What a wonderful job Hangman Video completed in my house. 3 TVs were hung on the walls. They have all the equipment on their truck if you need any brackets, hdmi cords, etc. and will teach you how to use the remotes with your equipment. They were so professional. I usually don’t write a review but they deserve a special thank you.

The company was great guys came even a few minutes early did a great job the owner was also great. This is a company to go to for any video audio work.

We received several quotes for the services we required (mounting two 85 TVs and configuring and wiring an AV system for each). Hangman Audio Video was not the least expensive, but certainly on the way lower side of the price spectrum. So they have very, very reasonable pricing. As they analyzed the myriad of existing wiring and devices of our new system, they thoughtfully suggested ways we could actually SAVE money on the install without sacrificing our audio video goals! (Where others suggested we buy integrated control systems which required programming and a dependency of frequent service calls, HAV told us with the existing remotes and the type of devices we had.. that it was really not necessary. They could have easily recommended an expensive master control system which would have costed at least $800 more.) Everything they promised they delivered, from showing up at the pre-arranged booking time to professional installation and followup. After they finished and cleaned up, we had a hiccup and they personally answered the phone when we called after six pm, came out the very next day and fixed the issue. This group seems family owned and operated, as they seem genuinely interested in making sure things are done professionally and correctly. Five plus stars to them!!

I wish I could give them 100 stars. I called this morning at 8am and someone was here by 9am! He not only fixed our complicated problem but saved us a ton of money! We will be using them for ALL our AV needs going forward. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable company - they should be teaching others how it’s done. 🙌

Ryan and his team installed a 4 channel system for me and they did an incredible job. Great attention to detail from start to finish. Ryan provided excellent service and excellent hardware. Made sure all angles were approved BEFORE installation, and confirmed all views after installation. Configured all options that I requested. Staff was very professional, clean and courteous. Answered all questions and catered to all requests. I will be referring this company to others as I am very happy with the level or service and hardware supplied.

I set up my own home theater exercise room, and was have some connection issues. My sub woofer was also not working, so i bought a new one that i had not even opened hoping that Ryan could fix the old one. I searched the internet to find a company to fix everything as i was very frustrated. I called two other companys first and they were supposed to get back to me on Monday 8/3/2020. They never called back and its now Thursday 9/6/2020. Luckily i called Hangman Audio around 10:30 am on Monday. Ryan answered the phone (imagine that, no recording or automated system). He was pleasant, knowledgeable, very accommodating, and could have seen me that day since he had an opening. Instead we made an appointment for the next day at 4:00 pm.He followed up that day to confirm with an email and text. He was at my house on time and was taking off his shoes before walking in, not necessary, but i appreciated his respect for my home. He fixed my sub and set everything up to make using the system easier. Ryan was on time, very customer service oriented and was easy to do business with, professional and fairly priced. From the time I called to ask about their services, I knew I had found the right place. Their customer service is the kind that you only receive from a family-owned company. They were personable and answered all of my questions. Once at the house, Ryan worked diligently and quickly. He was done in one hour and left the area better than he found it. I wanted our tv to be mounted higher than what he normally installs them at. He listened to what I wanted and provided his own professional thoughts which I deeply appreciated. This family owned business is an example of high quality work. We had three smart TVs and a sound bar install to perfection. We are in the middle of a move and Ryan helped out with the cable technician installation as well. This took stress off our minds and allowed us to concentrate on the rest of the move that day. I wanted to upgrade the security system in my store. I contacted several local companies and Hangman turned out to be the most reasonable and responsive. They answer the phone and texts right away and sent me the estimates the same day. The day when the work was scheduled they came in on time and finished the job quickly with no issues. I would recommend them to my friends.

Professional job at a great price. Called Ryan and he came out the same day and gave a free estimate which was $100 less than the Geek Squad. Great company!!! We had a great experience with this company, if you need your tv hung or any entertainment system this is your guy. We had the owner come out and he was awesome. I spoke with a female on the phone I think her name was Jonnie and she was great. It was very easy to get an appointment and they were very reasonably priced. Ryan, Johnnie, and Evan were great from the first phone call I made to the completion of the job. We needed the DVR for our security cameras replaced, Ryan quoted us for a new one, we approved the quote and scheduled a time for replacement. Ryan and Evan installed the new DVR, and helped us set up the new app to view our security cameras. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
