My mother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly last Christmas, which put our family in a state of panic. She was the matriarch and I knew that meant I would not only have to take over her role, but it was also expected of me. Her shoes were and will always be too big to fill. She was often referred to as the Mother Teresa of the family. So, no pressure right lol.She had a huge storage unit that she hardly visited and it was going to be a lot of work. Lisa at the front desk, has been my guardian angel throughout the whole process of switching accounts over and explaining every detail of every question asked. Without her I don’t know where I would be, or what our family would’ve gone through.Lisa is incredibly kind and understanding. Her compassion is seriously unmatched particularly for the field she’s in. I have used storage spaces before—from other companies—and have never been treated with the amount of respect Lisa gave me and my family. I see her walking down the halls all the time, sweeping and checking on the renters, seeing if they need help with anything, and ensuring safety. She continuously offers solutions to any kind of problem one may be.. too overwhelmed to think of.Lisa is—hands down—Storage rentals of America’s best employee. I have met with the other employees and they were for the most part, cold and indifferent. They didn’t care that I had an issue, they just made sure everyone got out in time for them to leave. I understand being paid just enough to show up on time and reinforce protocols however, storage rental’s clerks, are like counselors for people who are going through very hard times in their lives. I may be wrong but most people don’t get a storage unit because they have too much space in their lives, for the goods they keep in it. I simply believe compassion and active listening skills, are important for a job like that.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Place is only open during business hours!!! CLOSED SUNDAYS! I rented online and paid thinking the office hours are just for the office. Wrong! Played phone tag for 4 days to back out of my lease but they wouldnt refund me! DO NOT RENT HERE it costs the same everywhere else and you can actually access your stuff 24/7!!!

I went in to inquire about storage and Donna was very professional, helpful and made me feel at ease. She answered all of my questions and I left feeling great about my move. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

It became apparent recently that I was in need of storage unit since two of us are working from home due to the Covid 19 crisis. I had boxes everywhere and could barely create an aisle to walk through a couple of rooms. I stopped in at Storage Rentals of America in Lake Worth FL and spoke with Lisa. She was very knowledgeable on what kind of space I needed and recommended the perfect size. She was professional and very pleasant to talk to while efficiently getting the paperwork ready that was necessary to reserve the unit. It was so simple. Lisa gave me precise but important instructions as to hours and how to access the unit with the code provided. When we returned with our boxes, it was easy to follow the instructions given. I now have my two rooms back in my home and couldnt be happier. Thanks, Lisa - you were a dream to work with and I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Storage units of America has turned this place around to the place u want to store your property at. Lisa has always been professional and fair in her dealings at storage unites of America. LISA keeps the facility spotlessly clean. I have no worries about keeping my possessions in this facility. I have been in this facility for several years and would recommend to anyone. The management came a long way from what it was, to what it is., Lisa runs the place excellent. Whatever problems that arise she handles them with the most professionalism.

When needing a storage, I choose to use Storage Rentals of America. The staff was polite and courteous while leasing the space for rent. The storage locker was clean and secure with climate control. I found the hours of operation for the tenant to be short for my needs.

It was a bit of a hassle getting the actual unit. There are some hidden fees. My experience of accessing my unit has been good so far. It was really just trying to figure out the actual price from the workers that was frustrating. It was like going to a car dealership.
