Laura was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and showed us lots of options. In the end we chose the Serta I series 3000 hybrid. It was just delivered, so we haven’t slept on it yet. But I think we’re going to love it!

We had a great experience at this location. We were greeted immediately. Laura was so much help with our purchase. She took the time to learn about us, and what we were looking for in a bed. She took us around to try different mattresses to see what firmness was best for us. She took the time to explain all the differences between the different mattresses, and explained all the benefits of them. She also was a great help in picking out which adjustable base was best for us. We were also able to get a good bundle deal on pillows, a mattress cover, and a nice set of sheets. We bought a king mattress there 7 years ago. 2 years ago we bought 2 twin adjustable bed bed frames to use with the king mattress. We decided we wanted twin mattresses so we could adjust each side separately. We went there today and the associate, Laura Burke, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us all of our options including the fact we could get two different, instead of mattresses. My husband thought our current bed was two high so she looked up the frames we had bought and found they could be adjusted for height so she noted for the delivery people to adjust them for us when they delivered them. We got a great price and free sheets, mattress covers, and 2 free pillows with our purchase of Tempurapedic mattresses. We also have a 120 night sleep trial to be sure we are happy with our mattresses. We will definitely continue to use Mattress Firm for our bedding needs.

Laura was very helpful when we arrived at Mattress Firm. I thought I was looking for one thing when we went in, but Laura was very helpful in explaining the difference in different types of mattresses. We had a Temperpedic mattress that was 7 years old, so really didn’t need to replace quite yet except I’ve been sleeping very hot on that type of mattress but according to Laura, they’ve come a long was in improving those type mattress that they are as hot sleeping, but I didn’t want to risk it so I bought a I series Hybrid 1000 and so far so good I hope this continues because I like this mattress so far

From the moment I called until the time I arrived this lady was on point! She was so knowledgeable and patient with us answered all our questions let us try multiple beds did not rush us to make a decision. A little backstory we had just left kanes furniture so the same beds were already 400 dollars less at mattress firm. However the customer service from Phyllis was second to none. I wanted to get something very special for my mother. I will never go anywhere else for bed and with the quality of what we bought I doubt Ill ever need to! In conclusion due to covid most places couldnt ship until May and not give me an exact date just an estimated one. Mother will be in her new bed Saturday nice and cozy.

Honestly, at first, everything seemed fine and I ordered a purple mattress and I was happy. But the purple mattress kept being delayed and I know it’s not the stores fault, but they were trying to make me keep the mattress. They kept telling me different dates of when it was going to be delivered and I was just over the mattress. When it came to trying to exchange, it was annoying because of the financing. But I feel like the customer shouldn’t have to call to get everything straightened out. I ended up going to a different location and they were more helpful and gave me honest answers. I do not recommend this location at all. They just want the commission.

(A misnomer, this Mattress Firm Lakeland Square Mall isnt IN the mall - its in front of the mall facing US-98.)Like an idiot, I purchased a frame for my existing mattress, got it delivered, spent 3+ hours constructing it, and realized the mattress I had was too big for the frame. I was NOT reversing my work... 😒 Aaaanyway... I ran over to this Mattress Firm at 4pm today (a Saturday) and walked out with a very nice mattress within 15 minutes. Very helpful AND listened to what I said I wanted instead of selling what they wanted me to get. Not my first (or 5th) mattress from this store, but finally writing a review - theyve earned it.

I was searching for a pillow. I bought the black diamond pillow for a total of $130 plus tax on May 2nd. It had to be ordered so Ill pick it up Tuesday. When I returned home I decided to go on line and read about the pillow. Why was it COOL? I found it was on sale for $65. I just spent $130 plus tax!! I called the young girl matched the price and refunded the difference. Problem is WHY was the store unaware of the sale? If I hadnt decided to read about the pillow I would not have known. If sale was online it should have been in store as well. I felt deseived. Otherwise. pleasant service.
