Lake worth pier. A great place to go to 🐟 there is a change to fish on the pier (4 bucks for adult fishing, one buck for non fishing person) even on weekends it’s not crowded. Because of the water temperature which is 84 degrees and the wind chill makes it the place to go when its very warm. They sell live and all the bait one needs. They also rent fishing pole and the lures. Albeit a not at Walmart priceThere’s an app that tell you the best time for fishing. No license is needed plenty of room to get fish. The fish one catch is different from what we expected. We caught some small bait fish (1/4 lbs) and used the live bait to get a large fish.You can enjoy your self but remember: it’s called fishing not catchingBenny on the beach is next door with pineapple drinkThe best thing is that the beachParking is plentiful they charge you 4$ for 4 hours if you have a disabled parking pass and your van is a handicapped van. There is no charge ( only if you park in a handicapped spot)

I was trying to find new places to fish and was willing it give it a go. The fishing was not good. We didnt catch anything, but on the other hand the beach is one of the nicest beaches in South Florida. It looks amazing. The pier costs $3.50 to come in and fish which is less then other piers in the area. The pier has a bar and a tackle shop. The park has a public restroom and plenty of parking spots. However, they do charge a minimum of two hours to park. So it means its $6 dollars. $3 for each parking hour.

Cheap parking $3 an hour. Palm Beach is $5 I believe. Decent beach but was packed. To be expected tho. There’s the pier, also a few restaurants and a general store.

Great way to walk, sit and relax while forgetting about everything. It’s not for the faint of heart. You can see the water a little bit too much in some parts while walking. It needs to be renovated. But overall the area is nice and I enjoyed myself.

Clean and not over crowded. Nearby food within walking distance. Always schools of small fish in the shallow waters. Safe and easy with kids.

Didnt catch anything but others did off live pilchards! Jack Crevalle! About a 20lbr! Another guy brought his all the way to pier side and line broke! I was using frozen shrimp and the little grunts kept cleaning my hooks. Nice breeze out of the S.W. with mostly cloudy skies. Went from 17:00> 21:00. South-West swells as well was bringing the fish in from the bahamas!

This is the place for fishing! I’ve fished many piers in the past and I found my favorite. This has to be the best pier in the state of Florida. Blue runners are my favorite to catch here.

Good place to fish. There is a tackle store for what you might need. Tackle store personnel are friendly and helpful. Prices are not bad. Parking pass for fishing can be purchased thru the tackle store and it is less e expensive than buying it from the machines. Meter parking is expensive. $3 per hour 2 hours minimum. Tackle store purchase is $5 for 4 hours. Either way parking should be cheaper. Entry for fishing is $.3.25, $1 for walking or spectators.

The view was beautiful but there’s not much to do. My girlies and I had fun though. The beach was nice this Sunday and we went on the pier for a little while but it smells a lot like fish

Really disappointed that the pier has been closing at 7pm and the beach at sunset. I would like to do some night fishing, or at least fish until 10 or so.

WATCH OUT FOR PARKING TICKETS! We parked in the lower lot by Bennys for a short period of time and returned to a $30 parking ticket! When I called to dispute it the man said said the parking spots are painted indicating decal parking only.. not only was it dark and we saw no kind of marking, when he told me I had to ask what decal parking only even was?? I guess prepaid permits have decals placed on their car somewhere?!? Obviously, if we saw that, we would not have parked there! What a ripoff and a terrible opinion of the area..

Great place to get away and not think about the rat race of life, a lot of snook but hard to catch..they are very smart species

Been fishing here since early 60s. Last trip there they would not allow fishermen to use the bathroom because of the delicate little snow flakes that eat at the over priced restaurant there which is full of posers.

Great beach to swim after hitting the fitness trail. This small city is a diamond in a rock. LW offers all the luxury one would expect from Hollywood or Paris life style. Coffee on the side walk, Italian Ice, Jewish Deli, French patisserie or pastry........Great American food right here by the water.... who Lala!!!!

The pier isnt bad, the only reason im rating it a 3 is you have to pay to get in. In California multiple piers are open to the public to walk out and view the scenery or fish. Its disappointing that they started charging. In the past, you never had to pay to walk out. Now every place even the free parking section on the bottom of the hill they ask for money. Before it was only by the beach section (top of hill).On a positive note, the place has been cleaned up (restaurants, vendors, location etc) and has become cleaner with a nice view. Pier closes at about 7pm so any fishing get here early and figure out how long youll be and pay the parking meter as well pier entrance.

Great place to sightsee. Great place to fish. They are open till 11 to include the bait shop. The bait shop has everything you need.

So much fun, it was very cheap to go onto the pier and a lot of fun, the fish were biting like crazy, the cool part is that the water is so clear you can see when they bite and hook them up. Fun fun fun.

The guy that takes money for entrance to the pier was one of the rudest guys I have had the displeasure of dealing with.I asked if we had to repay to enter since we were there earlier, but if so it was no big deal, it is a dollar.He said we need to learn to hold on to our receipt. We told him we never receive one, and he called us liars, and was really, really rude!The guy after us got a lot worse than us.He asked The attendant a question andThe attendent yelled at him that he couldnt hear him, with chose words, the customer spoke up, and the attendant yelled at him again, and told him he was not going to tolerate being yelled at. Then refused to allow the guy access to the peir. Who ever is in charge really needs to can this guy!

This pier is disgusting and they never clean it. Wood boards feel like they are all about to fall apart. A CAT 3 hurricane would destroy this pier. What a shame
