I live in Lake Worth and I was looking for a local business to repair my jewelry and I was pleasantly surprised to find this location and the wonderful people that run it. I have had my bracelet fixed here as well as purchased jewelry. I would recommend it highly.

I came in here yesterday to get a quote for a chain of mines that broke (thanks to my super hyper doggie). Ella was super sweet and gave me a more than reasonable quote and promised my chain by the next day (which is today). Sure enough it was ready and perfectly fixed! I would definitely recommend this shop for your jewelry needs...they also have some nice jewelry on display and are located in downtown lake worth—-so parking can be a pain hut again, totally worth it! I have had nothing but good experiences at this jeweler. They do beautiful work and I love Ella and her children who run this store. Ever since a jewelry store opened closer to me, I havent had to go all the way to Lake Worth for simple things, but their inventory of beautiful things is always tempting. They also do appraisals once a month. Make a reservation.

My old ring kept breaking. Id had it repaired twice but it broke again. The folks at Lake Worth Jewelers created a new shank. It matches the ring perfectly. The ring size was exactly the same and they cleaned it shiny and beautiful.We rely on Lake Worth Jewelers for all our jewelery and accessory needs. Absolutely terrible. Had a family member go in to get a necklace modified and tightened, and they jeweler ended up losing the necklace. Ignored all phone calls of when the necklace would be ready for pick up. Had to go into the store - nothing came from it except a missing necklace. An expensive necklace. Terrible management, ownership and store.

Parking is a big issue

I came all the way to Lake Worth jewers to have my watch battery replaced. Not sure why they couldnt do it something about taking it elsewhere and needing my permission. Ended up at Alexs up the street who did it in 5 minutes. And, they missed two repaired stones in my bracelet, maybe it was a bad day for them but should have offered to replace them for free after the debacle. I wontbe back.
