A great way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. The manager, Billy, provides great customer service. He is welcoming and quick to assist. The walk-in humidor has many options. There are too many to choose from. The lounge is clean and comfortable. A great place to relax and watch a sporting event.

Stumbled upon this location today, was thrilled to see another cigar purveyor, so I stopped in! Was immediately met with pushy salesman tactics and shockingly high prices. Never have I seen such mainstream sticks going for far above limited and boutique prices. Were talking $70+ for an Fuente eye of the shark, $50+ for LFD Bulls, $30+ for a T52 or No. 9, and the list goes on. Ridiculous. Ive smoked limited or event only or special lines for a third or less of that. Massively up charging is not the way to go. In addition, the attendant would not stop challenging me on my taste preferences, and would not leave me and my girlfriend be despite several iterations of, Thank you, well just be looking for a moment now. Once we were finally left in peace, we noticed that the humidor could really only be described as in disarray. After reading other reviews describing mildew on their sticks, I can understand why. After having such great experiences in tobacconists and cigar lounges all across the country on our week long road trip, this was a sour experience and poor taste left in my mouth. Go elsewhere.

This place is great. Ample comfortable seating. Great cigar selection. Very knowledgeable staff. Especially Jonathan. Only reasons a 4 star, new rewards program needs some live, and the main thing, no whiskey to go with my cigar.

Stopped in during a business trip. Liked it as soon as I walked thru door. Greeted in the humidor by Carl the manager. This guy is a mans man at the tender age of 73. Nice lounge, comfy chairs, no lingering smoke haze. Good conversation. Lounge reminded me of my favorite lounge on Long Island. Same atmosphere of local guys and comfort. Found my Padron 1964. Carl turned me on to another HR. Only drawback was selection seemed a little slim. Would highly recommend. Spent an evening last year at Gaucho downtown at this is hands down 1000% better.

The manager was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere, too. The only issue I had was the cigars I purchased were a little on the dry side. I could have corrected that in my humidor but they were a gift. Otherwise, a great shop.

Huge selection of premium cigars. They have all of my favorite cigars.

Really welcoming place! I was visiting from out if town and wanted to pick up a couple cigars. Carl greeted me at the door, asked what I was looking for, and helped me find a couple good cigars for an occasional smoker. I sat down and enjoyed some good company and conversation with a nice smoke. They have a seating area with leather chairs and an area in the back with a pool table. Next time I am in Portland Ill pay this place a visit

Probably one of the nicest lounges Ive seen. They have an amazing selection available, and the employees make great recommendations (especially for those who are uncertain of what they want). Great shop overall, I will be coming back here anytime I am in the area for sure.

This is a blast from the past with all the modern luxuries you could want. Good company, a pool table, huge flat screen TVs, the most comfortable leather chairs and couches Ive ever sat in, and all the staff know their cigars if need advice or help selecting. This is a mans palace away from his palace. Beautifully put together. And the best part is you can sit in the shop and smoke your cigars there.

This is my go to place to have a nice stogie when in Lake Oswego, Doug is very knowledgeable about the selection of sticks he has on hand (big variety) and what type youre looking for. The customers are great and treat out of town guests kindly and respectful because were all here for a relaxing time but most of all enjoying a great cigar.
