Everyone seems pleased to sell you an expensive rug, but then they disappear if there is a problem or an exchange is needed .... Not so with Abraham Akbay. He has been wonderful in every way. Twice he has driven over from the east coast of Florida to the west coast because I changed my mind and did a flip flop on my choice in carpets ... And not only did he solve the problem - he NEVER once made me feel silly about changing my mind, nor did act like he was inconvenienced ... Which is saying a lot. Very professional!
