Special ordered washer/dryer unit from lake Wales store. Salesperson was very cordial and competent. Guaranteed it would be delivered September 28th. Which it was .The delivery guys were very cordial and careful when they brought it into the house and placed it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Carlos went above and beyond the customer service experience. We were having issues with the pricing of flooring and he fixed it. He did everything in his power to make sure we left happy customers. Jenny was amazing. You can tell she loves her job. She helped assist with getting the flooring into our vehicle. She was sweet and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this Home Depot for business. They are very customer friendly and professional. Thank you Carlos and Jenny!!!!

I do not know if it was only the day I visited this store ( friday) but everything was disorganized and we could not go through some corridors since there were machines and merchandise in the middle preventing the passage.

I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at Home Depot. The cashier was helpful and friendly. When I had to take care of an issue at customer service it was done with no wait time and no problem. Thank you Jome Depot!

Worst visit ever at this home depot. The cashier was very rude and would not give me a Veterans discount when other cashiers at this store did before. Will not shop at this store again. Not worth any stars.

Absolutely fantastic shopping experience!I walked into the store and was asked if I needed help finding a product, the individual looked it up on the product finding tool.Less then 3 minutes and was given the exact location in the store for what I needed.Highly recommend shopping here and stay away form the competitors!

Went in to buy a chain saw. Internet said they had 7. No in the right location. Ask for help because they were on top of shelf. Work told me that was not them. Even though I could see the picture on box and read the box. Had to go to Lowes to buy the chain saw.

Quality tools but being a woman I dont like being treated like I dont know anything about what I am purchasing I went in for a brushless motor weed Wacker and they tried to sell me something else that was not the quality I was looking for.

Never again will I shop there I waste 4 thousands dollars for 2 appliances they never call to say they move my date I waited all day for them if I dont decide to call I would not find out that they changed my order with out them telling me and still this lady talks to me very rude and hang up the phone on me there lost hope people read this and dont shop there

Worst experience of home building supply in my life. No way it should take over an hour to get service when you walk in knowing exactly what you need! Felt discrimination because I was a mature white male. Several employees were busy doting on one female customer while multiple other customers waited for assistance.

I have a very nice rigid belt sander that was a gift, its belt driven and the belt is a normal wear item that requires replacement regularly. Since the blue place doesnt sell rigid brand I went to the home depot looking for the belt. Then I ordered it from Amazon. Because you know the home depot didnt have it either.

This store is Somtimesy. What I mean by that is, sometimes its good and sometimes its not. Sometimes I can find a friendly employee that knows what Im looking for and doesnt mind taking me where I can find what I need. Other times you think your the only one in the store and if you can find a employee they dont know anything about anything, they dont even know there actually at work. Sometimes the Customer Service desk is friendly and helpful. Sometimes they make me feel like Im doing something wrong if I return without a receipt. The store is neat and.clean. The bathrooms are too. They usually have what I need. And they have a nice selection.

They let disrespectful people in without face masks so that takes a star off.Not many employees around to ask questions.Inventory on app is inaccurate.Going out of peak hours is the best to avoid crowds.OK!

The Home Depot in Lake Whales has a team that provides excellent customer service. They loaded our concrete into our rental truck. Helped us with the concrete mixer and basically provided amazing customer service.

Ive been using this location for years. Ive rarely had a problem. I went to his location recently to buy a range. they had quite a few ranges that were below my budget. The problem was they were a minimum of 3 weeks out for delivery. Even the Appliance department rep suggested I go to lowes which I did and got a range delivered the very next day.

Theres a relaxing atmosphere and the staff were kind and helpful, except for one but everyone else was very kind.

We were able to find what we needed with the help of a couple associates.

We had a return, it was an attic ladder, and it was opened, as we did not realize it was the wrong size until we attempted to install. It was in perfect condition and the hardware was in a sealed bag. Home Depot handled the return with no questions. You have a customer for life!

It was a great experience, found what I needed and the personal was awesome youre very helpful if youre looking for a project or do it to do it yourself they will educate you on how to do it theres tiles theres wood for whatever project you doing theres cement theres a plane says theres roofing material a lot of contractors there Ive seen a lot of contractors and even homeowners that are fixing their own home its a place to go to get all your equipment just watch the specials they bring in a lot of specials where you can buy and save money. So if youre doing a project or are you going to have someone do a project for you home Depot is a good place for you to get your materials and if they dont have them there you can order most of the time you can have your kitchen done you can have delivery you can rent a truck to do your own delivery they have trailers they have sheds they are pretty much a lot of stuff so check them out this is Johnny from adventures with the Riveras see you next time

Typical Home Depot.Had about $300 worth of items in my cart and needed just one more item off the shelf but couldnt reach it.Only employee around was reclining on a ladder carrying on a personal conversation.Even called the store asking to send some help to my aisle.No human response to my aisle.Finally left my cart in the aisle and walked out.Shop at Lake Wales Home Depot?Never again.

It is a good place for home repair needs also good on clearance stuff.

Took them awile to figure out how to get me a riding mower. They had a hard time finding the keys and accessories.

It is a shame that you must visit two huge big box stores to find the half dozen items needed for a simple project. Staff were puzzled when I asked for the location of their garage organizatiin accessories and peg board.

I would give them a negative rating if I could. We ordered a product on their website and upon arrival (late) it was not what we needed... So what should be a simple return Winter Haven turned us away to Lake Wales. When we arrive at Lake Wales, we were told we need to go to Lakeland. The man at the desk assisting the cashier was rude even knowing what we were put through elsewhere. No empathy or willingness to assist. No communication whatsoever just sending us all over Polk County to return an item.. Will never purchase at Home Depot again. Absolutely pathetic.
