I truly didnt even want to give this company one star. Worse customer service Ive ever had to deal with in my life. Ive tried to contact them for the last two days because they overcharged my account, and after waiting over 40 minutes each day, I finally gave up. Ive already threatened them with cancelling my service, because Ive had nothing but horrible service since day one, and Ive only been with them for 3 months. But this is it. Ive had enough. Im not going to do business with a company that doesnt appreciate its customers.
The worst customer service ever. Tried to navigate the web site to leave a message regarding leaking bottle.Spent over 1hr. On two consecutive days to talk with a customer service representative.Really liked our delivery person however we have no way to contact him or to leave a request on the website. Unbelievable
Worst delivery service ever multiple missed deliveries. Call wait hour. They deliver till 8 ? They will be there tomorrow. We will waive your monthly fee. Dont matter because theres nothing to buy ?? come get the emptys and cooler. Same story why they havent pick it up. Now the landscapers cover in with grass.
The water is good, but the service is terrible. It seems as if the drivers do as they please. Ive had 2 no shows this week alone. On Monday I waited 10 hours for my delivery which didnt come. They rescheduled the delivery for Wednesday and didnt show. Calling doesnt work the phone agents apologize but never help the situation. Such poor service. Its a shame as I do enjoy the water.
This company doesnt even deserve a single star. I have called them for the past 3 days....after being on hold for over an hour each time, they promised delivery that never happened. We use this company for several locations and this service is horrible. I was also promised a call from a manager that never happened. Lots of other companies out there....
Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. Plan on an hour wait EVERY time you need to speak to anyone in customer service and months of complaining changed nothing. It matters not what quality of customer service finally answers the phone. At that point its moot and management obviously couldnt give a damn
Worst customer services. My delivery was cancelled for no reason so I tried to schedule it on-line. The website andApp do not work for me so I had to call customer service. After holding for 30 min, I was transferred to another person who disconnected me. I called the new service line and got through right away but she said she cannot help with my account. I tried calling back customer service and after an hour of holding I hung up. At this point I want to cancel my service.
I have been on hold for one hour now, I have called several times over the past 2 weeks trying to change my delivery and other issues I am having yet it seems like no one is even available to answer any calls.
