Well stocked and organized store with a wide variety of items. The store is well-maintained with a courteous staff and never too crowded. Right in front of a bus stop and convenient to downtown Lake Worth. Lose77.com

Ive used the CVS pharmacy at 101 N Dixie Hwy for approximately 7 months after I moved to Palm Beach County.Ive had difficulty getting my prescriptions filled since I received my Medicare.At times and I would become upset when I couldnt get my prescriptions refilled. Come to find out it wasnt the peoples fault that work at the this CVS, It was because my doctor wasnt submitting the prescriptions correctly in accordance with the requirements of Medicare.The staff at CVS contacted my doctor after he submitted the prescription incorrectly twice in one day and resolved the issue and I am extremely greatfull for their assistance.I will go on to say that after reviewing the reviews from others in regards to CVS at 101 N Dixie Hwy I wish to express that everytime I go to this pharmacy I see those people diligently working to get peoples prescriptions filled, they are always on the move to get peoples prescriptions filled, I see hundreds of prescriptions ready to be picked up in the bins, they speak to their customers in a professional manner with respect, even to a customer like me that get an aditude from time to time....So the next time your in this CVS and your having problems getting your prescription filled just ask them for a little assistance ....Respectfully SubmittedWilliam H.Smith

This is the first time I have given an establishment 2 stars, and I wish I didnt have to. First I want to talk about what was great about this location. When I first went through the entrance the cashier sincerely greeted me. I noticed that every customer that entered was also greeted by the cashier with the same sincerity. I use the pharmacy at this location, usually using the drive-thru. All the associates in the pharmacy are also consistently nice and are quick and accurate. Now the bad part. The store was very messy. I wasnt able to take photos of some of these examples without drawing too much attention to myself. Heres what I noticed. After obtaining the key for the unisex restroom I entered and noticed the toilet paper dispensers were empty so they just took a few rolls off the shelf and put them on the railing next to the toilet. Neither toilet had been flushed and to top it off there were 2 soap dispensers which were both empty, also they didnt have a baby changing station. As for the rest of the floor there where bits of paper or price stickers everywhere stuck to the carpet. I noticed the had bottled water on sale. It was overstocked to the point that there where about 6-8 cases on the ground which violates health code as I believe everything must be minimum 4-6 inches from the ground. In the pharmacy waiting area were 2 opened half used bottles of powerade that must have been there a while since the waiting area was empty. Overall the store was messy, disorganized, unsanitary. The worst part about this for me is the fact that as you read above, everyone in the store gives amazing customer service. Not a single rude person in the store. I plan on making a follow up review in 6 months or so to see if they have stuff together. Update: Customer service is still bad. My elderly mom and I visited September 5th at 9:15 pm, they close at 10pm. My mom has had 4 children so its quite natural for a woman of her age to have bladder problems. She is embarrassed about it and I constantly tell her not to be. So when she says she has to go then we have 2-3 min to find a restroom. The cashier tells us that the bathrooms are closed and that they close everynight one hour before the store closes. This is posted nowhere. We leave and make it in time to the Starbucks next door. This CVS just went from 2 stars to 1 star. Although the pharmacy staff is really awesome and helpful, the rest of the staff just dont care.

Waiting on the phone for 30 min i hang up because my lunch was over had to go back to work . I called during my lunch hour for nothing . Please get new staff. Or teach them the importance of customer service. You are closing the wrong cvs . Replace people with the good ones .

This is one of the worst CVS pharmacies Ive ever been to. Especially the manager. Despite living within walking distance of this one, I switched my prescriptions to the one on Forest Hill and Dixie. Go there - the people at the pharmacy are so nice!

Staff is very rude. Everytime I look up someone staring me in my face. The older lady with great hair that was working on 6/10/2020 slammed my juice I bought on the counter. I didnt even take the receipt because she was rude. As hard as pleasant they try to come off you can tell its fake.

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. My 3 week old can’t stop screaming in pain while I sit on hold for 35+ minutes just to get them to pick up. All because they didn’t run the insurance correctly.

I usually dont like this CVS due to poor customer service in my past experiences. However, today I went there and spent over $100 on gifts for Christmas. The sales and coupons were great and saved me a lot of money. More importantly though, my cashier Joe, was extremely helpful and kind!! I never had better customer service. He made us laugh, helped up find what we were looking for and got us out of there quickly without any problems! Thats more than I can say for most of my experiences at CVS. This store is a little out of my way, but I will make it a point to shop at this location only. I am very satisfied with my experience here.

This Cvs has gone downhill considerably in the Last few months. No longer our prescriptions filled one prescribed by physician’s day expect you to make calls and stay on hold for endless time to ask for prescriptions to be filled hours after they have been sent by the doctor. Their customer service skills are lacking there is a female pharmacist that is wonderful but the man that works there has absolutely no personality and no bedside manner and no understanding and corporate should look at this store. It is the closest store to the city of Palm Beach Florida

Have been using this pharmacy Wes Day for quite some time to fill my narcotics and other medications as well just recently did a vacation fill and they would not do it they will not give me my medication but 2 days in advance due to the inexperienced pharmacy staff manager has only been out of school one year pharmacy tech has already been out of school 6 months when I return from vacation I will transfer my prescriptions elsewhereI have never had a problem doing a vacation fill at this pharmacy u while Wes was parmacist they changed pharmacy staff if I could give them less than one star I would have done so

I have been to this pharmacy several times and the most recent was the straw that broke the camels back. I understand it can be difficult working customer service but when your staff constantly has an attitude in addition to being completely unorganized theres an issue. Every time ive been in line ive seen multiple errors in organization, staff doubling back, pacing back and forth only for there to be further errors with the prescription itself. There is only so much patience a human being can have waiting for a prescription especially being in pain after a hospital visit. Completely unsatisfactory. 0 stars if I could.

Whenever I come to Lake Worth, I always visit the store because the products they have there are different than in my hometown. Everyone is nice and I feel very comfortable there. The staff is kind, caring and responsive. Thank goodness the store is there!

Ive never posted review but this pharmacy has cost me so much money & my health with screwing up my medications so many times. I was having to pay full price for my scripts because they would never give me the correct amount -- they would run it through my insurance for 30 days instead of 90 like my doc would write, and Id only get half my script and run out halfway through the month. I dont think there has been a time when all of my meds were filled correctly, and I try to be pleasant/understanding but Im switching pharmacies for good.

Pharmacy is awful! They tell me my prescription will be ready at 4 pm, I drive there and they tell me it wont be there until the next day because they missed the note I have on my account that it cant be generic. I go back the next day and wait 30 minutes in the drive through line to talk to someone! And it still wasnt ready! They hadnt filled it yet! So Ill be coming back tomorrow for the third day in a row

The actually store employees are very nice and helpful but the pharmacy is super unprofessional and messy. Today They answered my call rude as hell and put me on hold for a good 10 minutes. This is a monthly occurrence. They NEVER call to let me know when my meds are ready for pick up which in turn means i have to call about 3 times and be put on hold for a good 20 minutes total every time i have to pick up my refills. if you can please save yourself the headache and go with walgreens or something this place is terrible.

I have severe Anxiety issues. I was told my medicine would be refilled Automatically on the 23rd. I called on the 27th to make sure and refilled it automatically over the phone. Came at 6.30 pm from Boca to get my medicine still not ready. I was told that it would be ready by *.30. I get there and there is a line to the bathrooms with people waiting and nothing is ready. The guy working behind the counter told me it has been expedited and will be ready tomorrow 2 years on this medicine and not once have i ever missed a dose and now i dont have my meds because the people who work at this location have no idea what they are doing. It doesnt seem like the care either.

Bathrooms are atrocious and out of all supplies. The photo center does not function, the app is useless, and the staff are unhelpful and unknowledgeable when they are around- which they usually are not. All around a bad time.

I never have given any reviews of anything, but after going to Walgreens that is at 6 ave and Publix, all my prescriptions where coming over $300 per month as I dont have insurance. The Cuban guy that helped me even though that the store was busy, he care enough to help me out and explain and give me subjections about my medications. All my medications cost me less that $40. I am really grateful. and all my medication where ready in a few minutes. The pharmacist explain how to take them soon after I paid for them. unfortunately, the team seems to over work and understaff

Id give 0 stars, but forced to give 1.Staff is so unfriendly & ignore you as you sit there with no one in line. When you call in to find out if your script is ready the pharmacy staff answers & immediately puts you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time.I work in the medical field & when leaving a voicemail for scripts this particular CVS pharmacy staff claim upon me calling, that they never receive voicemail every single time without fail!I had to change pharmacies for my patients because they never ever ever had the scripts ready in a mannerly time, it takes the pharmacist/staff hours to get scripts that were called in during the morning hours & I still have to wait, at least 15- 20min every time in the late afternoon.

Manager of pharmacy with blonde hair is unprofessional. She argues with customers and its completely uncalled for. She interupts you while your talking and tries to finish your sentences. She assumes customers are all drug seakers, treating cancer patients with absolutely No respect. Go to Walgreens down the road, dont let this lady ruin your day because something in her life isnt going well after all cancer is enough to deal with!

I came to pick up my script that had till today to be put back. But they decided to put it back early and that it wouldnt be ready till this afternoon.as I work in the medical field I explained that it was not possible to make it there later as my job wont allow it as well as asking why they put it back early. For witch I received no explanation. I asked if they could fill it right then as this was there mess up and I need my diabetic medication, as well as the reason I was receiving an additude. The female pharmacy manager / supervisor made her appearanceAnd proceeded to not apologize but tell me this was my fault and I was the rude one and That I Should Not Be In The Medical Feild (to witch I am vary good at my job) and walked away from the pick up window as I asked to speak with her supervisor. .... I then called​ corporate who is now looking in to this matter. 😫this is not the first time I have received additude fom the pharmacy staff who look and speak to most costumers as if we are noting but an annoyance. As I also call in scripts to this pharmacy through my job and get the same additude. Worst Pharmacy ever.

This parmacy rates a 1 only because it wont let me rate it a zero !!!!! Dont get me wrong the pharmacy techs are great but the lead pharmacist is aweful zero people skills, rude,never seen him smile and I cant imagine working for him or why the company would retain him !!!! They need to listen to the actual customers and take action. The latest issue inbolves my mothers scripts. We are on a trip and ordered her refills to be delivered. First time - no delivery. We called and were told there was a payment due thats why it wasnt delivered. Second - after we made payment over the phone we were assured they would be delivered that evening. Again no delivery ! On the phone right now we are making arrangements by a friend to pick up tomorrow. They said no one was home !!! She lives in a senior housing !!! Always someone at the front desk ! Really !!!!!

Slow service, was ignored standing at the photo center then when I went to the manager she said the front does the photos meanwhile there is one cashier and a long line. When I get to the front asking for a passport photo, they page the manager, Theresa, who then confess and helps me. Why did I have to wait in a long line first? Then get charged $13 for two tiny 2x2 photos that she hand-cuts. Very disappointed.
