This grocery store is EXTREMELY CLEAN as all Publix stores seem to be ... at least the ones I have shopped in. The staff here is polite, helpful, pleasant, and always seem to know what they are doing. Why 4 stars and not 5? The prices at Publix are high! I understand that they carry better quality of foods, but items like Comet are $0.20 more than say Walmart. Is that really necessary? Thats a rhetorical question!

They really need to work out well on greetings to customers, I went there yesterday and when the cashier was checking out my stuffs I said Hello to her twice just to be nice, she didn’t say anything at all everytime and just handed me the receipt without saying anything at all, seriously as a customer I found it really offensive

The Manager super RUDE, He saw me take photos and he came to stop me. I told him am helping community get to know them better. He said No photo sign out side . I walk around and check, I dont see any.I hate the way he talked to me with no manner!Most employees there were nice, friendly very well take care of there section.

It is a great place! They have some items that Publix in other locations doesnt, e.g. seasame halvah which I always buy only there, they have three kinds of it. Also some kinds of whole grain bread and many other things. And the people working there are really honest. Once I happened to leave my purse in the cart at the parking lot and when I came back there to pick it up, everything was in my purse untouched, I had pretty much cash in it. The person who was bringing the carts to the store found my purse and gave it to the manager. And I got everything back. That was amazing! I love this store!

Today went to publux 2pm, good crowd went to deli dept. Same cast of charecters kinda laxidaisic as usual.But the white haired older female there well she had no intent in helping anyone. The other person waiting, he left stating he had been waiting before and they were doing nothing, as in service.I left went over to hot cabinet met 6 people waiting for a while as well. There was luttle hot items available. Seems to be a them, well the lunch meat area was empty so walked my 15 feet and waited while the ladies kinda walked in circles. And than yes they asked to help me my oh my excited I asked for The Special Roast Beef....well after looking in the refrigerator they advised they were out, the customer next to me wanted Turkey. Nope the item on special was out....hmmOk so lets get a sub...well the kid and older man were less than enthusiastic about the group they were working with and had some faul words for them.In tbe end i complained to a manager. Sure the same group will be behind the deli counter.The only thing missing will be this14 year customer.Just takes one time

Incredible! Staff working overtime to keep shelves stocked for the Holidays, everyone was helpful. The only disappointment is that they have been out of my wifes prescription for over a month and they keep promising it will arrive in a few days. We keep checking but they are still out of stock.

Excellent grocery store! I asked two associates for help finding a product and they were both very kind and helped me find what I was looking for. An associate asked if I needed help bringing my items to my car and I was really grateful for the assistance

Always fun going to publix with the kids. Love the spaciousness of the aisles. And the produce section is a family favorite. We also love the deli because they have great soup options for us.

I shopped at this store quiet a few times and the past few times my order has been messed up the first time we ordered Italian Subs and after we arrived and without a phone call saying they didn’t have the ingredients to make the subs so we didn’t have them. Today I did an online order for Boars Head Havarti Cheese with Dill but someone decided to give me regular Havarti cheese WHY??? I ordered 2lbs of cooked ham and I only received 1.50 lbs again WHY??? Customer Service at this location is to be desired I called and was told well maybe next time you should check your order. I will never go to this location ever again.

Just received the Covid 19 vaccine at Publix and have to say that they were efficient, prompt and courteous. Thumbs up Publix!

This is the only Publix that i have ordered comes, platters or even online deli orders and it never is wrong. I have to give most of this Publix recognition to a women named Anita. Every time i have a party i place my orders online for party platters and cakes and she goes over and beyond to meet expectations. She even texts me from her own personal cell phone if she can’t get ahold of me and she even answers my calls and works on my order even on her day off!! I have been able to add things on my order, take things off of my order and change things around on my order by text message with her and never once has an order been wrong. She is a true star employee and I’m sure Publix is so grateful to have her! Thank you Anita for all your hard work!

Stopped in to shop. Noticed no signs up recommending masks. There were a lot of customers with no masks. Sorry I can’t shop where standards are lax.

This is a large format Publix. So you have a large selection of product. As is the norm, the staff is friendly and helpful. You will find freshly sanitized shopping carts at the entrance. The isles are marked with arrows as they are one way. Masks are required for entrance and there are separate doorways for entry and exit.

Clean but they have plenty of essential products. They also abide by the covid protocols.

Groceries are crazy expensive highway robbery they should give away free food to the homeless with the prices they charge paying customers

Sierra in the deli department was very accommodating, by far the best service.She is really friendly, has a charming personality and can make a really good sub also.

Great staff carry everything I need

Only one person behind deli counter...a woman came in early to pick up a very large order and then added another item to it as she told the attendant she was going to do other shopping and would be back . Apparently her order was not yet started and/or ready so the attendent ignored taking care of me(only person left waiting) she proceeded to keep her head down and never acknowledge I was there.I waited 12 minutes before another clerk came over to help me ! A very valuable and long term guest ...

Clean good food and great service

Not a wide selection of products, customer service is not the best compared to other Publix. I just shop there because it is the closest store. When I have time I prefer going to other Publix. They alsp run out BOGO sale products all the times. This Publix is managed very bad.

Friendly staff, the go-to for groceries and pharmacy needs

I never thought in my wildest dreams I would spend the time to negatively review a Publix, but I spend the time to warn you - I ordered curbside service but unfortunately I got to the store about five minutes early so people chased me out of the parking spot to which I circled around and was never to obtain again. I ended up getting frustrated and just getting my belongings from another store.

Publix went above and beyond in their service to me and I very much appreciated it. I couldnt find the item I needed and the first employee I asked knew exactly where to find Little Debbies Cosmic Brownies. Upon checkout, I picked up my wrong Publix gift card and left the other one at home so that, I ended up being short. The cashier went into his own wallet and gave me money to pay for my items( he was a young African American male with short hair). Once I left I tried to start my car in the pouring rain with thunder and lightning around me. The car would not start as I left the lights on and that killed the battery. An extremely young employee named Christian, who was obviously on break, and an employee named Greg, who was simply passing by did a remarkable act. They helped and taught me how to properly jump my car battery in the terrible Florida weather. This allowed me to go pickup my baby sister and drop my mother off to work. This really made my day as I was already experiencing a bad day. Thank you for the excellent service Publix :).

Im not happy to leave a bad review because this store has been my Publix for at least 20 years. The problems I continuously have are with the deli. I repeatedly order my items online. Seldom does the order ever get done by time requested. The employees NEVER even apologize. Over and over this happens. I do all my shopping here, my event and celebratory orders..everything.Tonight is the absolute last time I use this Publix after the issues I had at the deli counter. I just dont understand what happened to the employees that were friendly, courteous and helpful.

Deli always really slow. Perhaps Publix should hire some more people to accommodate their customers who pay a lot of money for their overpriced items

Oh how I WISH there was a way to just rate the deli. The deli staff must hate their jobs because they pay ZERO attention to order accuracy or even quality. Ive ordered from the deli 3 times and 3 times, theyve somehow managed to get orders wrong and/or just made sloppy nasty sandwiches that are soaked and fall apart! Youre better off at literally any other sandwich shop. At least youll be able to stomach what you pay for.

Be CAREFUL if you PAY CASH!I just had a dispute with the cashier about the bill I gave her. I claimed I gave her a $20-dollar bill and she said I gave her a $10. The manager got involved and did not convince me I was wrong.I recommend that when you pay cash, you call it out loud “I’m giving you a $20-dollar bill” to avoid this type of confrontation.Now that they lost my trust, they will never see me again. Too bad. They lost a many hundred dollars a year customer for a $10 dispute.

Two times now Ive had issues with the deli counter. I made an order at 7pm for subs, set to pick up for 7:45. They put the tickets up in the back and neglected to make them, I usually make my rounds are the store to give them more time, but even an hour later they werent done. The gentleman, Jose, at the counter is very nice, and it seems he was having trouble finding his coworker who wasnt there with him. Give him no trouble. Disappointing. I may switch to a different location if this persists.

Great! Absolutely close to the best Publix Ive ever been too. The only one that Ive been to that was better than this one, had a full dining area with tables and chairs. One poor quality about this Publix was the customer service. My family and I were waiting in line at the customer service counter for 20 minutes. Once it was our turn, the service representative at the counter did not know how to operate the register/computer. We needed to get a raincheck for a sale item in which they ran out of stock for.

I usually shop there about once a week! Most of the shopping experience is good --except sometimes at the Deli!! I waited 15 minutes today for my no. to be called! They click the no. too fast -- they called 74 and 69 had not been waited on! It seems many times there isnt enough help to service the customers! Another issue -- prices keep going up!!!!
