The copy machines are not sanitized regularly and as a result they are dirty. putting customers at risk of COVID_!9 at the lake oswego location The employees associate at the lake oswego location looked as if she had not showered in months. She was uneducated in the area of office advice and did not advise that the Kinkos/Fed ex is charging 2.49 per hand placement of a single copy - The associate made 2 copies and never washed her hands before or after helping each customer and did not advise the customer that it is 2.49 per page that she touches. The UPS store employees are more educated helpful and provide customers educated advice on costs and services.and have problem solving abilities to collaborate with customers abilities to solve- In compasrison to the treatment received by the kinkos /fedex employees associates and company to the UPS store, UPS is a much better experience overall- It is cleaner in the store and the employees are cleaner and more knowledgable
Dont try and ask for help.They will give you several reasons why they cant assist you rather than actually trying to help.

The lady I spoke to was not super helpful here. I lost my receipt from a shipment. Called and they told me they dont keep records of any kind on shipments they send out and that there is no way for me to get my tracking number if the receipt is lost. They suggested I call the 1-800 number because they said the store is only related to FedEx loosely by name and is more of a print and ship center that accepts packages and then transfers to the real FedEx company... So strange. I called the 1-800 and they told me the store employee straight up lied to me and that they do have the ability to pull this information for me. Very frustrating experience with this store and some of the employees.
An easy stop. Drop off my prepaid ebay packages here and they are always very helpful.

The in-store service is great! Friendly and fast, what more could you want? But try to print a simple 11x17 black and white on-line for pick-up... it will take you 45 minutes to set up the order, only to find out it takes a minimum of 24 hours to print! I can walk in and have my order printed in minutes! Remind me why we love them Internets again?! FedEx/Kinkos - join the 21st Century and streamline your on-line service!
I have had some issues with staff at this location, but I am always able to get done what I need to. It would be nice it the staff knew the easiest /cheaper ways to do things. I mean really folks its a small store, know your products and how they work. I did get my daughters photo printed on canvas with them when she passed away, to have it set up at her celebration of life. They did a good job on it and the return was on time. But the gal that took my order, could literally not have cared less about why I needed it. It was like she never even heard me about that part, it had only been about 4 days since she had passed. So perhaps, I was just stunned and angry that she wasnt as upset about it as I was. But she didnt even offer any sort of human kindness, it was just pretty heartless.

On Tuesday, I needed an 11 x 17 picture printed and laminated. By the directions I wasnt sure what I could ask for or how, so I tried to describe it in the special instructions and later Jennifer called me and it took about 1 minute for her to know what I wanted and within a few minutes it was ready. I was running late and just made it in time to thank her in person before she was going home a little after 5. She was so friendly and I felt uplifted by the whole interaction. Tonight I found out I need 2 more and as I was going on to place that order, I noticed I could write this review.Thanks you, Jennifer.
The store manager is very quick, efficient and she offers exemplary service which is greatly appreciated. Ive never posted a review but felt compelled to do so.

Sent my 19 year old son to pick up a pre-paid order. The heavily tattooed overweight assistant manager was chomping her gum rudely and told him the order was not there. Period.He called me and I asked him to go back in, I had a receipt and it may not be under my name. He put me on speakerphone and asked her to speak with me. She said she didnt have time (I heard this). I insisted because I needed this order, and she refused to talk to me because if I touch your phone I am liable for it. (Way to be solution-oriented!)At this point I spoke up and said Hello, I am on speakerphone! You dont have to touch the phone!!!!Of course my order was there. No apology, didnt stomp chewing her cud....just a foul, foul transaction.DEFINITELY need to fire this cow.
