I ordered two sets of flowers on Tuesday for a Saturday funeral. Everything went well. I called on Friday to double check their delivery time and verbiage on the funeral card. Everything was correct. The delivery time was for 10-10:15 in the morning. They arrived before that. Perfect. Flowers were perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a bouquet online for my sisters birthday to be delivered to her job. All day I was waiting around for my sister to reach out to me about the flowers. (Which never happened). I decided to follow up by calling the company. They forgot to mention on their website they are closed from OCT 25th till NOV 5th. Why are you guys still accepting orders online if no one is there to fill orders? A real pain ITA and a complete waste of time/money. I should have listen to the reviews.Stay clear.

I stopped by to get some flowers for my grandmothers memorial, and caught the owner just as she was walking out the door to do a delivery. She was short on staff this day, but with a smile, brought me back in to create a beautiful bouquet for me. She even decided to give me several roses of different colors for free because she had just cut them. I would recommend this warm, kind-hearted florist to everyone.

Flowers were nicely done but the vase was NOT what was displayed on the website. That was one of the reasons I purchase it. I feel it was a bait and switch. The flowers were purchase at 9:30 am and was not delivered until 7:00pm. I will not purchase from them again.

Anytime I’m in the area I get flowers for my girlfriend. The owner is always so helpful and puts together really nice looking arrangements that my girlfriend loves and also seem to last much longer than flowers I get at other places.

The flower arrangement was beautiful.I really appreciated the patience and kindness of the women flower designers. I had to call in a few times to reschedule the delivery date (my sister was in the hospital and I wanted flowers delivered to her home but didnt know when shed be out)... Im in California, and shes in Greenacres so there was a time difference too.Anyway, they delivered the flowers promptly (when I called back to let them know my sister was finally home). She especially loved the pretty orange and rich red gerbera daisies.

Having gone in a couple of times and being quite happy, I told the owner I lived across the street and would be a regular when I bought my last flowers. I tend to buy flowers for myself weekly. In 2 days, 2 of the 3 large flowers were dead and the 3rd one was perfect. When I went in, to hopefully receive a replacement, for the dead flowers, I was told she wouldn’t replace them, so i wouldn’t come back. I told her that she was losing a good customer, which didn’t seem to bother her. Would never step foot in there again.

She told me they were fresh, beautiful looking flowers and the aroma filled up the entire house. She couldnt stop telling me how great the flowers were. She said I shouldnt hesitate to use this florist again. I called after placing my order online to confirm and they were very nice over the phone as well. I do not live in the area so when I needed a floral arrangement made for my Mother for Mothers Day, I googled Florists in Lake Worth. I chose Greenacres Florist and so very glad I did. I spoke with the Owner who was highly professional and I was soon to discover....very caring. My request was somewhat unusual because I needed them to be delivered to the cemetery. There as no hesitation in her voice and was very glad to do this for me. Today, she delivered the most beautiful heart shaped silk arrangement that I have ever seen. While she was at my Mothers grave she texted me the picture. We both began to cry. God put two strangers together to make my Mother proud. I Highly recommend Greenacres Florist, not only for the beautiful and artistic arrangements they create but for also being caring people which is so very hard to find these days. Did not deliver what we ordered, refused to offer discount, hung up on us in the middle of our conversation and would not answer further calls. Tried to post on their Facebook with a comparison of what we ordered versus what was delivered (wrong, cheaper vase, half the flowers, more leaves than flowers) and they deleted the post immediately.Update: the owner called and was disappointed with our experience and offered us a discount. We appreciate that greatly, but are still a bit upset that overall the flowers and base were not as nice as expected (it was a delivery gift for mothers day)

Excellent! Amazing service, Natli always give me surprises when I order from them. This is the only florist I go to.

Very disappointed. The vase was supposed to be a pitcher, and they sent a vase of much poorer quality. The actual amount of flowers were about half of what was in the picture on the website. No one called to say the vase was out of stock or to ask if I wanted anything else. When I called, they refused to make it right, refused to give me any kind of discount for the inferior vase and hung up on me. I will never use them again.Update: the owner did call me and offer to give me a full refund. My recipient still has the flowers, and we came an agreement that I think was fair to both of us. Especially during this time of pandemic and stretched nerves, customer service is very important.

I dont know what that person was talking about when they rated this Florist as Poor. I think the response is right and this review came from a jealous competitor. I just ordered a specific deluxe arrangement (a new baby for my daughter) from the website and said that I would be picking it up late that same afternoon. When I got there, at first I thought it doesnt look exactly like the picture but I didnt say anything and was told it was just being finished up. Well, when she was finished, it was an absolutely gorgeous arrangement, much prettier than the picture because she put her own unique spin on it by adding some very pretty fragrant flowers that werent part of what was pictured on the website. I appreciated that she showed them to me first and asked if it was OK to add them. She was very friendly and helpful. I also thought it was nice that her young son was there doing his homework, but at the same time helped me pick out a card. Its nice to see family working together. My father was self employed and all of us kids helped him too. I am so glad that I went to this shop and no, its not a fancy store, but who cares. This woman is very talented and caring and Im so glad Ive found a local florist that I can trust to a wonderful job. I will use her anytime I need flowers.

Natalie the owner helped me with an arrangement for my mothers 55th birthday. I only had some basic requests and she created a wonderful flower arrangement with balloons which my mother LOVED! Natalie the owner was extremely helpful. An arrangement of flowers that I purchased as a gift contained orchids. The orchids were not up to standard, and did not last overnight. I called and expressed my disappointment and Natalie assured me that this was not the quality she wanted associated with her company and so she promised to remake the arrangement and deliver it the following week when new orchids arrived. I wish more businesses had customer service like this now a days!

So, I had ordered the Valentines day special with chocolates for $99 for delivery. The woman was very nice to me and all. Here comes the best part. They delivered the flowers (which were beautiful) and gave my girlfriend THE WRONG CHOCOLATE WITH A DIFFERENT WOMENS NAME ON IT! Thankfully, my girlfriend understood they screwed up but now they ruined my surprise. Not only that, they overcharged me and didnt even offer to make it better, the woman just said it was the driver. NEVER will I order from them AGAIN! Terrible service.UPDATE: No kidding the Tax is NEVER included. But did you also forget that refund you promised me? 2 months now and still no money back. You couldnt even find my account when I called. So how is that great customer service? Wheres my money?

Horrible! Absolutely Horrific! Ordered a bouquet about 3 weeks ago for my moms birthday worth $100. Wanted lots of roses. Well I got 6 total - 4 of one color and the other 2 different colors. It also included 1 hydrangea, 1 orchid and a bunch of others that didnt really go with the arrangement what so ever. I could have made it better and Im not a florist. You can see the pictures on YELP. I also said ABSOLUTELY NO LILIES and made that VERY clear....and what did I get? A bunch of lilies!!!!!! Needless to say, I wasnt happy. The lady promised that next time she will arrange it herself and charge me $50 for a $100 bouquet. She was surprised herself that I only got 6 roses total. Before Mothers Day I called her she said she placed my order but needed my cc info but she was busy at the moment. She never called me back that day. Next day I called she said she was with a client so I said I would call back. I called back 3 times she didnt answer. Finally a day before Mothers Day I reached her and she said she didnt place my order and she couldnt do it anymore. I hung up on her as Im sure she was happy about that cause she didnt have to deal with me. I called back later to get my discount back - no answer as I expected. So now Im looking for someone to deliver flowers to my mom 1 day before Mothers Day. Horrible place. Im in Chicago and I order a lot of flowers for my mom there in FL for different occasions. The previous place I liked but wanted to try something new. BIG MISTAKE!

What a joke of a florist. They cant design top quality arrangments at all. Sure they can do the simple stuff but if you want something done professionally do not go here. my mother and wife know their flowers and they were not happy with what they received. will post pictures. Using the website I chose and sent my mother an arrangement for Mothers Day. They were delivered on Sunday morning as promised, and my mother couldnt have been more pleased. She said it was one of the nicest arrangements shed received, and was even impressed by how nice the vase was that it came in.

Update: My mother finally got the flowers, they showed up extremely late in the day. Im increasing my rating because they showed up but still only 3 stars max because the phones are off, voicemail is full and they made my mother wait all day for the flowers. But on the bright side, she loved them.Absolutely horrible experience, ordered flowers for my mother for mothers day and she never even got them. I made sure to order them several days in advance so she would get them on time. Well mothers day is here and their store isnt even open and guess what, their voicemail is full... guess Im not the only person they screwed over today. I promise you theyre going to hear it tomorrow!!! Never ever again will I use this company!!!!

I have an idea... next time you decided you are not accepting orders during a certain time period, make sure if someone out of state orders on your website THAT THE ORDER CANNOT BE PLACED. Because I heard your answering machine and found out that my MOTHER would NOT be getting her flowers today for her birthday since you all are NOT accepting orders from April 3 - 16th. I only gave it one star because it wouldn’t allow me to give zero stars! The owner is VERY unprofessional & has the worst customer service ever. Upon walking in the store to pick up my daughter’s corsage for prom she immediately became argumentative & defensive because the order that we were told to pick up at 12noon would not be ready until 1pm & it was 12. She began yelling you were not supposed to be here until 12:30pm anyway & I called you today to tell you, but you didn’t answer the phone. She continued to escalate the situation telling us to come back at 1pm and that it’s our fault that we have to wait because we came too early, etc. I asked her her name & she began yelling, I’ll give you your money back because all you want to do is give me a bad review and that’s not fair, I don’t need your service. Even her employee tried to calm her down. She threw the money at me told me to get out of her store, said that she didn’t feel comfortable with me being in her store & that if I didn’t leave she would call the police. It was a total nightmare and I would NEVER use her service again. Please beware!!

By the time I got to greenacres florist the store was closed but through the window I could see Nataly (store owner) still working on some flowers. She let me in and I explained that I from out of town and needed flowers for my in-laws for Mothers Day. nataly quickly understood my dilemma and started making me 2 beautiful arrangements. She made these arrangements with limited supplies due to high demand during the day. Both my sister-in-law and my mother-in-law loved the arrangements Nataly made for them.
