Dave replaced the door window on my Mustang. Good service, quality, and the price was right. I got 3 estimates and Dave was less than one-half the highest bid.

I only gave 1 star because zero stars doesn’t exist. This company is very unprofessional. They originally came to fix my power window and in turn broke the inside door handle while doing the job. They promised to come out and fix the door handle the day of and we waited and waited and no one ever came back. When we reached out to them they stated they had to wait for the part to fix the door handle and it would be 2 weeks before the part came in. When we called them again, they lied and said they came out and no one let them into the gate. No one called me or my husband to notify us of this. The owner of the company which we were dealing with from the very beginning gave us the run around from the very start and said he wouldn’t come out again unless we paid him again to fix what he broke. We paid them in full and they refused to come back out and repair what they themselves destroyed. In the last attempt to have them come out and repair what they damaged, they refused to even talk to us and hung up the phone on us. I’m very disappointed and sickened by the way they handled this. I’ve never heard of scammers of this magnitude before.. Beware do not use this company!!!

**CUSTOMER BEWARE** I was trying to lower the window in our car when it sounded like it broke and the glass started sliding down the track into the door frame. The next morning I called this company and spoke with David which said he was the owner. He met my wife at her job right around the corner his office. About 30-40 minutes later my wife called and said the window has been fixed. I paid David over the telephone with my credit card for $187.00 because I was at work. That evening when the wife came home I wanted to see the window and I noticed that the wood like panel cover on the door panel was broken and sitting perfectly in the door panel. I told the wife to call David the next morning and tell him what they did. David told my wife that the technician was not in that day and he will call her back on Saturday when the technician is in. Will David never called and we gave him a few days. I called and spoke with David this morning and he said that he spoke with his technician and he said that damage was already there. I said No Sir it was not damaged at all. He then said he would hate to say this but he was Going to take the BLAME for not saying anything prior to the window repair. I then said that all I wanted was the damage fixed. David replied that No he was not going to doing anything for me, and for me to do whatever I need to do. WHAT A COMAPNY!! Customer Beware!!

This company showed up on time with updates, and changed out my whole cable regulator and motor in 10 mintues. I am blown away with their impressive skills . I will be calling them in the future.

They came to us had the job done in 20 minutes and we saved $100 off the price of bringing it to a window repair store

They are very friendly and got the windows working, but didnt stand by their 6 month guarantee. Refused to fix a window that no longer functioned.
