Beautiful yarns and interesting patterns. Right now the two owners are inundated with knitters and the service is not so good! Before the pandemic they were extremely helpful and hoping they will be able to be more helpful soon.

It took a while but I got what I wanted. They were very helpful. The wait was worth it to me.

When I found Imaginknit, it was like finding an oasis in the desert. I havent been able to buy quality yarn for a long time. The owner and employees are most pleasant and helpful. Im looking forward to making the beautiful shawl with the spectacular yarn I purchased. You wont be disappointed in Imaginknit.

I was so delighted to find a quality yarn shop that is local! The proprietors/staff were very helpful, and the shop has a large selection of natural fiber yarns, which is what I was looking for. She helped me find an absolutely beautiful, perfect yarn for my project that I might have otherwise overlooked. I will definitely be returning!

Each of these ladies have been so helpful and kind to my 98 year old mother and me. Zana especially has gone above and beyond in helping and encouraging my mom, who recently started knitting again. Knitting has made a big difference in the quality of her life and she has made many beautiful scarves from their great selection of yarns.

The ladies at imaginknit were so wonderful and helpful. I came in with a project I was stuck on, and they took an hour to help me work out the problem, teach me knew techniques, measured my stitches, and helped me plan my next project. Ive seen some bad reviews, but I think they are due to the owners must taking a moment to finish up their place in their knitting before they help you (so they dont loose their place). I look forward to going back next time I am in town.

No need to go anywhere else for my knitting supplies. I always stop here when I am in town. The product offerings are great and the staff couldnt be more helpful. If only all shopping was this fun and easy!

Owners should not be in service industry. Got wrong instructions twice. Ended upUnraveling my yarn to another knit shop for another pattern.

Unfortunately they take advantage of the rookie knitter. Selling them overpriced yarn instead of low budget so that they could learn the craft. This wouldve created more sales in the future. Buy from Joanns or Michaels for the better deals!

I have visited this shop numerous times (there are few options in the area) and have made purchases even though it was one of the most unpleasant places to shop. I am obviously a visitor to the area and they have made it clear each time I have been there that customers like me are tolerated. A non-knitting friend accompanied me to the shop recently and, having had the opportunity to speak to a few of the employees/owners, she asked me if they were always so unpleasant (actually she used the word bitchy) to everyone. I know their tiny shop is often busy but I can only imagine how much better their profit line might be if they treated everyone who walked through the door with kindness and generosity of spirit. I wont return.

Quality and selection of yarn...excellent.Quality of customer service.....poor enough that I wont come back. I felt rushed and as if I was bothering these women. Very unhappy. Must be a West Palm Beach thing.

While they are a bit pricey, its premium yarn; the ladies who work there were wonderful to us. And the group of ladies sitting at the table crocheting and knitting were also delightful.

I have never been made to feel so unwelcome in a shop. I will happily pay twice as much to purchase online than walk out of this store again fighting tears in my eyes.

We all have bad days, and my purpose is not to disparage the owner of this shop. It is merely to remind her that customers are the reason stores exist. Knitters have the option of ordering yarn online, or attending a colossal yarn show like VKL, or simply buying yarn from another retailer. What attracts many of us to local yarn shops when we travel is the chance to be inspired, to perhaps learn something new, or to pick up a project to remind us of a trip . Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this shop again. I come to Palm Beach several times a year, and my hope was to adopt this little shop as my home away from home. Sadly, this will not be happening. No details – Im not trying to hurt anyones business, and I know retail can be trying, but lets remember to be kind.

I have been a knitter since I was 8 years old. Just ImaginKnit is the very best yarn store I have ever experienced. As a customer of Ruth and Zana for over 10 years, I have made dozens of beautiful sweaters, ponchos and baby clothes. With their help, Ive even made a drop dead pocketbook that stops traffic whenever I wear it. They have gorgeous yarns and all the latest high fashion pattern books.But what really makes this yarn store one-of-a-kind is that they are old fashioned. In this day of self service / get it on the Internet, they are the epitome of real helpful kind and charitable service. Make a mistake, theyll help you fix it. Love a pattern but hate the neck, theyll rework the pattern. Need help finishing a sweater, Anna is their secret weapon. Braided trim...crocheted accents...add some ribbon; Anna can do it all.Do you need lessons? Classes are always available. New to the area or just looking for some company, the big square table is always full of happy (and nice) knitters who of course have an opinion about everything from restaurants to movies to travel to your pet project.Not since my grandma s day has there been a yarn store like JustImaginknit!

Nice place! Just found it about a month ago on their website. The owner is very friendly. Helped me with the yarns. I also saw some seniors knitting. They let my mom take a peek at their projects. (yes, im a kid) The store has a few sale bins.ok prices.
