My boyfriend and I visited the Lake Oswego BedMart in search of a new bed for our home. We were immediately greeted by an associate by the name of Mark Doshier.I went into the store with an expectation of simply looking at beds and deciding on one that suited both of our needs, but Mark made the experience very memorable, he measured our postural support by having us lay on BedMatch, and after retrieving the results, he made his recommendations and was very knowledgeable about all inventory at BedMart.Our bed was delivered and set up promptly and on schedule.Mark is a model employee for this company for BedMart!

We had a great experience here at the parkland mattress location. We went in thinking about purchasing a tempur-pedic. Both of the people working that day were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in both mattress and the great outdoors. We ended up purchasing the best mattress of our life and are so grateful for the personal experience we got at this store. In search of a new mattress my husband, daughter and I went to what we thought was still Parklane Mattresses in Lake Oswego, next door to Trader Joe’s, but upon arrival saw the sign said BedMart. We ventured in anyhow and are so glad we did! We learned that BedMart acquired Parklane sometime ago, but the mattresses and overall customer service was not lost in the exchange. Judie helped us on our quest and she was fantastic! She taught us a great deal about mattresses, the differences, how and the why they are made/built in certain ways and how that has changed over time. Nowadays, there is a computer set up to calculate the best mattress to fit ones needs, however after trying it twice it wasn’t working. Luckily for us, Judie has been in this business for 8 years and was our “human computer.” She took the time and had us try a number of mattresses (while keeping our 5 year old daughter amused on a massaging bed!) After we had made our decision, she received a message letting her know the computers were down. Woops, we already knew that! Ha ha ha. Anyhow, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience at the now “BedMart” with Judie as our guide! Our mattress arrived two days later and we are SO HAPPY with our purchase! I don’t ever want to get out of bed! My aches and pains already seem to be lessening! We’ll be back in 10 years for our next mattress adventure! Thank you Judie!

Really like Parklane. This is our second mattress from them. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy. Incredibly helpful. And.... the mattress is super comfortable. Best sleep Ive had in years and my back doesnt hurt when I get up in the morning.

Great service. Not at all pushy or intrusive. I like the mattress so far. I only thought maybe I should have gotten the firmest one. Hard to tell in store. construction seems excellent but only time will tell. The guarantee is good.I wish they would allow one exchange without the $100plus dollar charge. I would definitely recommend Parkland. Made right here in Oregon is always a plus.

We had a great experience getting our new mattress through Bedmart Lake Owesgo. Judy worked with each of us as one sleeps on their back and the other one of us sleeps on their side. Judy made sure that the bed was firm enough for good support and the top soft enough to fit two significantly difference sleeping positions. Thanks Judy for the great experience, we have had 6 great nights of sleep today, and are looking to many more.

We were shopping for a new mattress for our camper and we went to a competitor first who could not help us. At Parklane Mattresses they have a line of mattresses specifically for RVs but we were interested in a mattress more like we sleep on in our home. The mattress for our camper is 72x80 and they said that would not be a problem as the mattress would be made to the size of our opening. Within an hour we had selected our new mattress, our order was in and will be ready in two weeks. Great service, great selection and we will definitely shop here again!

Frankly I was concerned, as Id shopped Parklane a couple of years ago, and was impressed. When we were ready to buy, Id heard that the company had been sold. Well, I went in anyway, and while there have been changes, it was clear to me that the changes were likely for the best, and theyre still manufacturing their mattresses locally, and offering not only a great product, but great warranties as well.

So the story starts out with me purchasing a mattress from the downtown location over a year ago. The mattress was an all foam model that ended up not being the right fit for my body type. I called the customer service department and spoke to Jon Dwight. After speaking to him and letting him know my issues with the mattress I currently had I was told I would be taken care of. Jon was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses and was able to narrow down the selection to few he felt would be the most beneficial for my needs. I was told to go into a store and look around and see what felt good. I was told Parklane would come and drop off a loaner mattress so that mine could be inspected for defects. Jons recommendations were spot on and I picked out one out of the three he recommended. The staff in the store was extremely friendly as well as very knowledgeable about the different products. I ended up picking out the Cornell and so far very pleased. After I let Jon know the Cornell felt very good he talked some more with his bosses to see if there was something that can be done even though my mattress had no defects. Jon and his crew decided to let me exchange mattresses as if I was still with in the comfort guarantee period. This is by far some of the best customer service I have ever received. The bottom line for Parklane is truly customer service and making sure the customer is happy with the product, which are all high quality.

Great customer service from the time we stepped foot in the door. Judie at the Lake Oswego store was very patient and suggested we try out all types of beds. She could tell from sleep position whether a certain type of bed was good/not good for the body. We never felt pressured to purchase.Delivery team called ahead of time and showed up within the delivery window; very professional and friendly.

Great experience from walking through the doors to mattresses being delivered. The staff was very professional at the store and in delivering the merchandise. They even brought their own slips for walking on the carpet and took great care in cleaning the plastic and removing all the packaging as well as ensuring that their feet were clean throughout. Great Job! Also, the mattress has been wonderful! Will return to make future purchases!

Love our new mattress. I have a strong dislike for doing the Goldilocks thing when it comes to trying to replace a mattress that is past it’s prime. This one is too hard (maybe), this one is way too soft (sort of), this one could be just right (potentially). Parklane takes the risk of ending up with the wrong mattress away. They let you sleep on it for quite a while, and if you determine you made the wrong choice they’ll make it right one way or the other. The staff at their stores are knowlegable, and friendly, and I like the fact that the mattresses are made in Oregon.

Local, local, local! I was looking for a mattress for 3 months and then a friend who bought a bed at Parklane suggested I go there. The sales person (Vince) was knowledgable and NOT PUSHY at all. He offered me several mattresses within my price range and did not push to up sell me. In the end I bought one of the most expensive mattresses in the store (Glacier) because it was to die for! And it was priced way below the competition. I asked how and he explained to me that all the mattresses were assembled or constructed LOCALLY. Delivery was not available that day so he offered me the option to go to the factory where they assemble and construct the mattresses to pick it up myself. I did. That is where I met the owner of the company who was extremely nice and appreciative of my business. If you need a bed, GO HERE> I am 100% satisfied.

Weve had our Parklane mattress for the better part of a year now and every night is still as wonderful as that first one. Great selection, easy to buy, no foolin around with high pressure etc., and made in Oregon. You cannot beat it, anywhere.

I will never buy another mattress anywhere else. First, this company is local, which I love. Second, they do not have pushy sales people working on commission -- just knowledgeable employees to answer questions and help you make good decision for your needs. I was on an extreme budget and was never treated like I wasnt worth their time -- and there were plenty of mattresses to choose from even within my budget. They were patient, have lots of products on display to try out, and literally manufactured my mattress AFTER I placed my order! I picked it up directly from the factory which isnt far from this show room, and everyone there was just as pleasant to deal with. Finally, and most importantly, the QUALITY of my mattress is unbelievable. I ADORE this mattress!!!
