Race track start very good but the years goes every thing in racetrack .Service bad, connection with work nathingDrink machines no inspect so obviously missing drink is just water most time, hot dog no bread 🥪 they so busi hangout customers.Out side trash dirty, gas pumps not working.So 😢 😭 sad.

Best RACETRAC ever!!!!!!! I spent years going to other ones for lunch by my old job and i just started in this area, they have the freshest buns and dogs i have ever witnessed at any racetrac!!

Says free air for tires but free is actually $2.00 with a 32 lb maximum lol. Almost all tires require more than that! Rip off!

Store not 24hrs. Also I waited til 5am until the said they will open. An than the store doesn’t open until 7am. The manager says the store isn’t ready yet. Like what’s going on. Cooperate ! With this store. Sucks.

Great gas prices, but both times I went, I had to go inside for a receipt. The first time I came here, I also noticed several pumps out of order.Interior has a reasonable selection of junk food, soft drinks, alcohol, and the like. There is a frozen yogurt or ice cream establishment coupled with the interior. The convenience store part of the gas station is roomy, to say the least.

Cashier lady was rude and not helpful at all. They need training on customer support.

The manager and service representative at the cashier position are very rude and have no respect for the customers. As a customer I feel as if the employees and managers should go out of their way to make sure that every customer is treated equally and that every customer is capped happy to that they want to return as a returning customer not when you walk out the door and never want to go back because the service is horrible with Attitude behind the counter. If the employees hate their job then they shouldnt work there because it just pisses off the customer just to sum this up a little bit I had $100 bill that they could not cash they did not have change for it although I was buying $40 in gas and products there is no reason why they did not have $60 that they could give me in return especially when Im a loyal customer of RaceTrac and have over 2500 points on my loyalty card. This RaceTrac I will never return to the other ones I will definitely the management obviously cares at the other stores because the manager at this store was very rude and I would like to say that I could feel a little bit racist from him

The employees are there too help, but if you ask for anything these people act like you are burdening them. No wonder WAWA stays busy while this place is a ghost town all the time. Now I know why and DEFINITELY will not be coming back.

Went in to get a Swirl ice cream today. Half of the machines werent working, and the topping bar was DISGUSTING. Some guy was hanging around the registers talking to the cashiers. Another employee was outside taking the garbage and was talking on his phone with his ear bud using horrible language. Our cashier was nice. Otherwise, not a great place.

Ive never been a regular at RaceTrac. Never thought much of it tbh until this lovely location popped up. Im not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about. I think this location is by far the best in the area. Its way cleaner and wayyy more inviting than the other locations. This store is also much larger and the fro yo section and little tables/ bar stools are a cute touch by all means. Ive never had an issue with customer service and the gas is sometimes a better deal for the area.

Bad service. Brand new store and the quality and cleanliness is already dropping off fast. They just want your cash. Find a local convenience store that actually cares. *update* Was refused service. Sadly or not legal in Florida.

Im happy and totally satisfed for this Racetrac Lake park. I sew many times one worker did amazing job. He is very professional and nice with the customers. I think his name is Ewan. Nice continuation for you. I will be back for sure.

Competitive prices. Clean and fairly new in town. Worth the trip to save cash on gas.

Go to Wawa. This place charges $1.50 for air. Wawa is free and most times cheaper on gas. Won’t be coming back.

Terrible customer service! Didnt answer the phone properly, couldnt speak clearly, had no idea what product they had. Staff needs to be trained properly.

My favorite gas station in the area, cheapest quality gas and good coffeeat all times. If you are here, check out the nearby Aldi grocery store too!

Place is nice people are as well, but do not go for an icee, never works seems they just dont want to get it fixed. Its been giving liquid not ice for months

Friendly atmosphere during Hurricane armor they were lots of gas at RaceTrac and they stayed open later without incident.

New store and RaceTracs are clean. Very competitive on fuel prices. Cant help with the rude employees they get because theyre on the edge of the getto....a Haitian paradise. Those employees feel cheated as they could make more from welfare.

Loving a gas station that is a family owned business with frozen yogurt, coffees, pastries and the normal roller foods and quick grocery needs.

Welcome to Racetrac, Express, you will never here it here! This is a newer race track in the area that has a fairly large convenience store to also purchase food ice cream soda early morning coffee etc. The prices are always the best in the area, matter of fact they are usually about $0.40 less then the stations right off the highway, which is only 1 mile away. Compared to the other RaceTracs though, the staff here is pretty dismal & lazy. Always dirty floors, there is often a line out the door, which could be 10-20 people with food and beer in their hands, with only one girl working the counter, and the other girls just standing around chatting. Sometimes, Express! And a girl will lazily walk up and act like I just interrupted a super important text looking at me like What do you want. Ill get to you when Im good and ready. The better RaceTracs to visit are the locations on 45th Street or Blue Heron. The staff at those locations are always Impeccable, and I wish the manager from one of those locations would come over and clean house and retrain this locations staff. At those locations, you feel like your the most important customer who ever walked through the door. I seldom leave bad reviews, but this stores management just needs to know whats going on here.
