Absolutely the worst company I have EVER had a car loan with! They process extensions that aren’t requested then remove them. Charge extra interest due to this and refuse to credit it. Incorrectly report to the credit reports. Absolutely a joke! Getting a lawyer involved now. DO NOT get a loan with them!!!

My insurance company was looking for information on where to send my information for my new vehicle. All I had was an address in Lake Oswego and no phone number at all. I looked up the information for this location and found a phone number, on line. When I called it, it said it was not a good number. I then found a 800 number for Toyota Financial and talked with a woman who was obviously working from home because the whole time I heard a child screaming in the background. I had to have her repeat herself several times & she finally told me that she couldnt help me and to call the dealership to get answers. So, I ended up calling my insurance company to inform them that the only contact information I had was the address I had originally gave them and to send the information by way of the Post office, which isnt how things work, now. After reading the other reviews, it appears that the person with the screaming child just wanted to get me off the phone and was hoping that if I called back, I wont end up talking with her, again. She had no answers for me and the dealership wasnt the one who wanted the information, it was Toyota Financial. I have never dealt with this company before & am not impressed. Im guessing my issues are just going to continue from here after reading reviews from others.
Toyota Financial website is always down. Bring your own banking if youre going to buy a Toyota.
The worst customer service ever. Have been trying to get the title out of my name on a vehicle I haven’t owned since Nov they say sorry nothing they can do after 3 different packets have been filled out mailed emailed and faxed. Worst part I’m actually an employee for them!!! Never ever would I use them
Terrible customer service. The employees are very rude and can never answer my questions. Every month since April they have messed up my payments. The lady I spoke to today ended the phone call by saying “congratulations! You and I will likely never have to speak again”
If you are considering a loaner, do not use toyota financial services. They ask for reviews after calling their help line regarding the customer service representative. The person that helps you on the phone is typically really nice but in terms of helping resolve your issue, they have absolutely no impact at all. Their assistance is obsolete. The team that they should send reviews for is their title department which for some reason no one can contact them not even the help line representative. I sent multiple requests to transfer my title from California to Oregon with detailed cover letters with step by step instructions on what to do with the forms as well as prepaid envelopes to expedite the process. It has been 6 months since I have purchased my vehicle and I still am unable to register my vechile because the lack of attention to detail, follow through, and communication provided by toyota. All I have to say is do not use these them as a loaner if you have the option. You will save time, money, and many headaches.
