Love this place so much. Everyone is super sweet and the coffee is really good (coming from a very picky person when it comes to coffee). Closes a little early, but so worth it because everything is so great.

A really great coffee cafe in the town center. The staff and the owners are so nice. The lattes are smooth and creamy the coffee outstanding. My wife loves their avocado and toast and their Chai latte. Whats great about their location you can sit either inside, outside or take your coffee or food right across the street to the park and eat there. If you are a coffee fan and around the area definitely check them out.

I loved 😍 the rose🌹petal coffee ☕ in honor 🎖 of valentines 💝 day. My friend also enjoyed 😉 her loose leaf 🍃 tea 🍵. I ordered the avocado 🥑 toast which came on two large pieces of crisp bread with the appropriate amount of avocado spread and two eggs 🥚 cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and efficient. The environment was peaceful, cheerful and clean. The prices were very reasonable. I will be back soon.

LOVED THIS PLACE! When we arrived, they were closing and the owner invited us in and treated us with an incredible ice coffee. They have a very attractive variety and are super nice. Go try them and enjoy!

My kids and I had a great morning at New City. The food was delicious and was served quickly. The place was pretty busy, but still had a great vibe... didn’t feel crowded or noisy. They seemed to help each person quickly. We got the coffee flight and loved the concept. All of the flavors were delicious! We also ordered a breakfast burrito, french toast, waffle, and omelet... all delicious! I really enjoyed the toffee nut coffee from the flight so I asked for a large one to-go. They informed me that they usually only make those for the flights but that they would make an exception. I appreciated that because it was good! I definitely recommend checking out this spot. I just wish they would extend their hours.

I found this coffee shop on TikTok after seeing they had a fall drink flight and let me say I’m so glad I came. The drinks and food was AMAZING and the people there were so kind. I have a nut allergy and someone came out to talk to me about possible cross contamination. After talking to me she went back to see what she can do. They were able to accommodate to me and I was so grateful. This is your sign to come visit!

I saw an ad on fb and love trying new places to grab coffee so I stopped by. I love the location, ambience and decor. But sadly, the coffee and egg sandwich were just average. And that’s fine but not when you charge $9 for a breakfast sandwich with no sides. Price dictates expectation and I was disappointed. Sorry, New City! 😔

We visited new city coffee for the first time today. What a terrible experience. Our food was awful and expensive. We watched a staff member put their dirty hands, which were holding a dirty rag inside of someone’s flight of coffee and then sniffed the contents before handing it to the unknowing customer. We emailed the manager, I believe, named Lily. She did respond quickly and provided a refund. However, there didn’t seem to be much regard for what we had actually encountered. We will never go back to this place and suggest that you don’t either. Somebody’s going to get sick with this type of activity happening. If we could give zero stars we would.

I’d give a Zero if I can. Food is alright at best, the coffee is pretty decent. The service is usually alright but the management is absurdly horrible. Place has potential just need someone with a brain and some management experience in order to thrive, gotta step it up

Not impressed at all. I ordered a black coffee and it was blah. It reminded me of coffee you get at IHOP. Not that IHOP coffee is bad…… at 2:00 am but you would figure that a place calling themselves a coffee company would have a decent cup of black coffee. I realize I’m in the minority being a black coffee drinker but come on. My wife ordered the caprese avocado toast and it was hard to find the avocado. It appeared that maybe they were running short on avocado so the spread it so thin just so they could cover the toast. I mean really thin. My wife did enjoy her hot mocha but not enough to return. I wish this company well but I really don’t see myself coming back.

I’ve been to this cafe a few times and although their service and food was great, I feel that they are constantly under staffed. I love this place because of the workers and the food, but I think the owner should hire a couple more people on the weekends.

This place has mediocre food I passed their coffee always tastes odd. The reason I’ll never be going back is because the management is terrible. They don’t do anything to solve issues with their customers let alone employees. I watched a manger scream at an employee today. Will not be going back

Everything is pretty and looks great! Everyone is super nice, but everything is tasteless. My friends and I ordered so much food and coffee but it was all so boring, especially the coffee. I got the toffee nut latte and it just tasted super watered down :( very sad

Stopped in this morning, to get a pastry for breakfast Stumbled across a little taste of home. Lovely to see some ethnic desserts in the area thank you new city for having tugas (what we call pasteis de Nata) delicious!!!! Keep them coming you have a long term customer in me!!

Coffee is great and the baristas go above and beyond. Food needs more attention to detail, but not terrible. However, the biggest concern is the management of the business. Clearly the owner is never there to see how understaffed the baristas are and all the work they have to do especially when its busy. The quality of the place is in the baristas but the management and its owner lack business skills in creating a smooth and organized working environment. Its a terrible thing to see baristas about to cry due to improper management coming from the owner. Whoever the owner is NEEDS TO STEP UP or get canceled! Bad treatment of employees will not be tolerated in this new age! Not a conducive working environment for workers, which is probably why they have new staff all the time - working environment is terrible with subpar management. Management needs to be held accountable and do what is best for their employees especially when they go above and beyond for customers.

Ive been going here since they opened, and over time their service and food have gone down unfortunately. I ventured out from the always delicious bacon and egg croissant and tried other menu items, but everything else seemed like it was lacking seasoning and just blah.Today will probably be the last time I go here. I ordered a cappuccino and a breakfast burrito and waited outside with my number that they give. I waited almost 20 minutes for my coffee! I went inside multiple times to check the status of it, and the baristas kept saying mine was next. Mind you there were only 2 tables inside and 2 tables outside at this time, and they had their items already. People that were behind me in line originally came and left with their coffee and food. After I got my coffee, I waited an additional 20 minutes for my breakfast burrito. At one point I was told my ticket never came through to the kitchen, and this was after one of the girls working told me it would be out in a minute.... I asked for a refund multiple times only to be told that it would be out soon. Over 45 minutes later I had my cold coffee and burrito thrown into a to go box, and I was on my way.This used to be my local, casual Sunday morning cafe to enjoy a good coffee and breakfast, but waiting 45 minutes with no explanation is crazy. They need more staff to keep this place going smoothly or they will lose more customers.

While at the Sanford-Orlando airport, I did a Google search for nearby coffee places and found this gem. Not only did I find an amazing vanilla iced latte served in an old-fashioned Ball jar, but a full kitchen serving an incredible breakfast as well. Take note, chefs everywhere - this is what bacon cooked to perfection looks like! Wonderful selection of pastries, and joyful workers who wait patiently as you drool and vacillate over which treats to purchase. Do yourself a favor and don’t decide... just sit down and enjoy a full breakfast or lunch with your coffee and take home one of each pastry. Now I can’t wait until the next time someone needs a ride to the airport!

What a great experience here. The food was excellent, the desserts were excellent, and the staff was friendly and smiley.I tried the nitro-coffee which was interesting. Worth a try if youre curious. The rest of the food was seasoned just right (not too salty, not too plain). The desserts were fantastic.This place is worth visiting for the desserts alone - Im definitely going to try to come back here.

OMG...70 MINS for a coffee ...Never again. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. Thank God I ordered a breakfast burrito or I would have flipped this place upside down. I was completely ignored 3 times when I asked where my order was at. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

All I ordered was a breakfast sandwich and they told us it would be a 45 minute wait. After 50 minutes we asked how much longer it would be and they said it would take an additional 20 minutes. When we asked for anything at the restaurant like how much longer it would be, or for more water, they acted like it was a bother to them. But my frappe was good even though they gave me the wrong kind. 😁

Stopped in for breakfast. The place is clean and looks great. Food and drinks amazing. As for service... well I felt like I was at a Seattle Starbucks with the lack of f the girl behind the counter gave think teen girl year chewing gum and filing nails. It was a hum and a huff if we asked any questions nGod forbid we want to change something ! we might as well just spit on her grand ma with the hurumphs we got. I tell you there was one thing she was excited about. And that was attempting to flirt with little avale with the the very professional and kind gentleman in the kitchen. And becuse of of him alone will we come back. Again food and drinks are simply amazing. 👌

Great coffee! I generally get the Americano but the specialty lattes, like the Rosemary latte during Christmas, are unique and very delicious. The croissants are the best around. The staff has great recommendations if you ask.

The prices are a bit high for what they offer. Coffee is OK. I am big advocate of supporting small businesses but at the same time when a business needs improvement I like to offer my reviews. Ive seen on multiple occasions the staff being treated poorly by the owner. I experienced the tension behind the counter and it does not sit well specially as youre trying to enjoy your meal. Overall the location is good for a nice day. I noticed some customers get priority over others. Pastries, coffee and food could use improvement for the high prices. Business owner needs to learn how to treat people.

Nice little coffee place in Lake Mary. They seem to take their coffee seriously - they have a nice Rocket espresso machine and they also serve nitro cold brew, which was as good as I have had.

This is a nice little coffee shop in a nice part of town. I thought the working coffee roaster in the corner is a good look and fresh roasted coffee is doing it right. Single origin coffee, friendly informative service and I wasnt harassed for my choice of attire if you know what I mean.The coffee tastes good.

Simply the best coffee / pastry shop in Seminole County.Ive been a customer since I first moved to Florida in 2018, they carry fresh imported (Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil) coffee beans. And let me share that they do their own in house roasting exquisite blends (you will see their roaster the minute you walk in to their shop). I assure you that you can definitely find anything to your coffee taste and types, latte, espresso, cappuccino, mocha, americano, affogato, cold brew, slow drip, to seasonal blends and drinks. If this wasnt enough they also specialized in a wide variety pastries that are baked daily in their shop. And in addition they have also a delightful selection of healthy and yummy breakfast dishes. Make sure to stop by and enjoy their warm and caring staff and indulge in their delicious menu, believe me when I say you will instantaneously become a fan just like me!!!

The aesthetics inside are very appealing. Waffle + berries was wonderfully prepared. Iced Coffee was delicious. Downside: Mix of non reusable and reusable containers for condiments.

I arrive at this outstanding place many times because I love the special air that is exist in this place. The crew is awfuly attentive and qualified. The service is extraordinarily efficient. Friendly staff but had to wait for my breakfast for nearly 30 minutes. Ordered single fried egg, sunny side up, got two over easy. Single piece of toast on a plate that was too small for the food on it. Home fries had good flavor but they were cold and a bit rubbery. Probably a great place for coffee, breakfast? Not so much.

I am from out of town and visited with my family who lived nearby. The nitro brew coffee was very good. The Oakland sandwich was delicious! Their almost croissant was also delicious and the staff was very friendly. I will be back!!!

First time going. The women working was really nice. The frappe was really delicious. I would definitely get coffee from them again BUT the cheesecake was disgusting! I got it to go otherwise I would have asked to switch it out. It tastes burnt! Like something in the over caught fire and smoked it out. I cant get the taste out my mouth. Inedible.

Absolutely wonderful coffee. I had a croissant as well and it was hot, fresh, and quite filling. The atmosphere is relaxed but not artificial, and the big windows allow for a great view of the downtown area. Ill definitely be back soon!

Best thing to happen in Lake Mary in a while. The coffees and lattes are fantastic. Breakfast and Lunch menus are both unique and delicious. The homemade pastries and desserts are amazing. The service was also friendly and timely. Cant say enough about this great addition to our city!

They make their croissants which I like, but my boyfriend did not. Their coffee is good, but I like it extra hot, which you can request and receive. The eggs benedict is good. However I think with time the cook will master the cooking on all elements of their eggs benedict. Super cute place with a great stuff. The cashier was extremely on point (happy and pleasant). Really like this place!

After reading some good reviews we decided to try this local place out in lieu of a chain coffeehouse. Big mistake! Young kid running the front who we found out “wasn’t even suppose to be working today” (not my fault) was completely clueless on customer service. We ordered our coffee and sat down. He began making our drinks then proceeded to take another order and go to the back immediately completely forgetting our drinks. After waiting 10 minutes and watching him eating in the back with another man I approached and asked where our drinks were. He had completely forgotten them he said and began to finish. I asked for new ones because the ones that were halfway made were clearly cold by now. The other dark haired gentleman who was cooking in the back came forward and was the rudest employee I have ever encountered. He said loudly SO IT HAPPENS GET OVER IT! I said what happens poor customer service? He said yea so what? At this point I was furious that I had come out of my way in the pouring rain to give my business to this local place when I could have literally went across the street to Starbucks. And no one cares to give me an ounce of good service. I asked for my money back and told them I would go elsewhere. The dark haired man said fine leave! While the young boy continued to say he just forgot and shouldn’t have even been working today. He did offer to make the drinks but at this point it was too late. As we were walking out he yells “enjoy your Starbucks.” What a complete joke of a coffee shop. I hope the owner sees this and can retrain her employees to treat people better. And my mocha at Starbucks is currently delicious and I received it in a friendly and timely manner!
