Absolutely amazing!! The very best experience I have had in a long time! The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We came in because our Check Engine Light was coming on sporadically, our truck had been jumped multiple times in the past few weeks, and we were getting horrible gas mileage.Joe was honest with us and said he would check into everything and let us know what needed to be taken care and what didnt....he said he didnt want us to pay for unnecessary work....how many other businesses are willing to tell you that? It was like a breath of fresh air.Since we picked our truck back up, it runs great! We had an oil change, our fuel injection system cleaned, a new battery installed and our computer system updated. It was an absolute pleasure doing business at Accurate Auto, and I plan on definitely going there for all of my future auto repairs. Would recommend them to everyone!!

After a neighbor told me to get my 2009 car checked because it had an unwanted noise, I went straight to Accurate Auto. They diagnosed the problem as a failing water pump plus gave me a pdf of my car’s overall condition . Joe explained in detail the things that needed to be addressed and helped me decide what to do and in what order. He understands being on a budget! So the part was ordered and installed with all the services around it like the coolant etc, When my car was ready to be picked up, and I had no transportation, Accurate Auto arranged for a ride with Lyft and paid for it. The bag of candy left in my car plus the vacuuming were both pluses! My car purrs like a kitten these days! I will be back to Accurate Auto for the next service that I choose to do on my car. Accurate Auto rocks!

Joe was great! Very friendly and professional. Brought my car in due to squeaking noises. The team found where the sound was coming from and were able to replace the brakes and fixed the issue.

AAA reccomended me to Accurate Auto in 2017. I have been using them for all types of car repairs and maintenance ever since. Reasonable pricing, quick turnaround, and always friendly and patient staff. They are always willing to answer my questions, and have never had a bad experience here or at any of their other locations!

Recently I had an emergency with my vehicle that needed to be taken care of right away. I called Accurate and was taken care of right away. The employees treated me with respect, I was updated on my vehicles progress, and they took very good care of my car. The employees even checked in on me a couple days after to make sure everything was ok. I will absolutely go back there with my vehicle troubles.

Called these folks as I needed some big tickets items done on my Subaru for the 50k mile service and they had the best reviews out there. SO far I havent had any issues arise after the services so I feel its same to say they did excellent work! Its obvious that Accurate cares about your experience as well as their reputation which is important. Their pricing was a bit higher than a competitor but they were happy to come down to match what I was quoted which I thought was awesome. NO haggling. Ill use these guys again in the future.

Very confused by my interaction with this business. I was on the hunt for an honest mechanic since I just moved here recently for work. This mechanic would not give any general prices over the phone like almost every other place I called. Not a huge deal, but when he refused to tell me costs AND then told me parts have gone up 30-70% in costs like lumber I knew this was not the place for me. My dad is a mechanic of 25 years in another state and uses a CA company to get most of their parts. That fact this man gave was not true in their experience at all for the duration of COVID so far.I highly suggest you all start using WorldPac in CA for your parts instead of paying 30-70% more other places if that is indeed the case.

Beware these guys charged me $90 to change my oil and they overfilled it by over a quart and then broke my captains chair and denied it...Got to say this is the worst auto shop Ive ever used! Really surprised they have such a good rating here on Google. I used this good rating to help me decide who to use but now feel like these reviews are inflated a bit...UPDATE: After posting this review over a month ago I have gone in to see if my review even shows up on the posted reviews and guess what, it wasnt there. All I can say is Im not surprised...

I used an ad coupon and was very pleased with their service. I bought a used car from a dealer two years ago and needed an oil change and an assessment of fluids and a 70,000 mile inspection. They were very professional and pleasant to work with and they were honest about the assessment. My car needed very little. I had two other quotes for several hundred dollars (they hadnt inspected the car) and I expected to have to pay more. I would go back and I recommend them.

Not only do I now have a full overview of what I need to fix on my truck, but it’s in an easy to read format with pictures. This place is the best mechanic I have ever been to.I took my car to a dealership for a diagnosis and they wanted to charge me $600+ to repair my windshield wiper transmission (which I had no idea was even a thing). I called Accurate Auto and they quoted me less than the dealership so I took my car to them, just thinking of the price. Then, when the part didnt come in when it was supposed to, they lent me a rental free of charge. And if that wasnt generous enough, they noticed my headlight was out and fixed it also free of charge! They were nice and communicative through out the whole process as well.This is the first time getting my car fixed I didnt feel like I was being swindled or overcharged. If anything else goes wrong with my car (and it will...) Im bringing it back to Joe at Accurate Auto!

I’m writing this review pretty late, but that’s for a reason.I brought my manual-transmission 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage in last July because my car was having a hard time starting and I also knew it was time for an oil change and I wanted a general inspection to make sure nothing else was wrong. I had just moved to the area and their reviews were good so I decided to call. The original person who answered the phone when I called (I think his name was Blaze?) was super nice and friendly, gave me an idea of how much it would cost and what they would check.A few hours after I dropped off my car, a different person called me to tell me what was wrong with it. He said that they did the inspection and he texted me a link to a document that showed me everything. I admit the report was cool! It showed pictures of everything they checked and was color-coded with things that needed immediate attention in red, things that could wait in yellow and things that were fine in green.However, the guy told me that the reason my battery had died was because there was a computer chip that wasn’t working correctly and had fried the battery. He said they could replace my battery but if they didn’t replace the chip, it would fry the new battery. The quote for replacing the chip was over $1000.I’m no car expert, but I’m good at trusting my instincts and something about that didn’t seem right. So I told him I would call him back and called four of my friends who are all car heads, one who has owned an auto repair shop for over twenty years in Iowa. I told them all what the guy had said, and one for one they all said that that’s not possible and I should just get the battery replaced. One of them offered to reimburse me if he was wrong and the new battery got fried.Here’s we’re I get really upset. I called the guy back to tell him I just wanted the oil change and the battery replaced, and he got really intense and told me it could be really dangerous not to replace the chip and that the new battery would be dead within a month and I was wasting my money and the new battery wouldn’t be covered by the warranty if it died like he said it would. It honestly freaked me out, but I decided to trust my friends instead of some random guy who I had only spoken on the phone to.It’s now been nine months and my car is perfectly fine. It has no trouble starting, nothing dangerous has happened and I haven’t had any issues.I don’t know if this guy was just trying to scam me because I’m a woman and he thought I wouldn’t know better, or if he genuinely thought that the chip had fried my old battery and would do the same to my new one, but obviously he was wrong. Regardless of WHY he said what he said, the delivery was disturbing and frightening and I didn’t appreciate it at all.Though I really liked that Blaze guy and felt like I could trust him and felt comfortable taking my car to him, the other guy completely turned me off from the place and I never want to go back. I hate writing bad reviews but I felt Ike this deserved it.

I had a great experience with Accurate Auto! My work truck had lost power steering, was overheating, and the battery would not hold a charge. I called and spoke with Cher on the phone and she was really friendly and told me to bring the truck in. When I arrived, my truck actually died in the parking lot. I then met Joe and a few of the other mechanics as they came out to help me move my truck into a parking spot. From there Joe went through the issues my truck was having and gave me a few options as to how much I wanted to get repaired. They listed things that needed to be done, as well as things that could be done in the future, The work was completed faster than I expected and at a great price. I had a great experience with Accurate Auto Lake Oswego. They fixed several oil leaks and replaced my thermostat housing (fixed a massive coolant leak). They did a wonderful job, very professional and friendly, the manager Joe is the best, super nice guy! I called early Friday morning and they were able to see me that morning and have it all fixed by the end of the day, it worked out perfectly! At a routine oil change, the technician, J, noticed my radiator was leaking. He and the shop arranged to have it replaced that day, and loaned me a car so I could get to work. The replacement was done when promised and I had my leak-free car the next day!

I’ve been a customer at Accurate Auto Lake Oswego for a couple years and I will continue to be a customer as long as I live in the area. I really value their honesty and attentiveness to the health of my vehicle. It’s really the only place I can go to get an oil change where they don’t try to up-sell me on fluid changes (even wiper blades) that I don’t need. Other places that I’ve been make it seem like my car is going to leave me stranded on the side of the road if I don’t get a particular (usually pricey) service done immediately, but I trust the guys at Accurate Auto to be straight with me about what I actually need done and the urgency. As someone who has a limited knowledge about cars I really appreciate their willingness to explain why I should be doing certain maintenance instead of just scaring me into spending a bunch of money. I also really enjoy the ease of making appointments via text. Overall I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Accurate Auto Repair because they truly care about what’s right for the customer. I normally work on my vehicle myself but in this specific instance I wasn’t able to. Joe, the manager, took phenomenal care of me and my vehicle by giving me their rental vehicle for free so I wasn’t stranded without one. He went above and beyond in multiple ways for me throughout my experience and truly displayed that this shop does what’s right for the customer. Im always impressed with a business that still bothers to answer their phones. Bonus : They didnt rush me or condescend. After they repaired the car it is running smoothly and has more pep. Responsive in settling a complaint and offered refund.I appreciate their customer service in handling the situation afterwards.**************************Took 2 hours before looking at my car for the 8am appointment. Then took another 2 hours for them to completely misdiagnose my car ($119.00 dollars). I was told I would need an entire new radiator for over $900 dollars, when I declined they tried to sell me one with less of a warranty for $700 dollars. Something felt off. So I took my car somewhere else and was relieved to learn that I didnt need an entire new radiator, my car only needed at new radiator cap ($9 dollars). Accurate autos mistake could have cost me 100X more than necessary (in their favor of course). THEY WERE NOT ACCURATE. Mistakes happen, I get that so I wont be back but for a mistake to potentially cost so much...I hope they werent and dont just scam people.

I brought the car in for a second opinion after I had already paid nearly $400 in Diagnostics and no one could tell me what was wrong.Patrick had the perfect solution and we did exactly what he said and I found out exactly what was wrong with my car. They were able to fix 50% of the problem and were quite honest with me In stating this was a warranty problem and needed to be taken to the dealership.They saved me several hundred dollars, were perfectly honest and straightforward about what they could and could not do and how they could help me solve the problem while remaining safe behind the wheel.They treat their customers with the same care that they would expect someone to give their mother or another family member. My dad and I were traveling from Southern California to Puyallup, Washington. Our car’s oil light came on in Tualatin, Oregon. We pulled off and started calling the Hyundai dealerships near by. They said it would take 3 days to get us in. So we called Accurate Auto and they gave us a reputable tow company and said they would take it in right away. Within minutes of the car arriving they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Joe and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. If you need an honest reliable car mechanic I would definitely use Accurate Auto.

The team at accurate auto From beginning to finish we’re extremely helpful.When my Kia forte needed repairs even though I had to go through the ringer with insurance Patrick and the team at accurate auto were extremely understanding offered me a cheaper options in case I had to pay it out of pocket and went above and beyond to not just make sure my car was OK but that I myself was doing well. This team does AAA+ work with honesty and fair pricing and I will be back(Hopefully just Maintenance) ^_^

I called first thing in the morning and Rick was extremely helpful - got an inspection I needed right away and even got additional work done very quickly - same day (including special parts for a 20 year old Porsche). At first we were not on the same page communication-wise, however no shop is perfect. These folks quickly addressed my problems and did so with care and cordiality.They used advanced in-house diagnostics and online tools to give you feedback about your car as part of the process. Ive never seen that. I actually got a grade for my car health. This is invaluable. I was used to shops erring on minimal communication about the work they do. Everything here is 100% transparent.In the end, I appreciated being taken care of by Felix and the rest of the team. I felt that Accurate Autos strengths are their mechanical competence and honesty. Thats all anyone can really ask for.Highly recommended!

My car was stolen a few months ago and the person that stole it started the ignition with a screwdriver. Last week my steering wheel locked and because I was starting my car with a spoon and whatever piece of metal because my key didnt work since the screw broke off in the ignition, I couldnt get the tumblers to unlock in the ignition. AAA towed my car to Accurate Auto in Lake Oswego. They were a great reference and put a new Ignition in my car within 1 business day. The new Ignition is also much better than the one that originally came with the car. I was impressed that they could fix it so quickly, I was moving places the next day and really grateful it didnt take 3+ days like most autobody shops.
