I have been a Metro customer for over 8 years. I took my sister to this store today to put her on my plan and to get a new phone. I was so glad Kris the owner was at the store to serve us. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. We needed expert advice what would be the best/easiest phone for my sister who has arthritis in her fingers and is not computer savvy. Kris didnt disappoint us. He was kind, patient, and very informative. This Metro store/provider is recommended.

The customer service Kris gives can not be beat. He has help me and my family so many times. Believe me if you have kids that break or lose there phones all the time go here. The nicest person ever.

Great shop, great people! Have been using this location for many years. We have a family plan. Never had a problem with services or products. I have teenagers who require the newest phones and if this location doesnt have it in stock they get it for you within a day or two.I have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Great shop!!!

I switched from sprint to metro pcs using this location. I ended up leaving with a great deal on a new phone and fantastic Internet speeds and call quality. Its been two months since I made the change and I couldnt be happier with my service. Its still hard to believe everything is noticeably faster in more areas than sprint and 40% of the price with no contract. Honestly a no brainer to switch.

Cashier attempted to scam me, claiming metro is doing a thing right now where if you want to activate a new service, you have to get the 5GB plan and refused to activate my service unless I paid for that tier!!! Spoke with corporate after leaving and they apologized, informed me they are not doing a thing of any sort like that at this time and walked me through filing a corporate complaint against the authorized dealer (After giving me a month credit and lowering me to the proper tier). You wont be authorized dealers much longer if you keep this BS up!
