I delivered at the 8054 building. So I dont know if all of the great reviews are for the 8060 building. However, at the 8054 building the warehouse staff is slooooow! Florida is a state of few reloads. So when you get one, you need to keep it. If youre delivering at 8054, you wont. A load that shouldve easily taken no more than an hour to unload is 3 and a half hours and counting. Now my reload is in jeopardy. Since I have my own MC Authority, this location is definitely being placed on my list of Never Again. If its left up to your discretion, please avoid this place!

Loaded me up early and the lady at the window was very nice

Horrible, takes for ever to unload. One time I was there since 7am and its 3pm and still not unloaded. Front office lady is very rude.

Been here 4 hours and havent even started unloading yet. If they didnt need the load they could have just pushed it out to a later date.

Quick unloading appointment was for 11am got here a 630am got a door right away was unloaded by 8am paperwork in hand. No Overnight Parking I believe they start loading and unloading at 6am until 2200.

They are under staff and will have you waiting 3 to 4 hours to be loaded. DO BE LATE or they will make you wait an eternity to get worked in.

Got there 3hrs early just before busy. Got the door right away and loaded 2 - 3hrsThen gone. Plenty space for docking. Wide space to open your doors after back in. Seal at back of trailer. Seal before getting to guardshack. Bathroom in the office. Hope gets more loads out of here.

Terrible experience here, customer service very bad, unloading took around 5 hours, drivers when you come just relax and wait for so long.

Got here at 7:30am for a 12pm appointment was given a dock Right away was told when light go Red and back to green come get your paperwork light went red after 1 hour and 3 hours later still Red only have a load of Gatorade I guess their gonna wait till 12pm to start unloading me I ran All night with the assumption they will unload you early bad idea should have stopped and gotten me some rest learn from your mistakes sorry bunch of guys

Weekend crew was excellent...

Their is no overnight parking available at all. You can arrive early before your appointment time. Weekend hours are from 12pm to 6pm. If you have an appointment on Monday morning you can try and come Sunday before 6pm if their not busy they will unload you.

They got me in rather quick even without an appointment. Not sure I would want to make that a habit though.

Nice clean area, plenty of space to move around, people are very nice. Good turn around time.

Clean location. Appt for 0600-2200. Arrived at 1530. Got a door right away. In and out with paperwork at 1700. Vending machines. And bathrooms inside. Not sure on overnight parking. Shipping open till 12am. Very friendly staff. Did overload me but I wasnt hitting any scales
