unexperienced helpers I wont go there again

Ken the General Manager is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He has always gone the extra step to ensure that I get the best parts at the best price. Highly recommended. Ken needs a raise!

Beyond helpful. Without asking the salesman double checked the online order to make sure it was the right fit for my car, turns out it was the wrong size, and then switched it to the proper one, which by fortune was cheaper. So he saved me not only a lot of time in having to take the car apart, only to learn the part was the wrong size, then reassemble time, time back to the store for an exchange, then breaking down again. Beyond helpful.

Got a battery from them, good old Diehard. Hopefully its as good as the one that I had to replace. The old one was A Diehard with 3 year warranty & lasted 4 years. The new one only has a 2 year warranty.

I was driving through and needed to have a warning light checked. Even though they were very busy, a gentleman took the time to assist me with rhe scan. Very friendly service.

I bought some lug nuts for my car that were the wrong size, the package had tape on it holding it together and oil like someone literally handled with them already. We tried them out on my car & they were too big & I took them in to return & I was told that once opened they can’t do returns.. the package was taped together & had oil on it as if someone returned them already when I bought it. Complete waste of money & never coming here for Advice or car needs every again. I added a photo of the tape that was already on there when I bought it. Go somewhere else.

12/13/20 Car battery, bought from this Advance Auto, died. It was a three year warranty battery and it was about 2 years 6 months old.Went back to the same Advance Auto, expecting to pay for the major percentage of a new battery. Was I ever so wrong ! It cost me practically next to nothing !!!Joe, son of the person who runs this Advance, took care of me. He is truly a people person who is perfectly suited in management. He is a professional and I could not be more satisfied with an auto parts company than I am with Advance and, Joe, their representative.Its employees like Joe who make Advance Auto better than the others.Thanks Joe.

EXCELLENT customer service at Advance Auto Parts in Lake Mary. I needed a headlight bulb replacement. Didnt have to wait in line, a customer service person greeted me right away. He looked up the part, picked it (with some bulb grease I didnt even know about), and installed it. I was in and out in 10 minutes tops. And the part wasnt overpriced. Happy customer!

Stopped in earlier today with starting issues on my diesel truck. After going to the “other” auto parts store and them telling me my batteries were good but my alternator was bad. I went to Advanced Auto because that’s where I bought my lifetime alternator a couple of years ago. The manager had Kevin help me. Even though it was the middle of the day, hot, with no shade he thoroughly checked both batteries and the alternator. He said based on his experience and what the machine was telling him the drivers side battery was faulty. Wow...he was right! Thank you Kevin! Great job and great customer service!

I was a little blown away by the customer service I received today. My husband and I went in to buy new windshield wipers before hitting the road. One of the associates (wish I remembered his name) was kind enough to ask if he could help from the front, instead of have us fiddle with the tool in the aisle. He found the wipers we needed in under a minute, told us what prices apply to which wipers, and then came outside and helped us install them. We drove home and noticed a serious difference in the visibility on the road. Kudos to real customer service, which is so rare these days.

I have a headlight out and O’reilly & Pep Boy have both assisted in changing out lights in the past, but I happened to be near the Lake Mary Blvd Advanced Discount Auto Parts and thought they would offer a similar service. I wish I could put no star because this Advance Auto Parts is the worse one i have ever been to. The customer service was so terrible, they were super rude to my fiance and I. The employee helping us was the manager himself and he had the audacity to be rude and snotty to us when we were just trying figure something out. This is the second time I have been there and got terrible service PLUS products that malfunctioned and they REFUSED give us a refund when we jus baught it 5 mins ago without letting us know this is a non-refundable item, because we did state we may return it. All n all horrible Advance Auto Parts store, dont go there.

Bought a new battery and the guy was nice enough to carry it outside, even though the car that needed it wasnt there. Very polite and fast workers inside.*** just dont try the food truck outside. The lady is very nice, but that food needs seasoning. We tried the shrimp empanadas, even with the salsa, they were very bland. The food could be great if they seasoned like true Puerto Ricans

Every time I have ever been here it’s 3 guys teaching a new idiot how to type on a computer. The service is the absolute worst and the manager is in love with his own voice. I have never heard a human speak randomly about anything in the world more than him. Please go elsewhere.

Itll have what you need. However, like every auto part/hardware store, you feel as if you leave with a layer of grime on your person that you didnt enter with. Otherwise, nice staff and adequate selection.

The staff is always extremely helpful. The only drawback is that from time to time they are understaffed, but it may just appear that way due to the fact that everyone is helping a customer in one way or another;which is a good thing.

I came in to replace the rear fog light on my CLA 250. However, no one was willing to assist me, and when someone finally briefly acknowledged me, another customer came in and the person who had briefly acknowledged me began helping them right in the middle of helping me, literally. Poor service

I had an issue with them years ago. I bought dex cool for my car. I topped off the coolant and left it in the car and forgot about it. A couple of days later I went to bring it in the house, but when I opened the trunk there was coolant all over the place. The heat from inside the car caused preasurre to build up and it leaked out all over the place. I barely used any. I went back to see if could get some of my money back, and they refused. They said I used it all. I showed him the puddles in my trunk and he said it was my fault. I stopped in here the other day for the first time in years because they are the only ones that carried the bushing for my converitble top. They customer service after they have your money is horrible. Autozone has made a fortune off of me, but the service is great over there.

I went in to buy spark plugs which went ok. I bought something else and requested a receipt reprint for recording purposes. The associate did not know what to do and went to the manager in the back who told him to tell me to go home and make sure copy of I wanted one. I insisted on getting a reprint and the manager finally came from the back and did a copy of the receipt with the information on it. Horrible customer service
