Superb service ALWAYS! Mark, is very patient and knowledgeable. A1 customer service I cant say enough. Im at this location often and his amazing mannerisms are consistent. Give this man a raise!

If I could give NO stars I would; as I had the worst experience today at this store location. I went to this UPS store to mail 17 certified letters(1 large brown envelope, the rest were regular). I had already took the time to place the required stickers/certified cards on each envelope myself. All that was required of the UPS Store was for them to add the Certified Mail Return Receipt postage to each envelope. I knew it would cost me around $200 because that is what I spent earlier this year for this same service. It took over an hour and it ended up costing me over $400 for the associate to complete this process. She, along with the help of the male associate, ended up charging me $21-$25(priority mail prices)for each envelope instead of $7-$12(certified mail prices). I will NEVER do business with this location again. The young employees that work there are not knowledgeable enough and were not trained well enough to know the difference between Certified and Priority mail!

I took an Amazon return to this store. I did not pre-print the label. The clerk advised that I could print on their computer. After 2 prints failed to come out on the printer the clerk comes over and changes the settings from color to black and white. I was charged for 2 color prints that did not come out. He stated that he was not aware of how to issue a refund and gave me his managers telephone number. I called his manager and he stated that he does not run the system that charges for printing and could not refund the prints that failed to print. If you need to print here ask the clerk to come to the computer and change the setting to black and white using their employee code. There was never a way for me, the customer to change the setting.

This is my favorite UPS Store in the area! The staff have always been so helpful and polite but today they went above and beyond. I had several items that I needed to get done during my visit. I was worried because some people can get annoyed when you take up too much time. However due to my previous experiences, I knew this team would be super helpful. I first had to get a document notarized. The team sat me down and quickly and efficiently notarized my document. I was also able to purchase the supplies I needed to mail my package at very reasonable rates. Then it was time to mail my package. The team member went over all the mailing options for my package and help me select the perfect option for my mailing needs.I had just my second COVID-19 vaccine and noticed they offered free lamination of your vaccine cards. The team immediately laminated my card with no hesitation. They are very much about serving the community there.My final task while in the store today was setting my my mailing address for my small business. The process was super simple and the pricing was literally half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. The team even made sure I got one of the upper boxes because I am taller. How considerate?!?! I got my box registered and was on my way.I absolutely love this UPS store.

I read the posted 1 star reviews and I have to say, KARENS ARE ALIVE AND THRIVING IN LAKE RIDGE. If you walk into a store, you have to know what you want. Comparison shop online, how daft are you? Btw, the local FedEx store on PW Parkway is not customer friendly and will mock you if you question them. I only use them when I have to; I use the USPS or UPS when I have a choice or if it is an expensive item.I had a few Amazon returns and met the store owner, John. He is a nice chap and the store was not busy, unlike the store at Stonebridge. I will be giving him more or most of my business. I order 5k to 6k from Amazon alone, and about 25% of that gets sent back for one reason or another. I highly recommend this store, but YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU WANT.

Paid $100 to ship, they held the package for more than a day before even putting a label on it according to the tracking. That same cost I could have got FedEx to deliver it sooner and now waste my time and money. Next time I am driving the extra 10 minutes to FedEx.

I was the recipient of a package that was left for packaging and shipping. When the box arrived it had minimal damage but you could hear broken glass rattling. When I opened the box, it was even worse. I guess the employee did not like my gift. There were supposed to be 3 framed art prints. What I received were 3 frames that had been broken apart at the corners. Something that could not happen in shipping and is beyond repair! A pile of broken glass. One sheet of bubble wrap that was down the sides was not sufficient. All stuffed into the box with my art prints!

The owner and staff consistently professional, and customer oriented, focus. The owner hands on with the daily and routine functions, in my opinion what exemplifies the quality in service customers value. This day, the owner went above and beyond, finding a solution to the problem that any other individual would not have been inconvenienced by and that was managed personally, and with a smile and virtual hug!

This ups location has no consistency, I was here a week and a half ago to and had them print out my return label with no charge. I went in today for the same thing and was told I would be charged. I had to leave as I had no cards on me but my Apple Pay through my phone which they don’t accept.

Ran all over town looking for a notary. Finally found this store. It was clean, easy to find and Mr. Kim was wonderfully kind, thorough and quick. He single handedly turned a nightmare process into a piece of cake. If you need a notary, dont go anywhere but here.

Horrible service and worst customer service. I do not know how such a big company like UPS franchise this shop. They are group of ignorants and rude.They charged me 80$ but they send my package via USPS while I requested UPS..No need to say the package did delivered .I asked the staff why did you sent my package with USPS as long as I were able to do that by my self with cheaper price, he said because you do not need to stop in line here..!!!!!I reported them with consumer protection agency.Please do that and do not do business with them.

Its a newer buisness, so they are working some kinks out! They handle large copy jobs..I have seen them working on a 5000 copy job!! As well as regular UPS services.The employees are extremely helpful!They do get a little busy at times, and could use an extra employee. Managers do jump in to help!!Please remember, this is not a fast food restaurant or 7-11. If they seem busy, just ask if you should come back a little later. I witnessed one customer say she could wait, and couple minutes later stomped out the door angry and mumbling loudly. ( Im guessing she couldnt wait! Lol )
