Horrible customer service. At the very least, please ask to be taken care of by someone other than ANGEL. He gave us a quote and we placed the order for the material within 5 minutes of receiving the quote. The next day we received 65 of the 115 pieces ordered. We called to see what happened with the rest of the order and was told material was on back-order (we were not told in any way that part of the order would be on back-order). We were understanding of the extended timeline to receive the rest of the material. Then, we were notified 2 weeks later that the material was ready to be dropped off but that it now had gone up in price significantly. This was NOT the price we had agreed to. We understand the current state of things and how thats caused delays and shortages with material but you need to have clear communication with your clients. We quoted our client based on the price we had placed the full order on and now we have to take the loss.
Not willing to sell . Tried to set up an account . I need given the run around buy the sales person (Dan)on the 1st week of September, 2021 . I called . he mentioned that they will give a one time cortecy to purchase the items . Next time we can open the account. When we came to pay/ pick up the order. No one was willing to sell it or to open the acct.I guess they are not used to seen a WOMEN walking in in this line of business.Felt disrespected. Not taken seriously because of my gender.
Yea the place has actually managed to get worse . If you have to unload here I personally would suggest to come right before quitting time otherwise you will spend hours here to be unloaded. They have 2 bay doors to unload but will not use the one but for smaller loads . Ive now watched 2 trucks get here after me and get unloaded first. Out of ALL of the EMS in the country this is the absolute worst

Alumiumn sheets etched themself after three days and were unuseable. Eastern would not accept responsibility or return the product. They will not stand behind their products and I will not buy from them again.
