Went in to get 10 x 15 unit, guy was not very pleasant. Offered no great info. Asked about specials because off season. Had none really. Acted like I was bothering him. So proceeded to buy boxes, did not have picture boxes. Bought 2 medium needed. Proceeded to tell me that cash would be better cause get charged for credit cards. Gave a debit card was not real happy with that either. But said was better. My suggestion is that you add the extra cost in to your box price so people dont have to hear it. Not that your boxes are not expensive to begin with. It is a box.

I helped a friend find this place months ago. It wasnt the cheapest, but the facility is nice and the representative was friendly. After coming here for months, it is ok. Approach from the south is best. The staff is much nicer to Prospects than to clients, and signs warn of fines for many things. In fact my friend finds it stressful coming here. I deal with 2 other storage places(there are many in South Florida) this just isnt my favorite.

Awesome storage affordable convenient and great customer service

Great place, great system of entering and exiting and its extra clean. Enjoyable experience. Just one thing I dont understand, maybe cause its my first storage rental. But why do you pay a fine for coming in after hours? I was just reading the contract, thats all. I wasnt charged for anything though. Other than that its an awesome place.

Used this storage facility for 3 years before moving out of state never had any issues would recommend to anyone needing a storage facility.

Clean, nice facility. The manager is very nice and helpful and the building is secured with both a gate and key pad locks on the outside of the building.Easy access and overall recommended.

No complaints.....fair prices,a.c. controlled units,clean.pay on time youll be fine.

Decent monthly rate, a/c units available and outdoor spaces for vehicle storage.

Great place to store everything you may not have room for at home. Or to keep your business materials and equipment, such as your trailers and other gear.
