I have been coming here for a couple years now. Great customer service, very polite and knowledgeable. You can really feel that they care about their customers satisfaction and that they take great pride in there work. I have had a few shoes soled here to further protect them as well as leather repairs on a couple of flats. Their Yelp page has additional photos of their great work! 10/10 recommend.

Jean did an outstanding job resoling my Cole Haans with a leather sole that they look better than the rubber sole when new. He also did a great job on adding rubber sole protectors to my wifes Louboutin Round Chic Altas. I dont have before and after pictures but her sole protectors are after a good half mile of walking and they look great. Truly a skilled craftsman, very recommended. Thank you Jean.

I could not go to sleep without writing a review! I walked into this shop with an $800 estimate from another handbag repair company to fix my vintage Louis Vuitton Alma handbag as the leather on the bottom was cracking. Not only did John and his wife give me valuable advice on my handbag, they also simply glued it back together free of charge!!! My handbag looks as good as new! I’m so impressed with their knowledge I will definitely be bringing my Christian Louboutin shoes there to get the soles protected!! Such a gem in Downtown Lake Worth. I could have literally stayed in the shop with them for hours talking about their work!! So glad I decided to stop in and get a second opinion!- Shannan

Reebok athletic shoes fit my feet well, so I have been wearing them for decades. Years ago I bought white Reebok shoes and just recently started wearing them. On the front of one shoe, the top of the shoe was totally coming away from the sole and I needed to have this glued. I went online and people were talking about doing this at home and using Shoe Goo. I decided to take this shoe to Mr. Shoe Repair and John, the owner, did a great job! He repaired this shoe overnight and I picked it up the next day, and the cost was very reasonable. Now I will always go to Mr. Shoe Repair for all of my shoe repair needs!

I have a louis vuitton sling bag and the strap was broken and i brought my LV sling bag to mr. john and he did a good job replacing the leather strap and it was just like the original one.. thank you mr. john i have my louis vuitton sling bag again which i havent used for so many years.i am sooo happpy XD

If youre a horse person, you know a decent pair of tall boots arent cheap.I thought mine were done when the bottom of the shoe literally came off a few weeks ago... but then my boyfriend recommended I take them to a cobbler to see if they could put a little more life in them.I brought in my boots this morning (10am) and they were done by noon with the soles repaired & some holes in the leather stitched up for $40.Even if it gives me another 6 months in these boots its money well spent. Last month (Jan 2018) I brought a pair of shoes to this shop to have new heels put on them and he quoted me a price of around $28.00 which I thought was a little high but I paid it anyway. I had brought them in on a Friday and he told me to come back next week and hed have them ready. Monday I go back to the shop and I find the business closed. Tuesday afternoon I finally showed up again for the 3rd time and I get the shoes and that night at a black tie formal event my date looked at the bottom of the shoes and said Did you have these fixed at a tire store? I look on the bottom and find a Goodyear logo on the heels! Well I was kind of amused at the time but later on that night both soles came loose while I was at this black tie event and ended up falling down a set of stairs. I wasnt seriously hurt but I did have bruises for about a week. I make a 4th trip to the shop and I find a sign that says the business is closed because of a family matter and I had made a call ahead of time and got an answering machine that stated the hours of the business before I went. Finally after a 5th trip to this place I find the guy and show him the problem and he looked me straight in the eye and said $20.00! Now what Im going to say here is that shoe glue is a couple of dollars at Walmart and it really wasnt the money but the attitude of the service more then anything else! I had made 5 trips down there to get my shoes fixed and he refused even to give me a squirt of glue for all the trouble I had been through to track him down??? Well this isnt a place Id ever want to do business with again even if he was a master cobbler! This is a place who will nitpick you to death on everything he does. He uses heels with a tire companys logo on them but let me tell you Ive been treated better at a used tire store that sells Goodyear then I was by him! End note: I ended up fixing those shoes with a small amount of Gorilla Glue and this guy could have saved himself from all of this if he would have done the same! Nobody likes being taken advantage of!

AMAZING SERVICE!! I always bring my shoes, high heels, belts, or purses for repair here. They’ve always done an amazing job for an affordable price. Great customer service and fast turn around time. Most recently, I spilled some hand sanitizer on my CrossBody Purse which made a white stain on it. Mr. Shoe Repair was able to remove the stain completely.Thought I’d share the fantastic service I received.

I had a wedding Saturday 4pm. I brought my shoes in for a last-minute shoe shine. He helped me out and did an outstanding job for only $7. They were done in less than 30 minutes. Couldnt be more pleased.

Incredibly friendly and did a great job on my shoes. One pair just needed a shine but the other was very old and damaged so I had stopped wearing them. They fixed the old shoes up very nicely and I am happy I can comfortably wear them again.

Mr Shoe Repair is the best..... I was speechless for how amazing their service was!! I will be using them for ALL my shoe repairs going forward!!!My favorite pair of shoes were starting to get so worn I was through the rubber sole... I wanted to wear them to a wedding dinner, but I work 90 hour weeks and never seemed to be able to make the time to take them to get repaired until 2 days before the wedding... I knew it was a long shot but just mentioned that I wanted to wear them for the dinner and it would be great if they got them repaired by then but no worries if not as it was totally my fault I waited so long...They said they would absolutely be ready in time...I was expecting a call in 2 days BUT THEY CALLED ME IN 2 HOURS............ That is above and beyond service!! It is not fair to expect such a fast turn around, but these are the kind of people that when they can, they will. A little kindness goes a long way.And what nice people... this couple is really the sweetest.AND they did great work and are reasonably priced on top of exceptional customer service!!! So glad I trusted my intuition by choosing them for my shoe repair. I will only be seeing them for all my shoe needs going forward, HIGHLY recommend!!!
