This is a gritty team but from New York I appreciated their energy and endearing staff.Lots of personalities but if you go in with a good attitude you will surely find an energy to match.Carla had me laughing and easy to joke. The gentleman in the front remembered me even though we did not engage much.Dr. Bremer was darling, very quick and efficient.Lovely team

Most confusing experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. Received multiple phone calls all giving me different prices for my contacts and the exam. I was also told when I picked up my contacts that I had to pay additional fees on my eye exam because my insurance denied their claim... I have been using the same insurance for 8 years and have not once had them deny a claim for a contact exam. I contacted my insurance company and they said that I had $140 to use towards my contacts and the contact exam. Thank goodness my insurance company is allowing me to submit my receipts and giving me my money back. Unfortunately this was a very bad experience at this eye center and I will not be returning.

Ordered a year supply of contacts as I usually do from them. They werent expired but every pair irritated my eyes. Even got an infection. Same brand Ive been using for 20 years. I have super bad eyesight so my prescription isnt a popular one. Im thinking these were laying around a while or werent stored properly. Went somewhere else got the same brand and no issues.

The staff were very nice I recommended a lots of customs to check them out

I was a walk in just before the hurricane. They were so friendly and helpful. I saw the doctor within minutes, without an appointment. They were very thorough and had great prices. I dont know why people are complaining. I felt awesome when I went. Now just waiting on my glasses to come in. Also, great prices.

The wosrt place ever.Don’t order anything from them.They are late, they don’t even know what is going on with the orders.And when i want to find out why, the lady on the phone was really rude!Horrible place!!!!The doctor was very nice!

March 2018 appt, not advised Dr. Bremmer is out of the office. Seen by unknown Dr to me. I paid for contact exam, Dr says come back to see Dr. Bremmer if they are problems. No problems with the them. December 2018, calling to order c lens and now Im told oh well, you have to pay for another exam $100++ because I didnt come back to see Dr B. Did she review any of the patients that where seen by the dr working for her, no follow up call did I receive, but I now you blame me. I dont work for the Dr and that Dr NEVER said a word of what I was told today,but I have to pay for poor service while you are on vacation. What unprofessionalism has come to.

Kim is very disrespectful and RUDE! I love the doctor. But, KIM needs more training in customer service. Shes always in a rush and doesnt not know the definition of customer service. Im changing my eye doctor due to KIM.

Rude and disrespectful!!!... The dr disappeared in the middle of my exam.... The Assistant was rude and no one spoke when I said hello. I felt unwelcome and unwanted. I was told my children could come in as a walk in until I got there, then was told the Dr had her own appointment she had to go to. She makes up her own schedule because shes an independent Dr and she works for herself. ....Wowwww!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ...Do yourself a favor and dont come here!!!!.....

Just great service all the time

This place is a joke, been going here for 8 years, my prescription ran out three days ago and she won’t allow a sample given even with an appt set to get new prescription In three days once new insurance card comes. Dr Bremmer is a joke.
