Ive been running around on the repair for my Audi the Hamlet professionally even got in contact with the insurance company after they saw that they didnt contact me great set of people definitely worth the trip. What took 4 months of arguing reasolved in 4 days. If you are looking for a honest repair...This is your go to shop in Lakeland.

Do not use Auto body Resurrection! called them to ask them if they would be willing to replace the bushings on my door..I added that I would supply the bushings and pins... asked them if they could do it today.... the person I talked on the phone came back a few minutes later and said yes we can do it today and I said I wont be able to get there until 3:00 they said okay no problem...When I showed up the were more concerned about taking pictures of my door hinge my car and the VIN number instead of checking with their repair tech to see if he could do it.... Ive had this repaired done on a couple other occasions pretty sure its not necessary to document all of that just to replace the bushings on the door pins....Several minutes later somebody came out and checked and said oh you should have the the hinge cut out and replaced and I said thats not what Im here for I just want the bushings replace and Im aware that it wont last forever they said okay we can do it.... let them take my car a few minutes later they come back and said we dont have the tool to press the bushings in which I find that hard to believe Im sure thats not the first door theyve had to take offThis is a case of them not being able to make more than $100 off of me...the quote they gave me said that they would need 2.2 hours to replace the bushings I find that hard to believe and felt like I was being way overcharged... if you cant keep your word I cant trust you....I will have no problem taking my car back to Franciscos they did a much better job for me than Auto Resurrection and provided far superior customer service....Franciscos didnt find it necessary to take a picture of the hinge my car or the vin they quickly gave me a quote in person and told me when they could do the repair they didnt mislead me into believing it could be done right away. The amount of customer service youre going to get at Auto body resurrections is going to depend on the amount of money theyre going to make off of you!!!

The personnel were knowledgeable and provided a truly seamless experience. Fred and the front desk clerk were extremely knowledgeable about the process and how to preemptively deal with a non-responsive insurance company that just made my life much easier. I would absolutely recommend them. They provide truly world class and quality service.

Took my car in Monday was done by Friday I picked my car up I was in shock by how much they matched the paint my car looks brand new and they even cleaned the inside of it, also my estimator Britt kept in contact with me the whole time and provided me with updates would recommend and if I ever need again I will definitely go back to them

They fixed my sons car after an accident. New hood, headlights, fender, grill. New radiator and a/c condenser. They also went the extra mile to detail the inside of the car. Wish I had before and after pictures. They match the paint perfect. My son didn’t recognize his own car. This is the 2nd time I have used them.

The difference between your company and the Cadillac dealership in town is you took the time to properly diagnose the problem with my vehicle. This saved me nearly a thousand dollars. The people that helped me were very nice and super helpful. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because when I picked my vehicle up, I noticed that a few dollars in quarters were missing from my change spot in the center console. The pennies, nickels, and dimes appeared to be untouched and just the quarters were missing. Which isn’t a big deal since it’s only a few dollars. However when I called to report it, I was told that there’s no way any of their guys took the money. So I just kind of felt like I was being told I was lying or something, when really I was just trying to give them a heads up that one of their mechanics took money from my car.

Got into an accident while on my way to work.. not my fault! My bumper cover was knocked off. Car star on George Jenkins… EXCEEDED my expectations! They are amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

Did a fantastic job of replacing the roof moldings which sounds simple enough but requires the interior be disassembled. Every looks great!!! Hope I never need their services, but if I do this is the place Ill go.

I used Carstar Autobody Resurrection for my Tesla Model 3. Other authorized shops in Orlando and Tampa were booked solid til August and unable to take me at all. The office staff and tesla certified mechanic were super friendly and knowledgeable and got me in immediately. They worked with my insurance company to quickly dispatch their tow truck driver 2 hours each way to fetch my disabled car. While the insurance company decided to total the vehicle, I cannot speak to any body work performed. Nevertheless, my experience was top notch and i would use them again in a heartbeat.

They originally told me it could be a week, but they had it done in 4 days. The quality is EXCELLENT and they kept me posted on their progress. I had used the company in my hometown a couple years ago and they sent me picture texts with the updates. (They gave voicemails here.). They were more expensive than a couple other places, but I needed my car back ASAP and they did come through!

I had the pleasure of working with carstar after an unfortunate event getting rear-ended. I received a very detailed and well explained first glance estimate the day I came in for a quote, as well as a call with the updated quote once taken apart. I opted in for text updates and received them on a regular basis, including expected completion date. Even reminders that they were still on time. To my surprise, it was completed 9 days early and looks great. Everyone is kind, polite, and helpful. I would recommend them if you need work done.

Had a wonderful experience with my car repair. Everybody was very friendly and very helpful. Was worried that because this was the place the insurance from the guy that hit me sent me to that they would not be as thorough and cut corners on the repairs. But instead they were the opposite and was very thorough and didnt cut any corners. They stay in contact with you throughout the whole process. I got text messages every few days to let me know the progress and that if they are still on track for the finish date that was given. My car was completed on time and looks beautiful with no issues! I definitely will go here again for any auto body needs in the future!

I truly love this place. they are organized and have a great staff. they get it done in a timely manner. They help a lot of different organizations and they are always giving to the community. Great workmanship car looks excellent. Only someone that knows what to look for could tell its ever been wrecked( new clips new grill). Lines up almost perfect, paint is excellent. Received updates on my vehicles progress almost daily. They finished a day earlier than what was estimated after starting on the fix. Great customer service and I got exactly what I expected and they responded to all my questions.

You should at least pay for it.I wouldnt use them unless you want to be called a liar and be mistreated...They ripped my Porsche 911s seat, knowing there was no rip to begin with! Very professional, kept me informed, small mix up on deductible payment. The insurance company waived the deductible but they had not received it yet. I showed them my email and there was no problem. They cleaned the interior and exterior. This may be the norm anymore but I was surprised. Work seems excellently done. Ive only had it back 1 day but so far no issues.

Only real professional working in this place, Car-star” talk to Fred he will know what to do, took him minutes to diagnose my car saving me hundreds of dollars, check him out.

Our Tesla got rear ended and Carstar was on Teslas list of approved body shops. When we got there, they explained they had recently made the investment to get certified and seemed to take pride in being able to work on many aspects of the car. Apparently Geiko was a pain for them to work with, but they got it all sorted out and did an GREAT job on the car. Bonus points for being absolute gems to work with. Its REALLY nice to have such a facility close by although I hope never to need it again!

They did an excellent job on my car. I loved the daily email updates, complete with pictures. The best part was, I was a cash customer and their estimate was about $400 cheaper than another local body shop. I am very impressed by the service and the workmanship!

My experience was great. Brought my car in on a Tuesday morning and my car was repaired and ready for pick-up that Friday afternoon. I would have loved to been able to see my car during the different stages of repair, but due to a computer issue I was unable to view online or receive any updates unless I called myself. Other than that, place was very friendly and professional and very efficient. My car looks brand new. I would definitely recommend their shop as my mom recommended them to me. I will come back, but hopefully there will be no need! Lol

After dropping off our car to Carstar for repairs, the shop manager, Kevin Blevins took us on a tour through his shop. He described in detail what they would do to bring the car into its original new shape. We received pictures via E-mails of the progress made to the car almost daily. We were called when the repairs were completed and when to stop by to inspect the repairs.we were completely satisfied with the professional work. The car was as beautiful as it was in the show room. Kevin was courteous, friendly and professional. We could not be more satisfied with Kevin, his crew and with the repairs.

Awesome people!! Did a great job with my truck. After a critter chewed half the wiring out from under my 2014 Ram 2500 Cummins 4X4, they made sure to get every issue fixed and sent me daily updates on the progress. They are also certified by most manufacturers, so all the work they finished did not affect or void my warranty. They will continue to get all my work in the future!
