Good local selection, nice store, and fun to browse. A bit hard to find a specific bottle though - their shelves are organized in an odd way (e.g. bourbons are not all together but spread out all over the place). Would be nice if they organized their shelves more traditionally - but this is a minor thing - as the staff is helpful and knows right where everything is if you just ask.

Caters to a certain type of folk.It was made explicitly clear during my visit that I was not welcome in their establishment. Fine by me, next time I need a rare tequila I’ll take my birth certificate, passport, license, 2 letters addressed to myself, and social security card to other more welcoming businesses.If you’re younger than 65 steer clear.

They do not have the item that oregon liquer find mention that is in this store.Went 11 am sharp when they open, maybe they say the truth . This is the second store that they have posted Balntos burbon and they do not have the item on the shelf. Very disappointed.

Really nice place. Very nice staff. Its a little difficult to find. Its effectively in the back of shopping center. You cant see it from the main parking lot.

Upscale enough for the area its in, but also providing all the staples. I like the layout, look and feel of the store, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, talkative, and I always walk away satisfied and with what I needed (sometimes more haha). Recommendations from staff have also been on par.

Love this liquor store always has a great selection and clean! Super cute set up and decorated nicely. This is a more upscale liquor store compared to what you would normally go too. Also, they have cup little extras likes glasses and shot glasses. Would have loved to have giving it 5 stars but the service is sometimes hit and miss this time we didnt even get greeted when we walked in the door or asked if we needed help finding anything but that isnt always the case usually they are super friendly and inviting and helpful!

While I really appreciate this store and their stock, were finding no one answering their phone, no message posting on phone and no updates on hours online if changed. Very frustrating. Were just going to bypass this store.

Not in the spirit of the OLCC allocation model. They show hard to find items on the OLCC site, but then sell them all to their “employees”. They had 25 ppl outside their store waiting today to get a chance to buy items that should be available as first come first serve. Instead everyone walks away bummed out.

Store refused to accept a valid, properly signed, and unexpired military identification as a legal identification to purchase alcohol, which is legally required under ORS 471.130 (section 1d). I would worry about what other laws they dont follow due to ignorance.

Very friendly and helpful. Clean, well lit, and not trashy like other liquor stores. If you dont know something about a liquor or some brand, you dont feel weird asking because they dont give weird looks like a other places. They have a great selection, but not a lot on the lower end. They seem to specialize more in the mid to high end, BUT they do have a decent low end selection. They do have a larger selection of scotch than most places Ive been.

Staff didn’t have good product knowledge. I asked when they would receive a bottle from a particular distiller they stock occasionally and she gave attitude and said “I dont know it gets here when it gets here.” A distiller doing a promo in their store was significantly more help and actually helped me locate a similar bottle when the staff just ignored me. I definitely recommend the liquor store on the other side of town near Dang’s because the owner is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his products.

I love the people who work here. You can walk into any old liquor store and usually you are greeted with the same old get your shine and get out type of attitude but everyone who works here will remember who you are and treat you like family.

Audrey and her staff are amazingly helpful, especially when doing a custom order. Being a bourbon lover, it is extremely beneficial to have places like this. Definitely one of my go to places for specialty liquors.

Good store usually pretty friendly staff. Whoever hired the kid that looks like hes 12 with the airpods on who couldnt hear a single thing nor could figure out how to scan and then wouldnt adjust the marked price. Frustrating

One might be surprised that there are differences between Oregon Liquor stores given the governance by the state.One visit to the Lake Grove liquor store will change your impression. One remarkable difference is the staff. Very customer-centric and knowledgeable. Exceptional service & they will provide great insights into the different brands. If you dont see it on the shelf, they will research & try to bring it in.The store is beautiful & very well organized. This is the best Oregon store in the system!Jon S

As the bar manager of a very busy restaurant in Lake Oswego, I am eternally grateful for the professional relationship we have with Lake Grove Liquor and their manager Audrey. Although we are a demanding customer, we are never left wanting and we are always given phenomenal service.
