One of the best services I have ever received. My bike was doing all kind of noises and it took the lady and gentlemen at the store only 5 minutes to give me a full diagnostic and estimate. Only a few days later the bike was ready and the final price was exactly as the estimate. My bike now feels even better than when I just bought it and Ive noticed they also did some other maintenance work I didnt even ask for ! Great service and very professional and friendly, highly recommended.

Great bike shop owner is very friendly and the price is fair. I give them 5 thumbs up the only down side I have is that they could’ve call me when they were moving I went back to pick up my brook saddle and maxxis tires was told they didn’t see it when moving. That was there only down side.

Went to this shop to get my new road bike assembled. I was blown away by how supportive and helpful the staff was. As a beginner it can be a bit intimidating, but the staff explained everything to me. The assembly was done ahead of schedule, and they adjusted my fit on the bike. All for a very reasonable price. To top it all off they held the door open so I could ride out in style. Very happy and will definitely return in the future. 5 stars!

Went in expecting to be laughed at because of my cheap bike that needed a tune up after a move from Illinois, but I left pleasantly surprised.These are people that just want others to enjoy cycling whether you have a higher or lower end bike...as soon as I realized this I started asking more questions. I felt comfortable doing so as he genuinely seemed eager to help out and get me back on the road.I am happy spending my money there to support this family owned/run shop. I almost look forward to it.

Ive been in FL for about two years and went to Olde Towne based on a recommendation that I did not take, that was to go to a competitor. Reading the reviews I decided to come here for servicing my MTB and road bikes. Tommy is very attentive and customer oriented. All my experiences and interactions (servicing and pricing) have been great. I highly recommend them.

I normally try to do all my own work but I needed a headset baseplate installed on a new mountain bike fork. Other shops told me I needed to have some machine work done so I gave this shop a call and spoke with Tommy. I drove the fork over and he looked at it and within 1 minute he had it installed with no machining. I found my new bicycle shop! Thank you very much.

I wouldnt even give this place a star to begin with. I just called a few minutes ago to ask how much it would cost to get replacement tires for my old mountain bike. As soon as the woman picked up the phone, she sounded so rude and just drained of all emotion. This is a big no no for me. I get it, people work long shifts. I work about 9-14 hour shifts every day and if not every other day. Thats only one job, then I go to my second job and I never once lose my enthusiasm. Be enthusiastic, be cheerful, dont sound like a depressed teenager. Im probably not being fair, I dont know the woman, hell I dont even know this state. Where I come from people answer the phone and sound like actual people not a robot. Please, fix this issue, and then MAYBE I will consider coming here.

I went to olde town shopping for a beginner road bike. I left with an amazing bike at an amazing price. The owners were super friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a ton of advice for starting into this sport. They also did not try to up sell all of the accessories like the bigger stores. They have the equipment and will explain it if you need it. I would recommend this shop to my friends and any cyclists. I have made this my go-to bike shop.

Tommy and Teresa are fanatic people. (Owners). They help with questions and suggestions and very knowledgeable and honest with everything from my completely beginner questions to fixing up a bike that was way below what they are selling. They never once tried to up sell anything or talk down about anything. Will return here without any hesitation.

Walked in just to check out a new LBS I didnt know existed and walked out with a great youth Mt. Bike for my son at a deal I couldnt refuse. Just moved in the area and needed a flat tire replaced. Very nice employee who did an outstanding job. She took us in as a walk in and we were out of there in 15 minutes! Efficient and great prices.

Got me in and out to replace a master link in 5 minutes. Cost less than a Big Mac! They also gave the bike a once over and adjusted gears and brakes. Great service and attitude! Will definitely be back for all my familys bikes needs!

This is a fantastic example of a bike shop. They are a small business, mom and pop kind of shop. I got to meet and chat with the owner some about biking. They are very knowledgable and do their best to help you in anyway possible. I will be returning soon to have them upgrade some of my bikes components and I am glad to support such a genuine shop and people.

I tried to like this place for real it’s close to my house and a local business. Owner isn’t friendly. They charged a lot to do a tune up on a new bike and now my brakes squeak. Called them about it and told that’s just the way it is. Well that’s not the way they were before!

Really great service and sales. There are a lot of bike shops in central florida now and this is one of the best. Much better prices than surrounding shops and very friendly. They support and are knowledgeable about all kinds of cycling and carry a variety of commuting/recreational/offroad stuff, as well as kids bikes and gear. I cannot say enough great things about this shop. If you want a great local bike shop, this is it.

I had a wonderful experience at Olde Towne Cyclery! I hadnt ridden my bicycle in 5 years, so it needed a lot of service repairs for me to get riding again. The owners were very nice, and they beat the price they quoted me to repair my bike.A few weeks later I wanted to buy a child seat for my bicycle. I chose to do my business again with Olde Towne because they will install the seat for free if I buy it from them, which is unlike the other bike shop in Lake Mary who wanted to charge me $10. My second experience was just as good as the first.If you need your bicycle repaired, bring it to Olde Towne Cyclery. Tommy, Teresa, and Tyler know what they are doing!

How fortunate I am to have stumble upon such a great man and business. My story...... went to Daves World in Altamonte Springs to have my Nishiki Sport bike tires replaced and tuned up. Ask them to change the handle bars over to cruise style. Well I was told that I might as well just purchase a new bike for the cost it was going to be to change it over. To replace mine would be $800.00. So they went over my bike and did a nice job on it. Well my wife and I went out to eat in Lake Mary and I told her after were finished I wanted to go in and ask about changing my handle bars over. Tom said sure I can fix you right up. Well after the dust settled it cost me around $85.00. Bought a nice cat eye light system from him and a rear light for my wifes bike. Out the door for about $135.00. Tom took his time readjusting my rear brake cable and installing my light system. My Nishiki Sport is good as new. Too bad I didnt come across Olde Town Cyclery before Daves World. Anyway this is where Im going from now on as long as Tom is still in business. Two Thumbs Up For Tom. !!!!!!!

It was an absolutely beautiful afternoon, 75 and not a cloud in the sky. I walked into Olde Towne Cyclery with a polite smile on my face and asked the person at the counter how she was doing.OK... How can I help you? she replied with a flat stare. Oh well, i think to myself, some people are just direct and not everyone smiles. Its fine.I say, Im looking for a bicycle, however Im not sure if Id like a hybrid/comfort style bike or a mountain bike. I dont need to go far on it. I recently tried a cruiser and was surprised at how well I liked the more upright position, so a comfort style bike to might be a good compromise, or I might still like the mountain bike better. I was hoping you could show me the difference and I could get a feel for each type? I deliberately leave it on an open-ended note; this after all her shop and she probably knows how best to proceed without me interrogating her to begin.She meanders listlessly from behind the counter as Im speaking, occasionally glancing in my direction. She stops in front of a large two-tiered rack packed with bikes and reaches up to touch an apparently random wheel as she tells me they dont have any hybrid style bikes. She practically radiates indifference.OK, so they dont have that. No problem, I can still pick out a mountain bike to have in mind for my ultimate decision. They have some nice cruisers, so I might as well check them out as well; it could turn out I like that better than either of the other styles.Still with my polite smile, I move toward the storefront and indicate a nicely proportioned cruiser with a double-bar step-through frame and handbrakes. How about this one then, it looks like it could be a good candidate. Can we check it out?She frowns dismissivey at me, settles into what can only be described as a stance, and says Oh thats just a cruiser for, yknow, puttering around the neighborhood. You wouldnt want that. This confuses me because as I had informed her short distances is really all I need it for.I have eventual plans to install an electric hub motor to make it something I can commute with (while Id love to go green, work is a few miles and I absolutely cannot arrive at work sweaty). I tell her this, as a means of explaining why I am open to the cruiser style as well as the mountainbike one typically sees a guy such as myself on. Im not sure why I was still trying at this point, because it is now glaringly obvious how done she was with me the moment she laid eyes on me. Nonetheless, Im there to get a bike, not a friend.I should have quit while I was ahead.She literally takes a full step back, and looks as if she wants to spit at my feet. Maybe you want to see (moped store) down the street?Actually, I say, they stopped selling ebikes recently. I would rather do the conversion myself anyway; Id trust it more. With me buying a bike retail Im not really saving money with that choice, but I can be sure of the components and workmanship. Thats why I want a nice new bike as well. And yes, I know the warranty on the bike is voided.I wont sell bikes to people who are going to put a motor on them. That isnt what theyre meant for. She juts her chin.I like to be reasonable, and have my patience worked up to a pretty high tolerance, but I have had enough. When all I was was a person wanting a bike, she was indifferent and dismissive of my preferences and selections, going so far as to flat out tell me that I didnt want one of the stores bikes. Then when in her eyes I revealed myself to be someone who would defile one of her precious bicycles by modifying it after I purchased it in full from her place of business, I became sub-human and she decided that Olde Worlde Cyclery doesnt serve People Like Me. Wow. Speechless.I told her to have fun with that and left. She yelled out the door at me. Im sad to say that I yelled back.I have never in my life been helped by someone who cared less for the concept of customer service or even basic civility.NEVER AGAIN.

Dont bother with any other shop. These guys vouch for and ride what they sell, other shops are often obligated to stock a certain amount of a companys product because of contractual obligations.
