I made a purchase consisting of a plant and 2 large pots. I went to return one of the pots within 2 weeks. Prior to going, I ensured to read the receipt and check the website. The receipt stated no return on plants and 20% restocking on all other items. I walked in on 9/29/2021 and a nice woman (who stated that she normally works at the Delray location) greeted me and I informed her why I was there. The manager Sam looks up at me once, gives a condescending giggle and and said we dont take those back and walks out. I proceed to wait on him to return and when he finally walks back in I ask why? He said you just cant. I explain that there is no signage that states otherwise and my receipt implies as if anything other than plants can be returned. Sam then smirks and says you shouldve asked. He then proceeded to continue stating the same thing with a bit of an attitude you can ask ya know. I decided that this wasnt going anywhere at this point because he wouldnt listen to my viewpoint. If I wouldve walked in and saw a sign of some sort, or wording on a receipt or even been informed at check out (Sam sold me the items originally) then I wouldnt have anything to say about the situation. This is terrible business practices and the manner in which Sam treated me and talked to me was not good. Not respectful at all and wasnt willing to hear me out at all - he had his mind made up. I refuse to shop here anymore. Its definitely not about the money, but how the situation was handled.

Cool landscape place. Went in to buy some stepping stones. They had many to choose from, big and small. People are friendly and helpful.Select what you want, they load it up into your vehicle, just pay and you are good to go.They have a very good assortment of plants, pots, gravel, rocks, mulch, tools and unique decor. Prices are reasonable.

Super Easy to find and ample parking.Very Friendly and alot of great rocks to choose from. They have beautiful plants, bushes and trees at great prices. The pottery is so amazing and really good prices. The furniture is awesome and very colorful for anyones yard. They had great decorations like driftwood sculptures, and figurines. I really liked this place alot and we had been to a few places from around town.

This is a great place to go for any of your landscape needs. There were two ladies outside to ask questions. However only one of them spoke English but she was extremely knowledgeable on the sizes of each plants when they would be full grown, how long they would live, and what kind of sun they needed as well as the care each plant needed.Their plant prices were very reasonable but They had a nice plans are that was tall but it was only plastic and I think they wanted $60 for it. I would use them for plants but I dont think I would buy anything else there

We bought several pavers here. They had a nice selection but nobody was around to help us pick out what we needed. That said, I would probably go back anyway because their price is better than Home Depot.

Just picked up some pieces of sod for a small repair project. Unfortunately the young lad who loaded them into my truck doesnt have a degree in math (like I do) and shorted me two pieces. Called the store which had closed 10 minutes earlier and no one was there. Need to pick up the other half of the project tomorrow. Hopefully Ill be to straighten out the error of today then.

Do not shop at this shop. Went into bushel stop for help with sod. Sod looked very dry but I was willing to give it a shot provided that I could bring it back to life. As I went inside their building to speak with employees about sod and bringing it back to life, they were rude about how to take care of it and would not even attempt to answer any questions about the sod. Their only answer was that if I didn’t like it then don’t buy it. Their response and rudeness was unprofessional and they will not have my business.

I would have loved this place even more but there was no one around to give me advice on what trees and shrubs I should buy. There are hundreds of choices and well kept plants, trees, shrubs, etc. but I dont know what to choose. All I know is where I have sun and shade at a y given area of my property and I have specific must haves, but what should I choose. Its too bad that I couldnt get the assistance I needed.

BEST selection of many types of rock, glass, pottery chairs. The plants, trees, and shrubs are healthy. Love the ladies that help in the butterfly garden area as well as their knowledge of the plants.

The best part is their huge selection and willingness of the staff to help! On the flip side the prices of their plants are WAY OVER priced! Know your plant prices before you go! They had an average houseplant for $40.00 same exact one at Home Depot $9.99. I already bought the plant at Aldi a year ago for about the same price big 9.99!

Went by today and bought some plants for landscaping. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me load the plants I bought into my truck. Everyone I encountered asked if they could help. I found the pots to be a bit overpriced although the quality was very high. I’ll continue to use them for my landscaping needs and recommend for any other to price match before buying

Theyve got most all gardening or supplies that you need if they dont theyll get it for you. Theyll also load your vehicle up for you and if need it they have delivery service staff is very polite and professional.

Went to Bushel Stop in Lake Worth all the time. Went recently and they had a sale price on their the stones. Go in to pay and they wouldnt honor the price that was posted. One of the nice workers called him and he says its not on sale this is the price they wouldnt honor the sale price that was posted ..So rude and unprofessional. Basically so sad for you.... my way or no way.....Sadly its all about the money not the customer. So will take my business elsewhere and spread the word. Youd think theyd appreciate you shopping there in todays times but guess they make enough money and dont need ours.....

I just loved the customer service at this Lantana The Bushel Stop location. I was looking for some affordable, colorful, easy to maintain in full sun location plants for my front yard planter. I was shown an excellent of plants that would fit my needs and assisted in getting them into my vehicle once I had paid. I enjoyed the large selection of landscaping supplies, garden decorative items from planters to statues to chairs and rocks of all shapes, sizes and colors. I have shopped The Bushel Stop location in Delray Beach previously and so I was familiar with the company before deciding to shop here. The plants and trees really look good and Ill be back for more.

Best landscape outlet in town. Wide variety of items. Service is always very good. A little pricier than others, but very good quality. So it is worth it.

The guy that works there is extremely rude especially with elderly people also all the prices are jacked up 20% more than everybody else, For example the pavers that are $.79 cost $.50 at Home Depot the very same one gravel cost $59 per yard but it cost $50 everyone else, planters are very high also we found the same pots on fave book market place for 1/2 the price .

The owners of this place are so rude and racist!!!! They call ICE on their own employees and say that all black people are criminals. Service is horrible. WOULD NOT recommend. Please spend ur money elsewhere.

The help at this place was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their plants. I havent ever had such amazing experience. Make sure you keep the women that work outside they are what makes this place great!

Stones and mulch available in bags or bulk and also for delivery.Nice to stop in and browse for a half hour or so. They also have price list so you can bring home and figure the cost for your next project.Seasonal plants available. My go to landscaping yard for annual projects.

I had been going to the bushel stop for more than 5 years, thus spent more than 1K at this location. To my surprise I wanted to get a credit for 6 3 dollar flowers that died after 5 days, no credit and accused of not watering was what I got. I had pictures and a receipt. Its now time to go back to home depot, who will give me a credit and take care of a customer. I will never go back again, and will let me friends and neighbors know about such.

Really poor attitude from the gentleman at desk beware prices were 40% more than local competitorsNo returns no warranties. Better off at Home Depot more competitive and if something wrong they return no questions asked. I bought fountain grass 10 each then found same item for 6.50 at A1 stop garden in Loxahatchee. Much better service and selection. BUSHEL STOP IS A RETAIL PRICE RIP OFF!!

Quite appalled and disappointed in this place. The owners are extremely racist and I would not recommend this shop at all. They purposely hire hispanics and then call ICE on their employees. Service is just bad. I would not suggest supporting this company.

Great place to get really inexpensive soils, mulch bulk gardening mediums and stones. They also have a large arrangement of plants of many different varieties and also they have lawn ornaments of very high quality for upperscale homes.

Great selection and service. Needed black mulch today, and they had it. They loaded my mulch in the truck without asking. Bags were bigger and 1/3 of the cost (home depot). The plants and trees also looked nice

I raise caterpillars and set butterflies free. I was in need of milkweed since my caterpillars had eaten all of mine. I bought 6 milk weed plants and transferred all my caterpillars over . With in the next several days over 20 of them shriveled up and died. If you are concerned about your butterflies and caterpillars do not get your plants here they are sprayed and treated either by Bushel stop or the growers they buy from.

I am very disappointed with this business. While I was attempting to purchase two onyx benches. The two sales cashiers were very...very rude. I’ve asked to talk to the manager or owner and I was told that the manager does not have time for me. Needless to say I was very disappointed and recommend that others shop elsewhere.

They are good if you are looking for dirt, mulch, rocks, etc. Their plants and trees leave much to be desired. A few of the workers there either dont understand English or just full of it. If you tell them you are looking for something that blooms all year and happen to be holding plant A in your hand when you ask, they will tell you that plant A is perfect. If you go on another day and tell them that you hate plants that bloom all year and happen to be holding plant A in your hand when you ask, (the same one as the other day) they will tell you that plant is perfect. Again, either they have no idea what you are saying or they are just full of crap to sell you anything. I did this twice because I asked something specific once and they sold me a bunch of plants and they all did horrible in the condition I was growing them. I looked the species online and it was like the total opposite of what conditions I had. I went there again and tested them (tricked them) and they told me another story so I asked them another question and..you get the point.
